Honestly, H&M’s service is extremely disappointing. I can find a new collection and specific items on your international websites, yet there is absolutely no clear information about whether they will ever be released in Saudi Arabia. This is incredibly frustrating for customers. Other major fashion retailers, such as Zara, manage their regional launches and online availability far more effectively. At least you can clearly see what is available in your market instead of being left guessing. For a global brand, H&M’s experience in Saudi Arabia feels seriously behind. You need to improve your regional product launches, stock updates, and customer communication because this level of uncertainty is simply unacceptable.
Very good, however.....
One annoying thing while using the app is that when I view an item from a category, then press back, it doesn't takes me back to the point I was scrolling at, it takes me back to the top of the page which is very annoying and wasting my time.

Shopping experience is not the best
The problem is that h&m is my Fav brand. However, shopping online is not good at all, when you open any item and go back yo scroll it always start from begging you must see all products you’ve already seen before. Also filter is not the best you need to develop your app

التطبيق بحاجة ماسة إلى التطوير. ١- عند التصفح و الرجوع للخلف يجب ان يعود إلى المستوى الذي كان فيه والمتضمن القطعة التي تم الدخول لتفاصيلها وليس من بداية الصفحة. ٢- توضيح رسائل الخطا عند ظهورها وليس فقط (حدث خطا). تصميم الواجهة سهل وواضح، تقسيم الملف الشخصي ممتاز، الالوان و الترتيب ممتازين.

لما ارجع للصفحه السابقه بعد ماشفت منتج معين يرجعني لبداية الصفحة الموضوع مزعج مره اذا في ٥٠٠ منتج و اول لنص الصفحه وادخل منتج وابي اطلع اكمل يرجعني للبداية!!
Nice app
I love the app but the only thing that needs fixing is the “back” button. Every time I press it i am redirected to the top list of the items and so i have to scroll down all over again. Please fix!
Enhancement request for developers
in HM MENA version , when you click on an image and go back it doesnt return you back to where you left but it starts from scratch so the search experience becomes very annoying . I compared it to uk version , uk version is working fine . I hope you apply the fix for MENA version thanks
Scrolling repetition
Please you need to update the scrolling options as if a customer is viewing an item and decided not to buy on choosing return the page is re opened from the beginning not from where he left off and this is soo time consuming and will not give us a proper chance to visualize all available options and select the most suited

How does a global brand ship an app with such a basic UX failure? Every time I search for products, open one, and then go back, the entire product list refreshes and jumps back to the top. Instead of returning me to where I left off, I have to scroll all over again. It’s incredibly frustrating when browsing dozens of items. This is UX 101. Preserving the user’s scroll position isn’t some advanced feature!!! it’s a basic expectation in 2026. It’s shocking that this made it through testing. What’s even more embarrassing is that many small local brands have apps with a far better user experience than H&M. For a company of this size, this feels amateurish. Please stop adding features and fix the fundamentals. Right now, using this app is more annoying than shopping.

Non existent aftercare, customer service are impossible to reach, not helpful and will end the chat at any opportunity. App is glitchy and delivery won’t arrive
Good Overall Experience
Nice quality and stylish items with reasonable prices. The shopping experience is easy, but delivery takes longer than expected (more than two days). We hope to see faster delivery and more discount codes for existing customers.

Horrible experience trying to access the apt to shop
This apt is terrible! It will not allow me to select the USA for my country, what’s up with that? What make you all think this was going to be user friendly for your customers? This was a very bad marketing mistake!

Customer interface needs massive updates
You have to re-enter details a few times, this is not ideal, it’s costs more to buy online with delivery charges than it does to buy it in store however the sizes are not there! Not a customer friendly app
