My game crashed it goes to the main screen and then it doesn’t do anything; it won’t read the button or anything
Glitch Game Closes every few minutes
It is very frustrating that the game closes itself every few minutes. I sent an in app email requesting assistance but never received a response. If this issue isn’t fixed, I am deleting the game.

I literally just downloaded this game today and fell in love with it. Once I reached level 173 it just freezes indefinitely when I try to play a level. I guess I enjoyed my single day of playing this game lol.

What happened?
This game used to be fun. But now it stutters all the time when it is working and freezes when it’s not. Just had another glitch where the sets of three weren’t clearing, just piling on top of each other. I’m sorry I spent money on it for gems as I have to close and re-open it after every level now.
Ok fun game
I have been playing it since it was match factory. Don’t know why you changed the name, but I am at a level 2167 and basically when I couldn’t pass a level, I would just keep redoing it and then eventually I would get it, but as I go up higher Even paying for boosters, I can’t do that and I cannot keep paying money. I’m on unlimited income the hard ones are getting hotter than the super hot ones and the super hard ones could give you a seizure. There’s too many things on the board. I’m going to continue to play and will let you know if anything changes
Scooby doo :,(
I only downloaded because of the Scooby doo collab. When it switched back I got super disappointed.
Use to love this game
For the last week the game just closes while I’m playing which means I lose the match and also all the perks I have earned such as the bubble blower. PLEASE FIX
Best game ever!
This game I found through Facebook got me hooked! And making it be Scooby-Doo themed? Genius! I hope there will be themes of Match Mart. Like Ice Age, Tom & Jerry, and even Nickelodeon themes like Danny Phantom, SpongeBob, and other popular shows.

Love the game but recently has been very glitchy and crashes constantly; resulting in lost lives, progress in river rushes and overall frustrating gameplay. Does not even stay loaded anymore.

After one of the games, you have to wait like 17 days but still play to win 5000 gems and it was supposed to be the today that the 5000 gems would be available to get ,the new game has started, but it will not let you get the 5000 gems 😏
Glitch
I rather like the new Scooby Dooby theme. However, there has been some sort of glitch recently involving the popcorn cart. It appears to be stuck. I’ve been done with all of the requests for about two weeks, and I cannot advance in that part. Please check. Is there a reason that when I purchase this game it does not allow multiple devices? I have a few and I just want ad-free versions all of them without paying the extra purchase price. Shouldn’t there be a button that says restore purchases or something? The save progress option is there, but I don’t want to use up my gems on that. That’s totally greedy. It should just be a given that I can use the game on other devices. Just make it fair instead of “get the buyer.” Great game! I absolutely loved it when I started playing. There were no ads. Now there are ads. I started playing because the ad that I watched said specifically no ads. Now after many weeks of playing, ads appear. What’s up with that? I don’t care about ads. Not really. I know they are a necessary evil. What I don’t like is repetition of ads, prolonged clicking on them, and clicking several Xs or “Done” to get out of them. Hey, here’s an idea! Get some of the ads from tv on there. You know like food, soda, candy, etc, and stop with the apps ads. Heck, I’d even prefer short political ads in there. Other than that, the game premise is good and quite enjoyable. Edit: Add to the problem with ads Poorly worded ads that contain spelling and grammatical errors. 🤨😖😫😩🫤

Super Glitchy at higher levels
I was loving this game, but at higher levels it is unusable. It freezes constantly and kicks you out. Because of the freezing of the game, you lose your achievements and I’ve been unable to complete even one round. Very disappointing.

Level 1014
I've been playing this game for about 6 months and love it so much until now. Level 1014 is glitching. I clear everything until I get to the 15 orange coffee cups. They flash and scroll very fast on the screen, making it impossible to clear them. What is going on? I've reached out to your tech support twice, no response. I've deleted, reinstalled, updated and powered off my iPhone 12 mini. Please help, because if you don't I can't proceed any further. Thank you

As smooth as it gets for gameplay. Effortlessly play levels with a sexy feeling tap engine. Seamless gameplay that is one of those games you play to get in a good mood, feel constructive, exercise the brain a little and waste time in a really fun way. Absolutely zero ads. I’ve been playing for about 2 weeks and on level 725. Hard levels are just hard enough. I haven’t had to spend money, but when I need the rockets and extra 30sec boosters for the Really hard levels, I will gladly purchase gems to keep playing. Again, this is how a game is supposed to feel from a handheld device. I really want to try other games from these developers.
