Cannot connect using iphone
this needs update
Constantly drops connection and loses memory
The app has major connectivity bugs. It constantly disconnects the unit from the app mid-session. Even worse, it has no memory and completely forgets the last connected device, forcing me to manually reconnect every time I open it. The flash/scan to TV feature is totally useless and fails to work. It’s incredibly frustrating to use in its current state. Needs an update ASAP.
Favorites
It would have been nice if we could still access the old GV app so we can transfer the favorite songs that we save.

Digital Songbook
Very useful app. No need physical songbook to find my favorite songs to sing. I can have my favorite list in the app by tapping the star on the song title. Also, it can be use as remote control to my videoke. Just connected my videoke and cellphone to the same wifi and tap pairing devices and scan the qr code and kazam my phone is connected to my videoke. Amazing functions and no lag!
It doesn’t connect to the TV
I tried to connect it to the tv for how many times it doesn’t connect even though your using the QR code nothing!! Please fix it. Grand Video app is much much better. I don’t know why they change it!!

Song Updates
It is very hard for people outside of the Philippines to purchase song update codes. I’m in Canada so it’s difficult to contact one of the “TJ Service Centers” as instructed by the app.
