Does not play music
I upgraded my phone to iphone17 and the app no longer plays music from my music library. Just the beeps and sounds available in the app. Suppoer button does not work from app store nor their web site.
Custom selected songs stopped working.
I’ve been using this app for years and all of a sudden, even though I have my songs selected, he played at random. The only thing that comes on for the alarm is the notification sound I don’t need a notification that’s also something that’s new that I do not like songs work again otherwise one am I paying for?

アラームのオンオフボタンの間も当たり判定があるせいで、寝ぼけている時にアラームをオンにしようとするとよくアラームの編集画面に飛んでしまう。 そこだけ修正お願いしたい、、、

Advertisement Machine, not a Clock
99% of the time this app only show’s advertisement. When you can “finally” exit the advertisement, here comes the next advertisement. Worthless as a clock.
Good but lot of adds
It good, just annoying that there is an add every time I open the app😭
Was great…
Ive used this app for a few years and have loved it. However, the apps have practically taken over the app. Used to be a non intrusive banner that would disappear in a few minutes. Now an ad takes over the entire screen as soon as you open the app, and you can’t even set an alarm…I’m tired and want to set an alarm and go to bed, but have to keep fighting with this trying to hurry up and set alarm before the ad takes over…I’m done with it!

It just works.
I’ve used this app for years as my primary alarm. It just works. The display is adjustable, there’s plenty of tones to customize your wake up, and it even can use your iTunes music. I hope to use it for the rest of my life TBH.

Not sure what the heck you did 14hrs ago but it didn’t work!!!!the App won’t open! Grrrr. I’ve had a subscription for a long time and this is the first issue I’ve ever had with the app! Please undo what you did!!
One of the few Alarm Apps that works with my ancient iPad Mini 2
One of the few Alarm Apps that works with my ancient iPad Mini 2. The “Digital Nightstand” Alarm option is LOUD and is on all versions of the app. It’s the 2nd loudest Alarm out there and I’ve tried all the apps. THIS APP WORKS GREAT AND IS DEPENDABLE. The only bug is sometimes the alarm just won’t go off. The fix is simple, just close out the app and reboot the device before setting the alarm. Works 100% of the time if you do that. It could just be an old bug on an older version of the app I’m using. I use the latest version of the app occasionally on other devices and do the reboot thing anyways so yeah, probably just an old bug. My iPad Mini 2 would be totally worthless if not for this app. 99% of apps don’t work on it anymore but this one does so the old iPad lives on. I use the iPad as an alarm clock and have the audio output connected to the AUX in on a jam box or an even much louder Stereo for a super loud alarm! The “Digital Nightstand” Alarm Setting paired with a jam box or better yet a stereo will wake up the deepest sleeper which I sleep super heavy and deep. The old iPad is on the highest iOS it can be updated to which is iOS 12. I have WiFi turned off so they can’t force update the app like most other app makers do and make the iPad totally worthless & obsolete. The app still installs on old devices though. Just select an older version of the app from their library but anyways, just in case they want to make my iPad 100% obsolete I just keep the WiFi off so nothing can update. It’s not like it can be used for anything else. If it wasn’t for this App the iPad would’vet been in the trash years ago and why I continue to support this app and have it on all my devices which can all just as easily be hooked up to a Jam Box/Boom Box, Computer Speakers, and I actually use a full blown stereo sometimes with Two 6.5” 50watts per speaker Ceiling Speakers directly above my bed, aiming straight at my head. Told You, I’m a DEEP SLEEPER. I use that setup when I MUST wake up bc I sleep so deeply that I’ll sleep through a Boom Box going off for a full hour that my next door neighbors can hear. It’s rare but not uncommon. Again, I’m a super duper deep sleeper. I live in a house in a traditional neighborhood too, I’m not talking the next apartment over. So, if you sleep deep then hook your phone up to a Boom Box. Bluetooth works too but can be sketchy. What works best is an Audio Cable from the phone/tablet to the AUX In on the Boom Box. You want something with some REAL SPEAKERS
Moving on
Tired of worrying about whether or not my alarms will ever go off. And in the latest set of issues, changed the time for my alarm and it still went off at the original time. This app has burnt me too many times.
No Longer Working
In line with the last review on Wednesday the App is no longer stable. The Add weather option crashes the app and can no be opened. You have to delete and reinstall. The weather add option is not the only time it crashes the APP I have had it also crashing randomly as well. I’ve had to delete and use another alarm clock option due to the unreliability. So will we receive a refund????

