My experience with Veezu is excellent. I book on the App and drivers always on time. The App keeps me informed at every step. I hope it stays the same. Well done to the operations team.
Worst taxi service ever
Awful app, worse drivers half of them take the fare and don’t turn up other half take the fare then complain then they turn up, useless service never using again, god help anyone who does

I really like veezu because it’s easy to book and the price aren’t super expensive like others, but I notice on the app it will tell me a certain cost but I will be charged a pound or more (eg; app says £5.70 I get charged £6.70) not only this but a few drivers will not drop me off to my exact location, I wouldn’t mind if it was a minute or two away but today I was dropped off 10 minutes away from my destination
Never appeared
I booked a taxi with you the night before but no driver could be successfully assigned on the day. 10 minutes after the booked time I had to book an Uber to get to my train.
Third time lucky
You book in advance and it goes into the system 5 mins before pick up . You might aswell just book when you are ready . 2 drivers took trip and then cancelled

Always disgustingly late for airport runs. Finding a car minutes before pick up. Drivers cancelling mid way to collect. It’s become an over priced Uber / Bolt operation. Shambolic. Dragon Taxi’s before always superb.

As always booking was straightforward with very little waiting time.
Dropping at arrivals for outbound passengers.
Driver said he couldn’t go up to departures??? My mother in law at 93 used a Vezu recently from Altrincham to Bowdon and the driver bluntly refused to help her with a couple of bags of groceries. If these types of non service continue we will not be using Veezu again. Wake up and smell the competition…This is a hungry market.
Cannot connect card as non-uk person
I’d like to use your app but I cannot connect my business Visa card as I’m resident outside of the UK and your app only accept UK postcodes when registering the card. It’s says “non-valid” postcode.

Booking on this app is a total waste of time as they don’t book you a car for that specific time just give you a cost and pray it’s not so busy they can actually send you a car !
Excellent app but
I need a better way of payment , used to get debited immediately and debited any balance or refunded any bal after the ride is completed , all of a sudden I can’t pay via app anymore, I now have to pay extra 50p , not happy about that . Esther
Driver very argumentative
Driver very argumentative due to the fact that we had requested 2 stops within 3 minutes drive of each other and that he wasn’t getting paid to do this. We eventually just told him to go to the one address and myself and my husband ended up- walking back home. We coul have understood if the stops were a distance apart but they weren’t and could have easily been done had the driver taken our preferred route but no he wasn’t getting paid having none of it. It was his way or no way😡. Very disappointed as we use taxis every Saturday to get to and to get back from our chosen destinations
vociferous app
I had all marketing options turned off. Yet the app is constantly sending me notifications daily about things to do in the app. I found it so annoying that I turned off notifications completely. Not really something you want to do with a taxi booking app. I preferred my taxi company's personal booking app, but it must have been more cost effective to discontinue it for Veezu.

Terrible App
I usually really like Veezu but their app is terrible and support is non-existent. I have been logged out of this app for a week and unable to log back in because they insist on sending you a pin via SMS and the SMS never arrives so matter how many times you resend it. I have sent an email to their admin and had zero response. I have also searched the website for support and there is nothing that addresses this issue. You need to have a better account recovery in place because this is ridiculous. It shouldn’t be this difficult to log into an account and you should at least have a customer service that you can contact and who actually responds. I am beyond frustrated with this company.
Lazy drivers always on phone
Almost all the time they are on the phone with families they even don’t care to ask if I mind they are calling. The other thing is I travel with small baby and pushchair once in a while I get help from them but usually they even don’t move. Absolutely no manners.

Not reliable
Used it a few times to get to and from Bristol airport. I don’t get updated on what the vehicle looks like, or the number plate. I get called from the call center for updates instead of through the app. Drivers always late (half an hour) despite scheduling well in advance. This to me, defeats the point point of scheduling. Fixed price is nice, but id rather pay 50 more quid for another service than have to deal with the uncertainty and inconsistency of this service.

Don't use them for important things
I booked a taxi in the app to go to the airport for a specific date and time. Turns out the prebooking feature is not prebooking at all. It just queues the request to go out at the time, meaning there is no gurantee of a driver being available. What therefore, is the point of the prebooking feature?

Was pleased to see that the Gosport branch have taxis which take wheelchairs. I have an elderly relative with dementia whom I needed to get to an appointment in the afternoon. Called twice but was told both times they do not pre book and I have to call after 12.30pm to see if one is available! Useless!

Veezu is always punctual it’s easy to make a booking and the drivers are always polite willing to help if needed that’s why l only use them when I need a taxi

App repeatedly claimed the driver had arrived, but he never arrived. Map also does not update in real time.
