App
Sooooooo baaaaaad apppppp
Amazing quality products and offers Ruined by worst app experience
Product quality and offers are excellent has no issues (5 stars) . Unfortunately the app is very difficult to use . The worst app experience . Login itself is difficult and frustrating. The app really needs improvement, otherwise it will spoil the brand’s reputation . It needs urgent attention from a more experienced development team .

Delay in delivery
I genuinely like their dresses—they have a great collection and good designs. However, I’m very disappointed with their service. I ordered a dress two weeks ago and still haven’t received it, nor have I gotten any update on the status. The lack of communication is frustrating, and their customer care support is practically non-existent. I hope they improve their service because the delay and silence are unacceptable.
Discount Code & Apple Pay
Discount Code “NS20” which is supposed to use from 10 PM to 10 AM , is not working every time, I tried alot to can use it in supposed time! Another thing, I hope to find Apple Pay in the pay methods.

Poor customer service
Every time I order they will cancel some items without any notice (email or sms) and them item will appear on the shipment. I have to beg them to refund the money. I am still waiting for a response on refund for an order placed and cancelled by them 3 weeks ago. There’s no customer support number to contact them. They don’t care the customer at all.
