I’d been using the standard Ooni recipe for years. Found this posted on Reddit and decided to try it. Major crust improvement!

Reminders???
I have only used this app once so not much to review as far as accuracy goes. However, it is very user friendly and quite simple to learn! I was wondering if a future update could possibly look into the “schedule” sending reminders when an event comes up?
Room for improvement
Can be quite helpful, but the percentages are off, so you always have to adjust if you want the correct hydration.
Fehler in der Berechnung
App an für sich gut aber es sind Fehler in der Berechnung. Die Wassermenge stimmt nicht. Die App rechnet leider Zuviel Wasser aus. Habe es selber nachgerechnet und auch 2 andere Apps verglichen die das richtig rechneten. Deswegen nur 3 Sterne. Anfänger würden sich Ärgern wenn der Teig zu flüssig ist.

Gut Gemachte App eine Kleinigkeit fehlt
Die App finde ich gut, ich würde gerne noch die Möglichkeit der Eingabe der Raumtemperatur haben. Im Winter ist die Küche z.B. nur 16°C warm aber im Hochsommer 24°C. Und auch die Möglichkeit die Gehtemperatur des Vorteigs (z.B. 16°C Raumtemp) und des Hauptteiges (dann im Kühlschrank bei 7°C) getrennt einzugeben und in die Gesamtkalkulation eingerechnet zu werden.
Il y a un gros problème
L’app aurait pu être parfaite si le type de pizza personnalisé avait fonctionné ! Le problème vient de la quantité de levure, déjà le pourcentage c’est contre intuitif sauf pour l’hydratation mais le soucis c’est que ça ne met pas les bonnes quantité de levure on se retrouve par exemple, pour l’essai avec aucun temps de repos de la pâte et 1h de repos pour le pâton avec 0,35gr de levure ! Ça ne montera jamais ! Mais à l’inverse sur des temps de repos plus longs c’est pareil on a des quantités ridicules. J’ai refais en perso la recette rapide on a 3 fois moins de levure, même en mettant la pâte au frigo ! Dommage que le calculateur de levure ne fonctionne pas à ce jour il fait vite une mise à jour

Eine Sache fehlt mir zur perfektion, und zwar das ich nicht die Rückkehr auf Raumtemperatur einstellen kann. Sonst finde ich es ein super gelungenes App was hilft seine Planung besser durchzuführen. So was müsste es jetzt noch für Brote geben. 👍👍👍👍

Application très bien faite, les recettes pré enregistrées sont claires, il manque juste la possibilités d’enregistrer ses propres protocoles pour ne pas avoir à les recréer à chaque fois
Excellent combination of features
Pizza hobbyist here, and this app beats the Ooni or other similar apps of its type. It is my go to app for ingredient quantities of varying recipes and varying styles of pizza. It’s just clean and concise, and easy. They just hit the mark right on the perfectly for UI experience, omitting junk people don’t want, and just making a great app people can use. I hope updates keep the experience the same, and allow me to use this app for a long time. My appreciation and applause to the developer for this one. I will be sharing this to a couple neighbors also getting into then homemade pizza game. … I just discovered I can use my sourdough levain as yeast source with %50 hydration calculated in… even better. Again great features. Thanks.

This app is a great help for chefs in their Pizza kitchen: Helps a lot to calculate the ingredients and the time which is left to be in time at the end of a Pizza session! Wish list. - Possibility to add more than one individual dough plan - Possibility to name the individual doughs - Possibility to modify the given time plans - Nice to have: Dough recipe for Pinsa Romana. The timer idea is excellent
I love being able to set a date and time we’re going to eat and have it work backwards from there, great idea! Also the prebuilt recipes look great!

Love that the essential recipes are already in the can to choose from, easy adjustments to the recipe as needed, and the timely push notifications to make sure you stay on task.

App realizzata molto bene in perfetto stile Apple. Aggiungerei solamente alcune impostazioni, come la possibilità di selezionare lievito madre, pizza verace o in teglia e il tempo di riposo a temperatura ambiente prima del riposo in frigo. Merita comunque 5 stelle
