Charges Incresed
Charges increased without any intimation to customers. it was 2.10% and GST but now they have increased to 2.40% and GST. they have become greedy.
Doesn’t accept amex cards

I had a very poor experience with Velocity Pay.
On 17 December, I made a transfer of INR 20,000 using my credit card. The amount was debited successfully, and I received a confirmation email. However, the receiver never received the money, and the Velocity system showed the payment as failed. Their support team acknowledged the issue and cited a technical glitch, assuring me multiple times (on 19th Dec and again on 24th Dec) that the transfer would be re-initiated. Unfortunately, even after more than a week, there was no payment, no refund, and no proper update. After that, they stopped responding to emails completely. Because of this unresolved issue, I was forced to initiate a bank chargeback. I am sharing this review to warn other users. Please be very cautious while using this service, especially for large amounts, as follow-up and resolution are extremely poor.

Settlement pending 2days, no swift or any response. Very low level services & one email point. 👎👎
How any new users trust such platform if no helpline or 24/7 reach for any financial platform. Such facing settlement pending for 2days and none is available to connect or settled immediately. Velocity pay remind me is like manual system (., people going to deposit the NEFT form to bank) in digital era banking. Big questions:, Velocity hold the fund at own end for such long for own benefits and users suffering!
Excellent Payment option
I am using Velocity Pay from last 1 month. Very good app for payments by credit card. Support is also very nice. I am very happy with Velocity Pay. Thank you Team Velocity 🙏
No support
They will take ages (more than 2 weeks) to review and approve vendor details. Still waiting post 3 weeks. Useless app it seems
Easy and convenient
Thanks to this app, I can use my Visa credit card to make vendor payments. Gives me 45 days of extra credit!
Terrible attitude
Who ever was in touch with me was an extremely rude individual
Useless
My transactions kept getting failed. Later on got a call from company telling me policies. I tried to give them feedback which they were not ready to listen. Felt not a congenial company to do business.
Unstable App
I installed the app and I found the app is unstable. Whenever I open the app it just shows me white screen. I’m using the latest updates iOS platform and phone so there cannot be a issue in phone or iOS.
