Recently downloaded this app so I can charge my Tesla and it's very convenient and easy to use
Unreliable
I have been using this in the last 6 months ever since the chargers were installed in our condominium. I use other competitors’ while outside. After considerable patronage and continuous feedback to their WhatsApp bot/ ‘emergency’ WhatsApp group, the system is still unpredictable. Some of the issues: 1. Charging stops all of a sudden 2. Idle fees charged although it’s supposed to be waived. Charge reversed when challenged a few times but surprisingly got a logic about occupancy when I challenged the last time. How can overnight charging customers predict overall occupancy of chargers in a condominium and plan? 3. Occasionally no response while using the app - barrier doesn’t open or the session doesn’t end.

Stupid Service
It has a stupid non friendly app which charged my acct for the car before me. You hv to move your car in n out several times before it can detect your car. What kind of system is this. REIMBURSE ME FOR THE CAR BEFORE ME!! Reimburse or i will viral this stupid system
App always lagging & frozen
I don’t know why my apps keeps frozen and hang every single time when I’m using this app even though I have updated to the latest version. All other CPO apps are working perfectly fine.
Apple pay crash
Please fix the bugs. When selected to pay with apple pay, apps automatically return to homepage. Somedays okay, but most if the time, the bugs are there. Please fix!!

Substandard app
App is poorly written with frequent stalls and hangs. It’s a mobile app and I’ve no idea why the UI needs to freeze so frequently. Easier to kill it and reload. Even simple searching for bookmarked charger takes 3 taps which is far too much.

Stuck and customer service is very bad. So many admin but NO ONE is responding.
Worst charging station event
This is the worst charging station that I meet !!! First the parking is block, second, unable to charge, even though using credit car, or pay inside the apps. Change the station also.
TIDAK MESRA PENGGUNA
Untuk pengguna baru EV, sy sarankan jika guna apps ini, JANGAN sesekali isi atau top up kredit. Jika guna kad debit / kredit ok. Tp klu top up kredit apps, hanya boleh charging jika ada 50 kredit ke atas sahaja. Dan kredit hanya boleh ditop up dgn jumlah RM 50 ke atas sahaja. Jika baki kredit apps ada 49, tuan harus top up RM 50 menjadikan 99 kredit baru boleh charge.
