Never works as should
This app does not work like it should, I have tried to get Face ID several time and it just won’t let me. I’ve tried several times
Annoyed
Even though I have the app set for face I.D. It randomly logs me out. Then I have to find all my info and re-enter and set it back to facial recognition. Extremely annoying because it’s always when I’m needing information quickly.
Has potential
Would be a five star review if we could actually receive push notifications of transactions on our phones. Thankfully I’ve gotten into the habit of checking it every day or else I would’ve missed a double charge.

Issues
1. This app makes me log in EVERY SINGLE TIME. I wish I could use a 4 digit pin like on my Arvest Bank app. I also wish it would remember me from the last time I logged in. 2. I can’t name or rename my accounts from this app. I have to open my accounts from a pc in order to edit the account names. As someone who regularly uses over a dozen bank accounts, this is important to me and my business partner.

Face ID never stays working on my phone and who wants to sign in all the time. And I do not want my full account number on my app
Love the people and bank
I love the bank. I just wish there was more than one ATM in Muskogee. I also wish that we had the ability to lock our debit cards.

Never saved information
I have to constantly put my information into the app in order to login it saves it once few times. It’s very frustrating.

I have to resign in all the time. It won't save my login very frustrating. Last app was much better!
Barely functional
Convenience is lacking. When entering the code for 2FA, the continue button is in the upper right corner, under the text alert message. Not thoughtful. Put the button under the code and push the Resend Code link further down Also, the initial account view is useless. If you can’t show all accounts right away, at least present the top viewed accounts. The current list view isn’t relevant.

Wonderful people!! All have helped me out of the messes I get myself into. So thankful I changed to this bank.
Poor UI and Mobile Features
Very disappointed with this bank mobile banking. The user interface feels outdated and the mobile features are extremely limited, especially when compared to FNB Sallisaw. Basic tasks are frustrating and the app lacks the convenience and flexibility modern banking should offer.

Please add facial recognition to the app. With a new phone it now takes longer to sign in.

I wish deposits were a different color. I have gotten refunded a couple of times for things and it is hard to find the transaction. The app is not very user friendly.
Mobile app
I love my first star mobile app. I use it several times a day to keep up with my money deposited and checks written that have cleared the bank. I don’t know what I would do without this important app. If you are not currently using it, you should download it on your mobile phone.
Why won’t it remember me!?!
I never had a single problem with the app remembering my log in information until the most recent “update”. Now I have to input my user ID & select “remember my ID” about 90% of the time. Very disappointed in this update. It makes things harder instead of easier.

I don’t like the new app at all. It’s not easy to use & can be confusing at times. I would love to have the old one back.
Authentication needed to sign in each time
I need to sign in each time with my password, rather than being able to use my face id as my sign in. Other than that its a great app.

If you’re looking for a bank app that just has the bare minimum essentials, no control and just see activity. This app is for you.

The faceID never works which is very frustrating. Fix that and it will get 5 stars from me.

Not a good update
This update locked me out at first and is better than the last but still behind the times from other apps. Trying to link another account is still pending after two weeks.
