Excellent for navigation but could use Apple Wallet support
The app has excellent navigation support with its map and I’m glad that it has built in membership card support. However, it would be great to be able to add your membership card directly to your Apple wallet for easy access.
Basically Useless
The map which is the main point of the app is nearly non functional and does not show the entire park at one time it is not user friendly at all and not optimized for mobile use
Cannot import pass
Wasted 20 mins trying to import the family pass into the app wallet. Resorting to screenshots.

Great app!
This helped me and my family with places we could go to, recently we went to a trip to Columbus and we came here. I downloaded this app and this helped us navigate around the Zoo and Aquarium, this place is great to go to. I really liked the experience there and the app is really helpful! Would come here again soon !! :)
Membership card?
How to I log into my membership!!? Like where is the button to login?
Does the job, but just barely
This app needs some additional development. Getting to membership cards is clunky. And it logs you out of your passes and then you’re awkwardly in line holding things up while you try to regain access to the cards. It also shouldn’t take 3 clicks to get to the passes. It would be so much better to just add to Apple Wallet and not have to deal with this clunky app. As a regular member, I desperately miss the printed cards.
Some issues
This app has been fairly helpful with our trip. The map showing exactly where we are was extremely helpful. However, all the info on the events taking place and the times were incorrect, as non of them happened. And the info on which dining options were open was also wrong, it was saying places were open when they very much weren’t. If this app was kept up to date day by day and accurate it would be 5/5.
Great time
Reasonably priced and great attractions! The only thing I wish was that it was clean. The ground in some areas were dirty, littered with hair, debris and used food cartons. Hopefully, they hire help to have caretakers go around and clean up periodically.
Not allowing my zoo membership to app which i purchased from Kroger

This app is great! I don’t live near the Zoo, but with this app I can see what’s going on there every day and learn all about the Columbus Zoo and the amazing animals that live there. It also includes websites and everything on them. I would highly recommend this app. It was a great find for me!

Columbus zoo and Aquarium and zoombezi Bay waterpark
I love love love both of these places. Have memberships to both and go several times per week. The only fault I have is the expense of getting in if not a member. I have a few friends and family who aren’t members and only go once or twice a year because of expense they only go at Christmas. I can bring a friend with me but it’s still full price. Also very expensive to eat there. One slice of pizza costs as much as a whole pizza anywhere else besides zoo and waterpark. You allow us to bring our drink in and small snack. Which is nice. One other thing is- I have a membership to the zoo and zoombezi bay. I always have. I buy 9 member ships every year so my family can go otherwise they would not be able to afford to go more than once or twice. I still have to wait in the long lines to get in to parking lot. Then have to park further away depending on time I get there. Then have to wait in line to show my pass. Twice. Maybe some things to think about? It is a wonderful beautiful zoo and aquarium one of the best in the country-thank you Jack Hanna-but extremely expensive if u live in the area and would like to go more often. You used to have a pass for people who live in Powell- which I do- but u no longer have that pass. I guess I can go by myself but it’s more fun to go with people. I love to show off the zoo and aquarium to my visiting guests but it can be very expensive. I had my nieces come two years ago for a week. It actually poured rain and I mean hard rain every day they were here. So I not only lost money on the tickets I bought for them for the week. They never did get to see it. I do love it and feel very lucky to live so close to such a wonderful place. I just don’t like to go to the waterpark by myself. Thank you JoMilliner

Great viewing!
We took our young grandsons, 1 & 3 and they had a blast! We were able to view SO many animals up close. The dinosaurs were a surprise and a major hit. The boys were interested for 4 hours straight.
App makes it so easy to navigate
All the experiences are mapped out for you. How could it be any easier. My kids got to see everything we came for. Wish more zoos did this.
Awesome App
Easy to use and always know just where u are in relation to the animal habitats and rides. Easy to plan your day with all the available info so easily accessed.
