Great tips app
I was a little sketchy at first but its actually a nice app, it would be nicer if theres like envolope to put aside the money on app and set a goal, to save up money.
Can’t stay signed in
Every time I open the app I keep having to sign in. It becomes very inconvenient when you’re trying to see how much you’ve made while you’re on the go, having to wait for a verification code and such. Please fix this, i know other people have had this problem!!
SAVING ACCOUNT
PLEASE PUT A SAVING ACCOUNT WHERE I CAN MOVE SOME OF MY MONEY INTO SAVINGS. This is the onlyyy pay app I’ve seen without a savings account. You guys have continually updated the app which is very appreciated but please we need a saving account feature added !

THE WORST
Would give this absolute dumpster fire of a company a 0/5 if I could. Made 14 calls in a row to report fraud and literally could not get a single competent service agent on the line. Most sat in silence or just disconnected the call.

Good for what it’s meant wish I was able to link to Apple wallet or Apple Pay not the best debit for sending money instantly if you hate fees

I don’t like that I can’t deposit money onto the card and I can’t do direct deposit without asking my employer to help do so if it’s not my employer depositing the money. Which I’m not even sure if it will work even then or if I can. It also doesn’t work for reoccurring payments for bills all the time either.

This app is horrible
Horrible constant transfer errors making it impossible to get your money when you need it and pointless to have the app itself. Daily pay is far superior to this trash company and I and every single person I work with misses it dearly

Occasionally slow transfers to my bank account or slow to get tips after work but overall nothing terrible and it works pretty fine. Not sure what the other low reviews are for

Worst banking experience I’ve ever had, we use this for tip out at work and I have had SOO many issues in the last year, from them never remembering my transfer info for my bank, rejecting address changes after moving, basically bricking my account and making my money unusable… they also provided zero help with fraud prevention. 0 stars if I could. Horrible.
Overall App
First of all logging into this app is unbearable. Some days it recognizes me. The next, it doesn’t. Some days it says your account doesn’t even exist. Transferring money to my debit is a hit or miss. Sometimes it just leaves on an endless loop. Never taking me to the next Step of transferring my money. The app freezes when logging in, constantly. This is where my money for work is being wired with. The fact that it can’t even work properly. Terrifies me that one day I’m going to be locked out of my account. Do yourself a favor I rather get a check from the company every 2 weeks than deal with app. It’s terrible.

I miss wisely
There’s no function to have saving envelopes or to set money aside in any way, no function for Apple Pay, and the app frequently takes upwards of 5 minutes just to load. Currently been watching a loading wheel on a white page for a good 10 minutes just to see my finances. There’s a reason I transfer all my money out of this app rather than just using the app. Only positive is immediate transfer, but I’ve never used it so.

The best network for work
Ferry has been a breath of fresh air since my company switched. The customer service was quick and responsive ( I had a few issues setting it up) and the app is helpful in letting me know when I get my deposits.
Don’t get this app
Waste of time n u can’t even upload ur own card u have to use there card then make another card inside the app after u already have a card

Even though I’ve had the card for months, I can’t get my paycheck to deposit on my Ferry card from a different card that my job transferred from. It’s not the easiest card to use since it’s not compatible with a lot of current card features in todays world.

I love this app they don’t take to long to help fix the problem and it’s a good banking app I love it so much . Definitely worth it . It’s also perfect when u u get tips too it’s deposit with in a hr love it !!!
Ugh
I bought a new phone and have been unable to use this app for weeks. It will just fail every time I try to log in. This is extremely frustrating. The move money feature has never worked for me. I hate that my employer mandates this card for all tips.
