So far so good!
Don’t be fooled by the short amount of time. The workout will kick your butt but having the timer and a video to see form makes this a perfect app — no fumbling back and forth with videos to stopwatch to workout list. I feel so productive having completed the 5 minutes. Hope to get faster week to week.
New update doesn’t work well on 13 mini.
Please allow me to revert back to old version. I do have semi visible abs after doing this daily for years… Thanks Jeff! Shuffle should hit obliques more.

I thought my abs were in great shape! I’ve got ways to go. I love it.
Black screen
Black screen half way through 5 minutes workout. Has to skip 3 exercises to get to a working exercise.
Good/ has issues
This was great in the beginning, but when I got to like day 13 it wouldn’t load some of the workouts and not let you complete the day. The work outs and configuration is great but it feels like they just want to buy the premium

Buggy snd blank
Many of the exercises are blank. And the blank ones don’t run through the timer so you manually have to advance it. The last thing you want in the middle of a workout is to stop and fiddle with the poorly programmed app. Stay away!
Love it but they never update
Love the program and the routines. Functions well but does not do basic things like sync with Apple health or iCloud - it has not seen an update in years.. so removed one star
Does not download exercises
I just bought a premium but it does not let me access exercises it just says it is downloading

There is more and more problem with the app, videos don’t follow and app freezes….
Best abs app by far
This is legit with video and target area tailored to whatever equipment you have and the meal plan is awesome too definitely worth the $2
Broken on day 8
Some exercises for day 8 won’t load. And it’s impossible to move past it.
Limited Plan Connectivity
The app is great, and I really enjoy the verbal queues and the push it gives if you’re resting too long. My only gripe is the main program connectivity. The a workout by itself is 5 stars, but I gave 4 stars because you can’t connect to the main workout program. The min program has to go through the internet browser and doesn’t have any kind of app connectivity. Otherwise, I’m back to Athlean-X because it works! Completes before, and it gives you the results if you follow the program.
Bad UI and choices
There should be a setting where you say the equipment you have and THEN it provides a workout. No one wants to do abs with a resistance band and yoga ball. Like seriously
Money
I got this app and did the first week and that was amazing, I notice my abs are getting back into shape but after the first week I didn’t realize I had to pay. So anyone who’s like me, don’t get the app if you’re not willing to pay $4
Excellent training!
Very nostalgic for me, if you’re serious about building core strength, this program will do it and a meal plan for 60 days with shopping lists is well worth 3 dollars
Used to be great
The App has completely stopped working. I’m on IOS 17. You can get into the daily workout but it will not load the video or play. Shame as it was a great when I used it last year.

I cried, I worked, It was over before I knew it… I decided to do it again!!! This app is awesome. I thank my 20 something yr old son for believing in his 40 something yr old mom to be able to do the hard thing and share this app with me. Thx son💕

Efficiency With Time At Its Finest
This is the most effective 5 minutes I think I’ve spent in my life 🤣 If you don’t have much time I suggest this plan. Life changing without sacrificing sleep or valuable work time.
Won’t let me pay for subscription
When I try to activate the full app it doesn’t load or take me anywhere to start the subscription very annoying because the free version is excellent
Intensity and level
Great app but it would be better if i could select my level as in every day there are 1-3 workouts that i am unable to complete and have to take some break.
Not downloading
I switched from an android to IOS. When I redownloaded the app I could not get my workouts to download into the app.
Could be better
The Good; The app is good for showing you a range of exercises and has a good schedule system without taking too much time to complete the exercises each day. The Bad; The main problem with the app is that there is no difficulty setting or way to give feedback. If the exercise is difficult and can’t be completed it just moves on to the next day and gets even more difficult. Some of the exercises really burn your legs more than anything, if you are used to training them in that way it’s fine but it can mean that when you get a workout involving lots of leg strength exercises isn’t really hitting abs at all and very difficult to complete because of lack of leg strength.
Workout program
The workout is so nice. Love how it has the exercise video displaying during the program!
Glitches and bugs
App is great for the workouts and the time it takes to perform the workouts but the app is glitchy and bugged. Gets to like day 3/4 on the workouts and the app starts crashing and not working properly. You try restore prior purchases and it doesn’t load properly
For girls
It would be nice if it is option training women!
Videos don’t work freezes
All the videos and timer would work. I get through 2 exercises and the rest won’t work.
Broken Shuffle
Some recent update of this has broken the shuffle feature so that it hangs up if I try to shuffle with physio ball selected. Other than that I like the app a lot, especially the shuffle function. The exercises work and I have gotten into much better shape with the app.
App fails, no customer service
I can’t believe I’m giving one star to Jeff Cavalier. His YouTube content has always been in point. But when I decided to try the app, I was very disappointed when the workout literally stopped and froze half way because the videos were not working. And when I contacted customer support, I received zero response after a week. It killed my mojo. I was into it, but lost my rythm. Gonna have to look elsewhere and start over

