I love this game, but…
I’ve played Pazuribe so much for the past year, and it’s honestly the best gacha game to play without the major need to spend money. However, there is a major lack of transparency amongst the developers that involve any and all collabs that take place in the original Japanese version of the game. They skipped the Sanrio event, and now they’re not going to do the Blue Lock collab, so that means they most likely won’t be doing the Wind Breaker event either. It’s frustrating, considering we as players put a lot of time and money into this game. It would be great if we could get statements saying the collabs won’t be taking place so that we know what to expect. Now they’re just skipping around gachas out of order from the original. If this is something you don’t necessarily care for, then I highly recommend you play this version, as it definitely is fun and addicting to win so easily. If you want the full experience, I highly recommend to get the Japanese version of the game. This really my only complaint; everything else is superb.

Poor Account Management and Censorship
I do not recommend spending any significant amount of time or ANY money on this game. The account system is basically non-existent and the game appears to block iCloud from backing up the save data so if you upgrade your phone and follow all steps that Apple tells you to do then you will lose all of your investment. What they want you to do is to use an obscure in-game transfer feature, and if you didn’t know about this beforehand then you’re screwed. Don’t expect customer support to be of any help, they are robots who will enforce their dumb policy to the teeth no matter how much proof you give them to regain access to your account. On the second point, the English/ international version of the game has censorship. All of the references to the Manji kanji have been removed, because they think we can’t handle it. What they should have done is add a disclaimer at the beginning teaching people the meaning behind the symbol instead of censoring it.
Good but…
I wish there was some kind of save system. I left the game (like uninstalled it), and I didn’t even know that I would just start you over if you came back. I spent money on this game only for it to go to waste.

I've been playing for about a year, I had to delete the game for a short time, literally downloaded it again after a couple of minutes, logged into my account, and found that 2 3* characters were missing, the rank decreased, the level of characters became smaller, and much more. It was as if I was thrown into the past
Issue with transfer
I love the game! But I recently tried to transfer the data to my iPad to free up storage on my phone. I got the transfer id and password wrote it down, triple checked it was right and when I try to transfer it keeps saying transfer failed. I don’t know what to do to fix this issue because it won’t work at all.
Listen...I love TR but...
I am actually so livid at lack of devs/mods not communicating to us, the fans, of the changes they make with events and collab skips. The literal only reason I picked up the English version was because I missed the Sanrio collaboration and then when they skipped it...I just. Wow? Nø acknowledgment? Or anything to the players? It's absolutely ridiculous...and then the way they now just throws events in wherever they want is infuriating. I've gone off a few times on Twitter, even though I know I am not going to get a response. I won't even get one here, I am sure. Lol. It's just so ridiculous how the devs on this Version treat their players. 🤷 I'll keep playing because I can't let go of TR to save my life, but I hope the team realizes how much if a disappointment they are to many of us.
Payment Issues
I love this game, especially after Angry was finally available to grab. However, after the new update, I’ve been having trouble with the diamond packs. The smaller priced packs are fine, but the higher priced ones are what I’ve been having problems with. For two times already, I paid once for the 24,800 monthly diamond pack and the other for the [72h limited] 1st Anniversary Pack but I never received my diamonds and ticket. Since I got confirmation emails of my payment going through, I already reported the issue to Apple and left emails to the game’s email address. Is this just me or a glitch in the game? If it’s the latter, I hope I get what I paid for or a full refund.

Paid money only to get account deleted
My fiance paid for diamonds and played constantly, then got a bug where it would not let her into the game, being stuck on the loading screen. Spent months of playing everyday and no chance at getting her account back. We both loved the game, but months of work went down the drain because of that. No clue what to do now. Thank you.

Cute game but…
I do love this game. So much. But when you watch an ad, 1) some of the ads are so long and irritating, and 2) after an ad, the sound stops working in the game. I actually just had an ad that stayed on the lower half of the screen while the game came back on the top half. A restart of the app fixed it, but it’s still disappointing.

Fun, but one issue
I love this game and that there are new characters/skins being added frequently. The events are fun and keep me interested in playing long term as well. Overall, I really love this game! The one thing I don’t like that has recently been implemented is the bank system. I hate that you have to work to earn diamonds only to have to pay to cash them out. And not a one time fee, but a higher price each time. It is cash grabbing at it’s finest and I doubt this game is struggling to make profit. I believe either the diamond bank should be done away with, or should only charge a one time fee that’s good for the month, like a subscription.
