More builders!! Less text story
This game could be fun, but when you get so far in the game and only have one builder it becomes a log in, start one build, log out game. I’m not paying $6.99 for an additional builder that’s ridiculous. The text stories are way too long and the responses are ridiculous
Good in beginning now stuck
The game was quite addictive at first. When you max your vault to £5m can’t max anymore meaning you can’t finish. Getting bored of waiting for any new updates. Might delete!

Fun game but some improvements need to be made
I think it’s a fun idle game like other similar games. It’s not too difficult to make money, just give it some time. The only downside I found is that why are the janitors all black men and the receptionist are all women. We’re in modern society, let’s not stereotype and be more inclusive and equal.
Impossible to complete the game
Decent game overall, but a few very irritating things. One, the events for the store and pharmacy are impossible to finish. I have fully upgraded both, use the instant finish every time it shows up, have the gifts of faster customer and faster employees in place, and I can still only get 35 customers max to check out in the time limit. Feel like it should be similar to the other events in which the nonevent customers wait to go in. I'll have event customers still in the store or pharmacy 10 minutes after the event finishes. Secondly, the bank vault maximum is 5 million. So why does the final chair in the waiting room cost $5,274,030?? Literally impossible to fully upgrade. I was enjoying this game for a time but the more I've upgraded and built, the more I don't enjoy it.
Loved it until the end
Loved this game, have done everything and I mean everything and now I have to PAY $9.99 AT LEAST to rank up the last two employees if I want to rank them up. And by the looks of it if I pay, there’s NOTHING after this?? What the hell… what a waste of all my time… been playing for a little while now and am very disappointed with this outcome.

Very addictive, fun game. A little annoying you have to pay in order to rank up the last two employees. Now that I’ve ranked them all up - now what?
Hard to upgrade
Good game but hard to upgrade without having to keep watching ads or paying, gets boring after a while
Laggy
Had a lot of bugs. After I watch an add the whole game freezes have to close out and reopen game. Happens every single time I watch adds. Please fix bugs and I will change to 5 stars
Love it!
I have been playing since it came out and I have to say this game is one of the best! There is PLENTY to do! There are numerous rooms and people to upgrade. The ranks do get kinda pricey after rank 2 BUT there is always videos to watch to get extra money and there’s a person that comes and drops money in your hallways. I cannot wait to see where this game goes and I hope they add another hospital soon! I’m not even close to finishing this one but I can’t wait to reach the next one! This game has kept me busy that’s for sure!

動物が大好きでこんな感じのゲームを求めていたので、大ハマり。広告なしの課金をすれば空き時間にサクサクできてとても良いです。 またお客さんとのメッセージ機能があり、内容がどれも深くて、動物と人間の関係性はもちろん、自分に刺さるような話も出てきます。 仲良くなった友人からのアイテムでバフ上げできるのもとてもいいです。 忙しいから放置してプレイする方には程よいのではと思います。 私は動いているキャラを見るのが好きでずっと見ているので、その際に気になった事を記載します。 気になる点 ・施設上限アップに必要な石が足りなくなる ・和訳されていない部分がある バフがあるのですが、和訳されてないので、なんとなくバフ入れてる感じです。 ・招き猫さんが一定割合ででますが、タップしないとお金回収できない。 ↑気をつければいいのですが、お店のグッドが溜まった際の倍速時に回収しきれないので注意です 要望 ・従業員のスキルが消せないのでお金か緑の石で消せたら嬉しい 色々書きましたが、とりあえず課金できる人は課金した方がいいです！ 運営のためと時間短縮のため、私はいくつか課金して有利に進めています。 今後のアップデートで更なる機能やイベントを楽しみにしています。 応援しています！！
Love the game but too many tabs on screen
I absolutely love this game but there is just way too many tabs on the screens! The tabs are also quite large so is difficult to see :(

Great game but 1 major issue
This bug needs to be fixed. I can’t upgrade the receptionist to full or the cleaner to level 5 and full as I can’t pay for the over 5million upgrade cost with only being able to hold 5mill in the bank
Be Aware
First, I must commend the developer for not tracking every bit of unnecessary customer information. We just want to play games; not give up our privacy. Second, I do enjoy this game. All idle games get repetitive quickly, but I find this light enough where I’m not immediately bored. However, I marked down my rating because there’s no way to reach endgame without spending excessive amounts of money. I don’t appreciate being gouged for yet another game that will promote future updates, but more than likely abandon the project (not a fact, but rather a likely assumption as this trend is rampant on the App Store). It already costs a mind-boggling $16 to remove ads (thankfully ads aren’t overbearing in the first place, but still…). And, that’s only part of it. The main problem is the safe/vault caps at $5,000,000, yet, as you get further in the game upgrades supersede that amount. Therefore, you’ll be forced to purchase one of three larger safes (for real cash) or be stuck in limbo; incapable of completing anymore tasks. I don’t like surprises like this. Especially when paying to remove ads has become the norm, while that price seems to escalate whenever a new game is released. Now we have to pay to keep progressing in-game? My only warning would be to people who don’t want to fall into that trap or who don’t want to waste their time playing something until they hit a dead end. I do believe people should be compensated for their work. I just think idle games have become cash grabs, and that sends the wrong message.

Good game, not many ads
I noticed that this game didn’t have any written reviews so i decided to give it a shot and i really like it! it doesn’t force you to watch ads and you can actually play the game, advancing can be slow at times but you must be patient, overall it’s a good game and i can see myself playing this time and time again!

It’s good as idle game to play few times a week but nothing more. Cons: - zero customisation options, all is about upgrading - cheating mode always on, every minute you get free cash, superpowers etc, really can’t see point in this, and you can’t disable it - unrealistic economy - still got few bugs tuning the gameplay, for example you can’t fully upgrade everything because you can’t physically have more then 500k money - and some upgrades need more than this - after a while it’s just boring

I seen this game when it was advertised before it had come out. It’s fun so far, good to pass the time with. However if I could change one thing it would be about having to pay real money to get more workers. Change it to just buying the people with the game money. Once you upgraded your grooming rooms, the prices do go up however it is easy to get the money to pay it. Good game overall

It’s pretty okay
There’s A LOT of icons begging for money that cover a good portion of the screen, which get annoying after a while. Should be a toggle to hide/display them. Also the only room that ever needs cleaning is Grooming Room #1. None of the other rooms get dirty and just have a bunch of cleaners doing nothing.
