What people like
- The stories are very engaging
- Easy to earn free coins daily
- App interface is simple to use
What they complain about
- Reading costs way too much money
- Customer support is impossible to reach
- Subscription charges continue after cancellation
- Readers lose progress and purchased chapters
Cost is insane
Cost and usability are terrible especially considering the cost per book
App cancellation
The app is impossible to cancel even though it links you to your own subscription page, the app is not there to cancel. Customer service does not respond to emails!

Not for me
For the price you shouldn’t have to use coins. It’s ridiculous and not worth the cost.
To expensive
You’re charging for 15 chapters doesn’t make sense the amount of funds the books are awesome but to go through a subscription it’s insane
Love
Love the book currently on love the points and free opportunities to read
Auto renew issues
I set up the weekly plan as I was trying to finish one of the stories. When I went to cancel it it is not showing in my iOS subscriptions to cancel, I tried to contact customer service but it keeps saying my messages to them can’t be sent. While the book was good this experience is terrible. There’s no ability to make contact with the company and their instructions are incorrect, seems very deceptive.
Over priced
The stories are great but the top up are to much and go by really fast and no one wants to sit there and read or watch ads just to get more coins there’s other apps that charge less.
All of them
Better be rich!
Still reading
Very cool books
CANCEL MY SUBSCRIPTION
They keep charging me even when I canceled my subscription. DO NOT SUBSCRIBE!
Great App!
4 stars!! **** Love the app itself and the books available. Very user friendly ! I wish there was a way to buy a book at a time . Ali would love an audio option. But totally lol sing the book I’m reading.
Expensive
I love the novels but hate how expensive it is! I have read a few books on here now and have spent close to $100 to finish reading some of the books. One in particular I spent money to read all of the chapters available a few months ago, went in today to see if the story had been updated yet and it’s completely locked down again. I’m not seeing an option to even restore previous purchases. Another app I’ve found offers a monthly subscription fee and have unlimited reading which is 100 times better than paying per chapter. I would love to finish Alpha’s Forbidden Attraction , but I refuse to pay for chapters again that I had already paid for.
Soo good
Love this app
Bad
Keeps charging me and I have no subscription
Coins
Wish there was a way to earn more coins per day without having to purchase. Only 5 coins per ad watch and check ins take a while to build up. Otherwise love the books and app.
Needs a better $plan
This is a ridiculous set up. While the story draws you in, the chapters get shorter and expensive. I’ve spent over $60 and still couldn’t finish a book. It’s very deceptive. Also tasks to try to earn coins to pay doesn’t always give you your coins. I’d rather buy the book or a membership. This is maddening
Could be better
I really like the stories and app so far but it definitely could improve. Coins you need to unlock chapters vary, which doesn’t make sense. Some chapters are 43 coins, while others 76. This consistency is hard for the user to gauge how main coins they need to purchase. Realistically they should have an option to just buy the book straight up. Another issue, the monthly subscription seems almost like a scam? I reached out to support about it so we’ll see what they say, but the daily coins it says you’re suppose to receive I haven’t since I purchased the plan. App is relatively simple to use and navigate. But my big issue is the coin system.
offered to the alpha triplets
its engaging
Scam
Sooo expensive, would cost over $100 to finish a book and no way to cancel a subscription. No customer service.
Carina
False advertising
While I have spent money purchasing chapters, once I stopped paying and started using the “daily rewards” they stopped allowing me the full 200 points that’s suggested in the app
Bella app
Love this app
There’s a great and beautiful stories, I’m so fascinante.
They are a huge scam
They won’t allow a subscription cancellation, it’s not on Apple Pay subscriptions and then their so called “customer service” just takes you to a facebook page.
Great stories, pricing is really expensive
The coin system makes this super expensive. I keep looking for a way to just buy the book outright because it’s really expensive to keep buying coins. The chapters are short. I bought a ton of coins to start with, thinking it would carry me through just to finish the book, but it barely covered 10%. I am $40 into a book that would cost half of that most likely in a paperback version. It’s a tough pill to swallow. I love the story and want to finish, but I don’t know if I will because it’s so overpriced. I’m still only 20% though the book… I wish they had an annual subscription with unlimited reading at a higher price. I would pay that in a heartbeat over this nickel and dime-ing…
Pubs
Stories
Love the stories. They are so interesting. I wish the chapters didnt cost so many points
DO NOT GET
Impossible to cancel repeated payments.
Buono
Io consiglio l’app
Great books - TERRIBLE PRICE TO READ
I like the books but these apps are scams. If you purchase a book or one flat price to read. Buy on this app I started to read a book and have spent $30 and still not done with the book. Some chapters are 4 paragraphs then you have to pay again with coins. Love the book but I won’t be paying anymore to finish it. 🤷🏾♀️ books should not cost $40-100 to read.
Alfas forbidden attraction

Urgent: Missing Book Progress – The Alpha’s Chosen Mate
Subject: Urgent: Missing Book Progress – The Alpha’s Chosen Mate Hello Novelsago Team, I’m following up regarding my previous message about my book The Alpha’s Chosen Mate, which has completely disappeared from my library. I had unlocked chapters 1–149 and invested coins into them, but now all my progress is gone, and the chapters I paid for are locked again. I can provide screenshots of my library, coin transactions, and any receipts needed to verify my purchases. Please restore my access to all chapters I’ve already unlocked, or refund the coins I spent. This story is extremely important to me, and I would like to continue reading it without losing the time, effort, and money I’ve invested. I appreciate your prompt attention to this matter and hope it can be resolved as quickly as possible. Thank you, Fellow Reader
Typos
There were way to many typos! Made it a little hard to read. Sadly, I will be deleting the app.
Bon application
Awesome reading
I really enjoy this reading app. It’s got good books and it’s easy to get coins if you don’t want to pay for the vip subscription.
SCAM
They charge you an arm and a leg to read . This is horrible. You are supposed to entice people into reading not discouraging them by high charging costs Your company should be ashamed and penalized for this
The alpha chose me
It’s a bit slow, but it’s not a bad thing. I’m impatient when reading, but it’s very playful and seems to always be building up to a unexpected twist in the story.
Problem with Get 5 Bonus
I keep getting this error Presentation error: Mediation adapter failed to present. I can’t get the bonus points
Excellent
Love it 🥰
EXPENSIVE
Some of these stories are good but omg they are practically scamming you out of money to read them. Their “monthly subscriptions” are just for coins only, you don’t get full access to stories like other apps. The farther you get into a story the more it costs. Some are over 300 chapters. To read it all without depending on a daily reload or watching countless ads, you’re paying hundreds of dollars. This shouldn’t be permitted or they need to grant full access to people who have monthly subscriptions
Assistenza e Libri
Coins
Coins cost to much to purchase and to unlock a story it it too many coins so takes ages to read a story if you are not purchasing coins.
