What people like
- Plays your favorite Spotify music to wake up
- Great for heavy sleepers who need loud alarms
- Works well once the bugs are fixed
What they complain about
- Almost all songs are locked behind paywall
- Drains your phone battery overnight
- Alarm sometimes fails to go off
- Price is too high for what you get
Over all good alarm!
Plays my favorite song when I wake up:)
Played wrong song
First use it played a completely different song than the one I picked and then when I tried to reset it and try again all of the songs I wanted were locked
meh 🤔
i think the app itself is okay but you have to pay for every single feature with constant pop up ads and legit have to pay to change the song you wanna wake up to and litterally anything else
Music
I would love to make this a 5 star but you can only play your last played song if you don’t buy the pass. and I think you should be able to pick and choose what songs you play
My rating
Wow I’m really impressed how this app and Spotify work together and it’s so much simpler to wake up in the mornings listening to my favorite song
badd
i didnt even play the music i wanted like bro
No quick-add playlists
There’s no option to add your Spotify playlists as an alarm. The app asks you to rebuild your playlists in this app, and it’s very slow adding each song.
Was great, now not working
I loved this, could have a gradual wake up volume, access to my library, totally loved it! For the last 2 weeks, it hasn’t worked. The alarm still goes off but to their default. It’s very frustrating. Until recently, it totally changed my attitude about waking up!
Pretty good
I have only used it one time but it worked perfectly and played the exact song I wanted even though like all of the songs are locked except two of them.
Junk from start
Will not aloud to sign into account and wants to have you create new account.
Why before and through songs am I being told they know who I am?
Sometimes halfway through the song it will cut and and I’ll start getting to random stuff or it will start to have like a war going on in the background, once There was this girl screaming. Pretty good app though just want answers?
Better if it didn’t cost money
Works alright but have to get the premium to use any song only a few are Available while the rest are locked so yeah unless you are gonna pay , pass it’s isn’t that good . If they got rid of the cost and allowed any song would be 5 star but the band I want I can use one song so yeah pass it’s not a great app
Idk
If I don’t wake up this morning to sheck west screaming mo bamba at 5:00 I’m the morning it’s a one star… on and uh dose it repeat or do I go to manually do it every night?
Wow
C’est réel
Scam, don’t download
Was hoping to be able to wake up to songs from Spotify as it advertises. I figured there would be some paywalls since it said ‘in app purchases’ but I literally can’t even select any songs at all without subscribing. It’s not just freemium, it’s literally pay only pretending to have a free version. I cannot access any functions without paying $30 a year for a stupid alarm. Colossal waste of time
Spotify clock :D and idk
So I love this app and all just pls can you make more of the song free unlike 2 cuz I can’t really choose the songs I want but I do love this app so thank you for marking it just need more like 50% present of the songs you can listen to freely unlike needing vip and paying cuz I don’t have money for that I am 11 y/o so pls make 50% of it free for younger viewers pls and Ty for reading this if you did :D and you can give me feedback anytime :)
Has glitches Not intuitive to use.
Didn’t go off on the time that was set on the phone, but rather went off at the time it was set for the day before.
It won’t let me rate it anything else
Sucks u have to pay 7000$ an hour
Could be better
It doesn’t access any of your Spotify playlists. You must build your own playlist and download music to build your playlist. Then it doesn’t randomize your playlist so you wake up to the same first song every morning. You have no control over the volume so if you want a quiet alarm to slowly wake forget that. It’ll start quiet and then immediately get loud and blaring. It’d be nice if you could control the snooze time length. Also I think you can’t just set an alarm and let it run for eternity. You have to open the App every evening of your life if you want to wake up in time. So much potential with this app but overall not convenient.
Works well but, is £29.99 a year
Just gave it a trial run would rate 4.5/5. Definitely works properly when you set it up. £29.99 a year is a bit steep considering I’m paying for Spotify as well but, if you use it most days it works out ok. Just make sure you set the audio to your device speaker because, it defaults to Bluetooth first so, you probably won’t hear it with any headphones/earphones still on.
