I won 50 free spins big bass splash.tried to play them a n nothing just loading screen, cntc agent he said refresh game and spins are there. Guess what, nothing there, got back to agent on chat he said problems with game and to try again, guess what nothing again absolute joke, got through to chat 3rd time, again problems with game so I said can you credit the spins to another game which he did to chilli heat , guess what, yes, went into bonus section and brill there they were, tried to use them and yes message was loading, absolute clowns I just won a free spins in daily spins and that would not activate. Monday I’m going to escalate to Manager complaints, just not acceptable!!!

Honestly it’s alright but it has a huge problem with withdrawals as it asks for ID and it just doesn’t work no matter how meany times you try to upload your ID it gets rejected I would definitely do this before even putting a deposit on this as I’m waiting for a reply back from there support team because it’s just not scanning my ID at all so far no withdrawals from me
