Didn’t save info
Several times I enter my info after my shift for the night and the next day it’s not there. Then I have to try to recall what I made the day before when I’m going to enter my second shift and when I see, it’s not safe so it kind of defeats the purpose
Why the ads?
I paid for this app but I am still getting annoying ads that I have to sit through. Also, the calendar is a little wonky. I wish there was a place in this app, after you add your cash tips, credit card tips and factor in your hourly wage, where it would tell you how much to claim after each shift. Maybe it's there and I just don't know it but if it's that hard to find, then it's not easy.
BEST APP EVER! All servers should have this
I have been serving for about 2.5 years and I always struggled to keep track of my income. This app literally checks all the boxes I not only wanted, but needed to track my income accurately and efficiently. I’ve recommended this app to so many of my fellow servers/bartenders because of how much I believe in it. Use it ever shift for a month, and you won’t be able to go a day without it. Trust me. Forever thankful to the creators of this app! Thank you!!

Got a new phone. already paid to be ad free with previous phone. Downloaded onto new phone and it is prompting me to pay $8.99 again to be ad free.
Room for improvement
Honest I’d give this app a 4.5. This is my second tip tracker app I’ve used. I pay for this, but it feels like it’s for basic features that come for free in other tracker apps. I would like more bang for my buck honestly. One simple feature that would be nice is a to see my daily income not by scrolling to the day (it’s starts at the beginning of the year and you have to scroll all the way to June to see your tips), but by the month. I would like to just go to a month like the log income feature and be able to view the days with my income already displayed. However, currently if I want to do this I have to first view income, then hit the custom button, and choose the day with the ‘to and from’ button. This process should just be simplified. 😊 I probably would switch back to server life for this reason, but I paid for this app already and all my information is in this, so hopefully it just gets upgraded. 🤞🏾🤞🏾🤞🏾
Don’t bother paying
Paid $12.99 so I have access to my account if I were to download the app on another device, I was assuming you’d get majority, if not all the perks but you don’t…. The fact that I paid $13 and I can’t add another job the my profile is a bit ridiculous… The free version is great tho, just wouldn’t recommend purchasing any of the upgrades.
A bit pricey if don’t want ads- doesn’t include claiming
First time user here! First thought- paying $10.99 to make an account isn’t bad- but then paying $8.99 for no adds and then having to pay to add a place to note what you claim ($3.99) seems silly. I get it’s a one time fee- but $24 right off the bat for an app I’m just starting to use seems silly! On the plus side, I like the layout and how user friendly it is.

Separate fields for cash and credit tips?
I just swapped to this app from server life (had a monthly sub and just logged in to see they took away the features I was already paying for and added them to a new higher subscription tier so I said f that) but I found this app and I’ve used it for about 5 minutes and so far i can already tell I love the simplicity. Haven’t given 5 stars yet though because I can’t seem to find an option that allows me to input my cash and credit tips separately so that I can keep up with both since where I work - our credit tips go on our checks every 2 weeks and our cash tips we keep at the end of every shift. Was curious if this is an option that’s available with a subscription, but I couldn’t find any info in the app on what all is included with the paying subscription. Would happily update my review if I could get some info. Thanks!

Too many ad while using the app it’s disturbing
Disappointed
I loved this app and have used it for over a year to track my income as a server and bartender and then one day it deleted a years worth of data and wants me to pay to save my data (not even my previous years worth, just the most recent month) this was my only way I kept track of my income and now I lost a years worth of data and have to pay for that not to happen again, I get it but with that many ads it’s disappointing af and I feel like all that time putting all that data in is wasted now

Pricey & Can’t Edit/Modify/Delete
I’m a little confused by the 5 star reviews. If you’re looking for a free & easy way to track tips, this is not it. Firstly, I didn’t realize I’d paid $10 to download it (I was moving too fast to see it was charging me). Upon messing around with the app, I realized it was an absolute waste of $10. When putting in my job/s, I’d put in a trial one to see how it worked. It’s now unchangeable - I cannot edit the name or money entered or even delete it. Not only this, but you can only have 2 tipped jobs. I attempted to add a 3rd (because my 1st was a trial entry), and it costs $3.99 per job added. To export the data is also $2.99 each time for each individual tipped job (it doesn’t even combine multiple jobs). I do not recommend this app for any service industry folk with multiple jobs, and am bummed I can’t get my money back on it.

I love the app but hate forced ads
I would give this a 5 star review if there wasn’t forced ads. There is no need for them on a income tracking app. I usually delete games that have forced ads as I’m not paying to remove them. The app itself though is excellent and is a nice tracking option for tips and income. I love the charts too.

Help
Is there a way to delete a shift? I accidentally entered information on the wrong date and now there is no way to remove it. It appears on my graph as if I worked a shift but made $0 and I just want to delete it entirely.

I absolutely love this app for bartending. If you’re OCD about keeping track of your tips like I am then this app is for you!! I can’t recommend it enough!!

Why do I have to pay to add a different stream of income ????
I was using the app for free every time I would try to add a different form of income. It would ask me to pay the $10 for the app so I finally paid the $10 for the app and I tried to add another stream of income and it asked me for six dollars more so stupid I should’ve never paid for the app. What did I pay for?????
Great but seems to be a bug
The app is great so far. My favourite feature is that it allows to you track how much you made in cash tips vs credit tips, which I use to track all my due backs and make sure I’m getting all my credit tips back. One issue is that when I try to log the tips in the advanced view, where you can input the cash tips, credit tips, and hours exactly, the app crashes. To get around this, I just input my cash tips in basic view, and then go in and edit the amount of credit tips after, and it works that way. It would be a lot more streamlined if this could be fixed though!
