Always enjoy
Always enjoy seeing the space station fly overhead. Especially early in the evening and it is really bright. I always try to catch it when it flys by.
A problem
Don’t know if I’m doing something wrong, but I get notifications EVERY DAY indicating the space station is above my location. And, I know that is not possible. What’s up with that? Is there a fix? The old text system was on point.

Below my view
I’m thrilled I get notified, it’s just that the ISS is so low & I have a hill or bushes blocking my view. I look forward to when it’s much higher and I’ll be able to see it again. There’s always other things that mess with a viewing like weather. Oh well until next time. 😊
Notifications stop after a while
Your notifications for local flyovers stop if I don’t open your app every so many days. I dislike that because then I forget, life gets busy. iPhone 16e. iOS 27.2.1. When the app is working though, it works great.

It was made by NASA, it works. The first time you see iss whiz by you are taken to another world
Too complex
Spotting the ISS used to be simple and a joy. This app has made it so complex it is almost impossible, unless you have a degree in satellite navigation! Such a shame. I feel very let down

But glad this app has a Next Sightings List in the top-left.
Typos
Hi :) Great app, great idea, however there is a typo (hence the two stars, will modify after correction), for the French notification that the station I above us, it says « mintutes » instead of « minutes ». Have a great day !
Para de funcionar
Por três vezes já aconteceu isso. Após algumas notificações, alguns dias, para de funcionar. Não dá mais os próximos avistamentos. Preciso desinstalar e instalar pra voltar a funcionar. iPhone 13

Not working
It doesn't work on my phone. It started the tour and it froze. Restarting didn't help.
What’s up?
For two or three days, the app no longer seems to work reliably. I am informed about the overflight of the station, although the orbit no longer intersects my coordinates according to the map.
App exit button
If the ‘globe ‘ icon is an App exit/crash button, it works perfectly. However, if not, it doesn’t!
Taking photos
I have successfully used the app to spot the ISS for the first time, so I am happy with the main functionality. However, the “Capture this moment” function simply takes a screenshot, which is rather pointless as the ISS itself is covered by the icon on the screen. It would be more useful to be able to take an actual photo, without all the information, lines, icons etc. that are displayed on the screen.
Ford T model Awareness who and where we are
When I first saw the app I approached it with open mind and eyes. The first viewing was a few days away so naturally I got busy. The ISS was not on my agenda. Then I got a calendar notice-then a countdown T-. At that point Reality set in. A revelation came to me “There are people in that thing”. Just like there are people in those little red,white and green flashes that come by.Lin the sky at night.However They aren’t in an airplane they are in Space vehicle less the a Ford T Model and we as a people are in our infancy in relation to Space exploration and travel. Thank you developers, you helped me to awake!!

It’s always thrilling to me to watch the ISS as it orbits overhead. The reason I can consistently watch it is because of the SPOT the STATION app. It’s a FANTASTIC APP in every way and I’m so appreciative of its functionality and availability.

Outstanding app! I know it seems nerdish (I just made that up :-) but to get to outside and see the space station fly by is amazing. I often go out just after sunset and watch satellites go by, by there isn’t a better satellite than the space station, and this app makes it possible. I’ll sometimes go out to see it multiple times a night, then ponder how in 90 minutes, this thing went around the world, and I saw it twice in 90 minutes! Amazing!
Dumbest app ever
It’s so basic, it doesn’t put the specific location i am in so when i do get my notification I look and nothing is there. I hope this app shuts down and never returns

ISS app
In the old system, I got an e-mail in the morning when I could see the station that evening, ie when It was dark and the S was visible. Now I get a message when its happened, which is less than useless. A classic case of "If it's not broke, don't fix it". Except you did. Please have a re-think, I still find it fascinating. Alasdair Lawrance Now it won't accept my nickname.

This app is appalling and a complete waste of time. Avoid avoid avoid. It’s only plus point you don’t get bombarded with adverts! Why because it’s useless I don’t even know why it’s still available !
