- Simple to use and operate
- Allows you to add notes
What they complain about
- Crashes and shows errors often
- No watch app available
- Does not work on iOS 18
Excellent App
Yes it daily, simple app does exactly what it says it will do and what I need.
Best from what is available
As an ex garmin user this one is closest to what i was used to - sometimes it reboots on its own / lack of possibility to measure two activity times - hot activity and cold activity in one workout - very basic but still do the job.
Good but there’s a glitch
I get an error message after every session. It still seems to log everything but always gives an error message otherwise it’s a great app.
Broken
I LOVE this app but it’s broken now. I have an error every time I use it, doesn’t measure heart rate and when I end session it throws error and doesn’t save
Time doesn’t sync
What does inarticulate mean? The app is super simple and free. Works well enough for my purposes. But I don’t understand why the starting time of a session is out of sync with my iPhone by a few seconds. Shouldn’t it pick up the iPhone time whenever I create a new session?
Use almost everyday. Solid
Love the simplicity of the app and the tracking. I use it almost every day and been a user for almost 2 years. Big fan.
Absturz
Sie stürzt jetzt beim aufmachen, gleich wieder ab. Habe sie schon deinstalliert… und neu rauf … aber leider nichts gebracht… SCHADE Bitte den Fehler beheben , dann gibt auch mehr Sterne Danke
Nice app
Nice app but would be nice if it would sync to Strava.
Better than some…
I am seeking an app to download to my Apple Watch that will track sauna sessions. Sauna Sesh is better than some only because it can download onto the watch. I wish it used apple health to gather body metrics and calculated calories. I’m sure many people would use this if it was an option.
Works well BUT
It works well until your watch gets hot and turns off functionality, the app stops tracking all together. Good for the basics though, and I now keep on top of cooling the watch with water
Great app. Use every day
I’d support and pay for this!
Watch app won’t appear on watch
There is no watch app.
Doesn’t work anymore
App used to be ok. It hasn’t been updated in 7 months and doesn’t work with iOS 18. It just crashes. Already uninstalled and reinstalled it and still the same thing.
Works great
This app does everything I need it to do. Would highly recommend.
Cool ehm Hot App, but
… please change the app icon. This is way tooooooooo ugly 🙈
Review
Best sauna app I’ve been able to find and use. Not a ton of features, but just what I was looking for.
Great tracking app
Works great. I like that it allows notes so I can record heart rate and internal temp from sauna workouts. I use cheap devices and a really old iPhone. I do not take my “good” watch, phone etc into a sauna.
Fantastic app
Really great app – I enjoy using it, and I love the logs
Great App
Easy to use and operate. I like this app for tracking sauna use.
Highly recommend
With how popular Saunas are now, this simple app fills a big gap in the fitness tracking space.
SaunaSesh
The only app I have found that will monitor your heart rate and show your calorie Output Great stuff
