Updated and now app won’t open
I’m super disappointed that I updated the app and now it doesn’t work. It doesn’t say that it’s not compatible with my phone; when I open it, it is just a blank screen with Artisan’s colors. This is an app I use on a daily basis.

Generally like this app, however, I am being told I have to download the latest version in order to use and the latest version isn’t compatible with my iPhone 8.

I can no longer use the app because my phone cannot update the required version. It’s forcing me to buy a new phone which I can’t afford.
Much better online experience
I hardly used the online app because of difficulty navigating. Now - 100% better!😀
Terrible app
Weekly have issues with not being able to get current balances. At one house I cannot even access the app unless I turn my Wi-Fi off .Very buggie app.

My biggest complaint with the new app is no confirmation numbers when a bill is paid

2 different browsers and iPhone app - can’t see or download full statements What it will do is download header of statement and say errors

I used the app daily, and now with the update I cannot, nor will I buy a new phone just to use this app. 😕
