Executive Traveler
The app is great! It’s easy to capture my receipts right at the restaurant when I’m at a business dinner, note the people that attended and upload the receipts before I even get back to the office. It makes submitting my expenses quick and easy.
new AI is terrible
this app was fine before. But now there’s AI force-integrated, which missreads reciepts and shortchanges you by hundereds of dollars with no option to manually correct. It is truly astonishing how bad it is.
It’s good but could use some improvements
I think the option of having push notifications would be great outside of having emailed notifications. I also think that there should be dark mode support. It is pretty strenuous to look like for long periods of time. I’d love to see this app updated to adopt the new iOS 26 Liquid Glass aesthetic. It would make the experience feel more modern and cohesive.
Can’t upload multiple photos or receipts at a time
App works, but why can’t i upload multiple photos at a time? It’s 2025, i should be able to upload multiple photos or receipts rather than one at a time
Needs work!
It used to be a good app but now the back button doesn’t work consistently resulting in a force close of the app to enter another expense. Also, when you tap in the dollar entry box, the curser goes to the business purpose box. Very frustrating!

Missing Basic Features
Why can I not simply share a PDF to this application for upload? I have to save to files, open the app, and then add upload. I should be able to use the “Share” option when viewing a PDF and select the Emburse application. This should then upload the receipt. This is the way SAP Concur worked that we just were forced to switch from.
Uploading? Maybe, maybe not.
This is the third time I’ve tried to upload a receipt and it just gets stuck. Only way to resolve it is to delete the app and download it again. There is no way to delete the stuck receipt, it will not eventually upload either on WiFi or cellular, no way to report this issue on the website, so my only option is to leave a review. Can someone please help?
Procurement power user
Love the receipt OCR and the sparkle adds a fun touch. The Auto, merging of Receipts and my Picard transactions is such a time saver.
The new version crashed

Camera
Why is the camera in super zoom mode such that you have to be a significant distance from the receipt to fit it into the screen?
Simple, Powerful, Accurate!
Love the new fully integrated application. The application captures receipt information extremely accurately (in global languages and currencies) is overall simple to use, receipt capture is extremely accurate, multi-page capture is easy, and submitting expenses, and approving team expense is all there!

Sap concur works a lot better and is more simplified.

I used to have Chrome River at my old company and we just switched to it at my new one. App is alot better now, admit people are liking it
Safari can’t open the page because your iPhone isn’t connected not connected to the internet
Trying to log in after downloading and I just keep getting the message in the title. I have checked settings and Safari IS connected…junk.

Thank you! Expenses are so easy now with real time alerts and one all inclusive app! I actually do expenses in real time now and don’t dread the End of the Month submission push on Sat! And I’m not getting chased down internally so I can focus on my real job….closing deals!
Horrific & loathsome
Continues to be objectively the absolute worst, most disgusting, user-unfriendly, time-consuming & -wasting, & error-prone, app & URL that has ever existed, in every possible way.
Love this app!!

February update breaks Intune SSO
The latest update no longer works with an Enterprise Intune managed app and SSO deployment. Opened a ticket with Emburse support and no response in over 24 hours. Would be nice to see Emburse do more testing with future updates before taking down entire enterprise deployments.
Reduced expense report submission time by 90%
As a longtime traveling business person, I’ve used my fair share of expense apps. Emburse Enterprise is definitely the easiest and most intelligent expense application I’ve ever used. And second place isn’t even close!
Cant login
I press the login button and the login screen just refreshes. Over and over again. Finally got past that to the SSO login. I authenticated and guess what. It put me back to the login screen. Crapp App thus far.
Expense Management
A big upgrade from the former Chrome River SNAP tool. I don’t really need to think about the images syncing over when completing my reports. Great job!
snap was better
incredibly slow and needs more authentication than snap. also, not all receipts are receipts and the system is rejecting pictures of kiosks that i'm paying at. snap did that better as well.
Huge upgrade!
I’ve been using Emburse Enterprise for about a year. First, it always has been better than other expense apps. However, the recent upgrade has supercharged the app! It pulls the data right out of the receipts when I take pictures. It has made it even easier to document and submit my expenses.
Still lots of bugs
Crashes frequently, OCR doesn't work reliably, sometimes you can open the receipt wallet, not an intuitive layout to create a new expense, can't tag multiple expenses with the same code