Inconsistent
I have had this app wake me up to go to work every morning for the past two years now. But every once in a while, it’s inconsistent. I have an iPhone and I particularly leave it on mute when I go to bed so I don’t hear my notifications or text messages out loud. But I’ve noticed if I kept the app open on its main clock, it would still sound. However, not this morning and I arrived late to work. When I went into settings, there was a notifications that the alarm will not sound because my phone is on mute. This has never been an issue. My phone is on mute for text notifications, but when it came to the alarm, it always played as long as I kept the app open. Sometimes I don’t even need it to be fully open. It could be in my taskbar. I don’t know. It’s just frustrating that I can’t rely on this alarm clock
4.4 stopped working
Always loved this app, but today it dies upon opening after yesterday's update. deleted and reloading. Taking forever: is this a bad sign

I have no complaint with this app. I’ve used it for years and I’ve never had an issue with it so I’m not gonna say anything bad about this app. It’s worth what I pay.
Can’t get started
I couldn’t even set up an alarm because I couldn’t get past all the ads that popped up. I even got a survey asking how I use the alarm when I haven’t even used it yet!
Adverts when asleep?
I love this app but I fail to understand why you show adverts when I’m fast asleep? This does not cause me a problem but I see them, if i awake in the night for other reasons, but I don’t understand the logic.
Phone won’t charge any more
I’ve used this when traveling for a few years but for some reason leaving it running on my nightstand it uses so much power I’m only charged to 40% by morning. Otherwise does as promised but I won’t be using it any more.
Good not great
This app is getting worse. It’s quite useful but at night I’ve noticed these bright banner ads pop up and sometimes wake me up. I’m not able to read them as I’m just seeing the light so I don’t understand the point.
Can’t Live Without It
The digital Alarm Clock is the best thing I’ve ever downloaded. It gets me up on time every day and I don’t have to worry about a plugged in alarm that may not work when the power goes out. if you have problems getting up in the morning, you’ll never regret having a digital alarm.
Gets stuck in adds
This was a great app now it just gets stuck in adds with no way out but to close the app!!!!
Good but…
I love this app but I am only going to give it 4 stars, idk if this is just me but because sometimes when I set my alarm and wake up to it and then I go to turn it off, it BLASTS out the loudest alarm I have ever heard, and that does not normally happen, and it’s like 6am and loud enough to wake up all my neighbours, I am then trying to make it stop, wich is difficult to do, I will say again, idk if this is just me but please fix this if it isn’t.
Unreliable
I noticed that when I’m using my ipad the alarm doesn’t sound until I go open the app. More recently it’s been even worse…today the alarm went off with zero volume. I’m on the paid version, and it’s terrible.
Just one issue
So, I had to set myself an alarm the other day that needed to go through my headphones. I researched and researched, and the only option I found was this app. 1st test - brilliant. Actually going off? Nothing until I opened the app. Do better, guys.
Glitch in last update
Since last update (4.3.44)(March2025), when I open app and set it down on wireless charger for the night, it triggers the alarm to come on and I have to select stop and then replace it to charger base. It happens every night every time. Worked just fine for last few year’s until the last update
no longer reliable
I used this for many years. Always counted on it to ring and it came through. Seems like since icon changed, app doesn't ring unless app is open. I can't rely on it anymore. Very sad.

Full screen ads take over the app and you cannot get them off the screen without clicking through to the product. Today an ad claimed my phone was hacked and I needed an anti virus software. I get that they need to show ads but full screen false ads that you cannot bypass is awful. Find another app.

Recently the ads started appearing with sound, which never happened before for years I’ve been using it. Quite annoying when you turn up the volume at night for the alarm, and a noisy ad appears and wakes everyone up around you.
It’s changed for the worse - very disappointed.
I’ve been using this app for years and have loved it. I understand the adverts etc and that’s always been fine. But now the ads are popping up in the middle of the night while I’m using the app. They light up the room and are so bright they wake me up. This has really disappointed me. I won’t be pushed and / or bullied into purchasing the premium version just to be able to sleep without having a bright light shone in my face while I’m sleeping plus get features I’m never going to use. I’ve been pushed into not using it any more.

It doesn’t work as I thought
I tried this app because I am a heavy sleeper and I want to wake up on time. However, when I set the alarm, it wouldn’t ring! It only gives me notifications that it is time to wake up, but I am on Sleep Mode at night so I can’t wake up!!

Has the bug been fixed?
Recently I’ve set the alarm and it hasn’t gone off. For some reason the clock seems to be 30 mins behind the real time, meaning Ive missed certain events. Has this been fixed? Spoke to someone else who mentioned the same thing. Using another app for now, as have been using this for a while but can’t afford to miss an alarm!
