Just Great
Everything i ever wanted from a supercross app ! Works perfectly and im so happy to finally have a proper TV app on my FireTV stick and Samsung TV. Great to see the sport evolve.
Terrible
Not user friendly, videos are randomly not available some times. Very expensive for a very ordinary user experience

Volume, poor casting & tv app
Every time you cast tv volume goes to 70 and will not turn down for up to 5 minutes so you just have to endure max volume. Casting just stops randomly . Tv app WILL not play and of the video stream, every time you go to watch the race or race day live it just plays the SuperMotocross rules video. Crashed randomly on iPad and iPhone

It would be cool if you guys made a trading cards for supercross
Can’t access the event videos
Every time the event goes from live to not live it takes forever if not all day for me to watch the event. It just keeps saying event has ended but no new none live event has come up. The French and Spanish videos are up but the English is not.
Übersichtlich und einfach zu bedienen
Die App ist gut. Lässt sich leicht bedienen und man kann seine Rennen immer gucken. Trotzdem habe ich 2 Kritikpunkte: Leider ist die Qualität auf meinem 75Zoll TV nicht gut. Da stimmt etwas mit der Auflösung nicht. Qualität kann man auch nicht verändern. Mein Download ist locker gut genug. Zusätzlich bin ich enttäuscht dass man nicht auf den TV streamen kann. Nur Spiegeln oder über eine eigene TV App. Diese Blockade ist völlig unnötig.

Would get 5 stars if I could ppv select individual races instead of forking out for the whole lot. Other than that pretty good user experience

Live stream is great but old race run really slow
I love the races and race day live. The Live streams are great but I watch alot of the old races and sometimes I miss the live and watch the next day. The non live streamed race need to refresh a lot and there can be 5 - 3 second delays per minute which of course are bad for an exciting race like supercross. I’ve had my ISP come to my house and ensure my speed is fine. I average 103 MPs which is more than enough. Can something be done to improve the speed so there are no interruptions in the previously aired races. This is my 5th year of subscription and have not had this issue in the past. Thank you
Best thing ever
I live in Outside the US witch makes it where I don’t have access to peacock so I can watch SMX so this was the only way and I love the sport so much that the price don’t matter and it’s not really expensive for an average joe like myself I love everything abt this broadcast so thank you so much
Worst app in the history of iPhone
Do not pay for this it’s the worst coverage of a $250 subscription I’ve ever seen you will be watching it behind the live stream and when the stream ends it will boot you out so you can’t watch anymore. Crazy the amount of money you pay for the worst app in history. Watch it on YouTube
Playback issue and missing archive races
Half of the 2024 Thunder Valley broadcast is missing. I’m trying to catch up on last weekends racing that I missed and the video stops after about an hour and a half into the 4 hour video and some of the races are missing from some of the earlier super cross archives Apart from these few things I’m pretty happy with the overall performance of the app
Can’t Airplay with this app
Used to have the app on Roku and it was deleted. Cannot airplay from Iphone to my tv. App just crashes repeatedly and blanks out screen if mirroring when connected to tv. I have to hook up HDMI cable to my computer to watch on tv in living room. The airplay icon purples out and blanks screen when video opens.

Over priced for low quality stream
The app works well and is reliable which is great but expected. For the price you’re paying especially in Aud the stream quality is garbage. Worse than YouTube which is free. I have a top of the line oled tv which is big and was extremely expensive because I love my sport everything else I watch is in 4k and perfect. Then you go to this app and the stream looks so bad on my tv I’ve had to go back to an iPad or my phone to watch the race to avoid getting a headache id say it’s HD at best if even that. Happy to pay good money for good quality. Do better, I’ve had this service for years and it’s never improved. No one wants to watch this on a phone. We all have big TVs now-days.

When it works it is good, 90% of the time it works, it is the Philadelphia rd and it is not working
Does not work on all devices
-Roku stick won’t stream it, works for 45 seconds then shuts off. Restart multiple times, app up to date. Will play any old file but can not stream. -Can not download onto older Apple TVs. -iPhone works and can screen mirror for a few minutes at a time but can’t do anything else on your phone. And it randomly stops working. -Can’t have the app open in the house and try to watch in the garage, they think you’re sharing your password. -It does work on the newest Apple TV. -You don’t get to see the opening ceremonies or commercials. Video pass is so expensive I’m extremely disappointed with the experience so far. This is the only way to watch from Canada. This as of Feb 19 2023. Hopefully it gets fixed.

Delayed upload
When you subscribe to a streaming app, you expect to be able to do exactly that. I wake up early Sunday morning (Australia) and expect to be able to watch the race from the night before. Sorry, Redbud has finished, but there’s an hour of qualifying. Where’s the races? App developer clearly doesn’t give a rats about reviews as I have seen one complaint acknowledged. Do better.

Does not mirror
Unless you are happy with watching on your phone or IPad don’t pay for it . It’s not encoded compatible for mirroring to your tv screen. You will get sound on a black screen .

Worst App ever.
Garbage
Paid a lot of money and ended up watching recaps on YouTube. It won’t let you cast to the TV and when you try to it won’t ever stop trying so you literally have to delete the app and re download it. It’s a lot of money and frustration and it simply does not work. Very unsatisfied and if there was an option to get my money back i’de take it

Shocking
This is the only legit way to watch the supercross in Australia the $300 price tag should atleast allow me to stream this on more than one device at a time, I can’t get the app on my tv so I have to chromecast and every time I open a text message whilst streaming the supercross it kicks me off the tv saying I’m watching it on another device then when you reconnect it goes back to the start I’m so sick of being rammed hand and fist by this supercross mob

less than SD quality. constantly flickers each 2 seconds. really frustrating considering the price you pay and what other motorsports delivers in their streaming apps ps it’s the same quality if you watch via Samsung TV App