Won’t play the music chosen
All of a sudden, none of the chosen music from my Spotify will play as the alarm. So now instead of good music when I wake up, it’s a weird Melody and I wake up grumpy. Redo this, I really need you to fix this. Bug. It was working just fine in August!!
idk
it’s a good app but every single song costs pro it doesn’t make since to do that I could only find 2 songs that weren’t pro
Isn’t reliable
I’ve had this alarm for a couple weeks now and multiple times it has not gone off. For some reason, the music just doesn’t play. It looks like the alarm has gone off, but there was never any sound. I have deleted and reinstalled it and changed songs and still I never know if it’s going to work or not. So I have to set my regular iPhone alarm as a backup. What’s the point? I can’t believe I paid for this thing. Do NOT download this app.
App review
Never plays the song I pick
We should have more songs to chose please
I really love the app but i just wish we had more songs to chose from because i can only chose 2 songs and i want to do “wake me up” and “wake me up before u go go” but it doesn’t allow me..😕
Great app
Update: Thank you very much for fixing the glitch, YAY!! Now I can go back to using this app to wake up again! I used two other apps yesterday and the day before, but they just aren’t good enough for me. Thank you again!
Terrible
You are an alarm clock. does not count as a service of any kind when the phone i own comes with one. a one time purchase would encourage more people to get it anyway. if this was 5 bucks id even recommend it to others
Quite Good
I love it so much it gets me up and let’s me do what I want on it and it’s all free and I’m a deep sleeper so i recommend for any type of sleepers I picked our song by Taylor swift and it gets me up so that song is recommended by me. (If you couldn’t tell I’m a swiftie). But the only bad thing is that it was quite hard to figure out what to do but I think I’m just stupid. Lol. Anyway I love this highly recommend
Not sure
I’ve had this for a while and then just stops working!!! Not sure if you need Spotify premium? It worked without ~ Now it says something went wrong when waking up Very frustrating….
Was working great - now isn’t
This app was so good in the beginning. Playing my Spotify songs I wanted and then something happened and the songs that had videos stopped playing the videos, the alarm doesn’t go off consistently - it has some connection issues with Spotify so it will play an alarm clock sound. It’s disappointing because I really liked this app. Looking for a different one now.
Music Alarm Clock for Spotify
Nice app that also allows you to stay connect with Spotify
Useless
It only lets me pick my most recent song played in Spotify for the last day. Cant even test out the app because my last song was an edm workout song that I’d prefer not waking up to. Otherwise I’d have to pay $30 yearly subscription for the “pro” version. Wasn’t even worth the free three day trial. This app needs to figure out another way to bring in money, like advertisements between songs, because I’m not paying for a simple alarm clock.
Doesn’t always play my music
I have it set for a playlist and instead it plays clips from podcasts that I’ve never heard off before. When it does work, it’s great though
Great, when it works
Often have issues with the alarm not going off due to ‘internet connection’ or volume not being on. I would expect for a purchased app that these wouldn’t be the case, so, recommending others to find a different solution. I don’t intend on renewing.
I luv it but one thing!
I like the sounds and I can wake up properly but what I want is more access for songs for the regular version because I wanna listen to my fav artists on the platform when I wake up!
THIRTY DOLLARS
It costs THIRTY DOLLARS to be able to freely choose your alarm sound it cannot possibly be worth it. The free version arbitrarily locks almost all but 2 songs for me.
No title
It's a great app I put 2 star just because everything is lock and you can only chose one song and I don't want to pay for that
Changes needed
My biggest issue with this app is that it absolutely drains your battery. I go to bed with a full charge and wake up to it nearly dead (this does not happen when I don’t use this app to wake up). This tells me there is inefficient background activity running all night. The free trial is way too short. It didn’t give me enough time to notice this issue - I never would have paid $50 for this app if I knew it would drain my battery daily. I hate waking up with a dead phone. Overpriced considering the service. I pay for Spotify, so paying $50 to pick a singular song to listen to in the morning is pretty ridiculous. Definitely won’t be renewing my subscription.
Best alarm clock app I have found.
Best alarm clock app I have found. Yes you have to pay for it but it’s worth it. It plays whole playlists upon awakening and you can use any music from your Spotify.
$$$
Why pay?
Not happy
I downloaded yesterday and it does not play Spotify. It says something went wrong. For 50 this seems excessive
Useless without paying 😢
Good app all the way, but unless you pay it’s utterly useless in my opinion. Not being able to play what you want even though your already using Spotify which your also paying for, so now I have to pay for two things? That’s expensive in my opinion, and also I would understand on the paying part, but at least allow us to play the song we want.