Needs a mute button
This app is great but really needs a mute button because it keeps interrupting my music and throws me off. Contacted the devs about this but haven’t gotten any reply. It seems like a very easy thing to add and would go a long way

Can’t sidescroll Workouts don’t automatically go from one to the next. Worked fine before the update!
Cant listen to music again
Really like the app but bad updates. The app lowers my music volume significantly, which was fixed in an update but then fixed back again. Super disappointed that I can’t listen to music loud while working out. Otherwise, great fitness app.
Meh
It was working great with some amazing workouts don’t get me wrong but until certain things kept going working it went downhill. The progress photos kept disappearing for no reason which impacted my drive to get these abs. However the exercises are great and the progress I was having was great as well; would be good if I could see it though.
Would have been a higher score a week ago
Good app, like the variety of exercises. Update 4.0.0 wiped my history, seem to have removed link to apple health for logging and made it nag about camera access. Latest update may have fixed the nagging but not the other two snags.
Incredible 1st Workout
What a freaking workout. I think I already have a 6 pack 🤣 seriously though, one of the toughest but achievable ab workouts I’ve ever done. Only 5 minutes but man it worked me!
Terrible update
App update has made this comprehensively worse - music pauses every time you change exercises on shuffle? Please fix immediately
App stopped working after last update
Edit: Fixed very quickly, so back at 4 stars. — It was great until the last update. Please fix it, nothing works anymore. Workouts will not start, music will not play. It’s really broken.
Was good until recent update
Lost all my progress & keeps bugging me for camera access during a workout & every time I open the app! Needs fixing. The fonts are all over the place too so it’s hard to see if you’ve left the phone on the floor to follow along. Just needs a general tidy & big fixing session instead of taking selfie’s & bugging me if I’ve denied it access for privacy reasons!
Average
Great exercises but the app is a little floored. I opened it this morning to find all my progress had gone and I had been taken back to week one Also If you are on a specific week/day. For example week 4 day 2, and it had workouts with a gym ball (that you don’t have) and shuffle the workouts to not include it. When you’ve done that shuffled workout it does not register it on your progress.

Was great till the last update
Have been using the app for years and it’s been amazing, however 4 days ago it updated and now nothing works and it won’t let me start a workout it just freezes, please put it back to how it was or Atleast fix it, Thanks.
Test your app
The main workouts and diet tips work. Not everything works as intended in the app. Certain functions like teaching videos are missing. Notifications don’t work for me. (iPhone SE)
Stopped working
Had this app for years, upgraded to an iPhone 12 recently and now it just won’t start the workouts. I get a pop up telling me I can play music via another app and then it just doesn’t start the timer and I can’t do anything other than stop the work out
Update problem
Really good app but recently the lady’s voice is no longer playing meaning that I am unable to hear how long I have left of a workout please can you fix this it will be greatly appreciated
