★☆☆☆☆
Phone number?
Any app that immediately asks for my phone number is a no no.
★★★☆☆
Would be much better if it had family sharing.
I used to use Cardiogram, the original app this developer made before it was decommissioned, to monitor my heart rate which can be dangerously low. Family sharing was enabled with Cardiogram and my family and I loved the security of knowing they could get real time alerts of my low heart rate rather than the maybe 1hr later summary alerts from the Apple Health and call an ambulance if required as I live alone. A carer could also monitor me from another room using this method. Empirical health seems to only want to earn money from Lab tests for those who live in the USA. They could actually save lives worldwide if they enabled family sharing the way it was with Cardiogram - it’s the same heart rate monitoring programme. I really hope they think again about this. I live in Australia. The paid blood test requests are irrelevant as they are free in this country. But family sharing of the heart rate monitoring - that could be a subscription model-could save my life and many others who may not be able to order the blood tests because they live outside of the USA. What is more important? Is this app about making money in one country only or helping people all over the world live a healthier and safer life?

Claimed HRV was 14
The app claimed my HRV was 14, which indicated poor heart health, but when I check the health app from my iPhone, it says it’s 35, which is decent. I don’t trust this app, it worried me over a glitch!
