A Wonderful Window to the world of French
Air France Press is a fantastic app for anyone interested in French culture, politics, and current affairs. How wonderful to be able to access these magazines for free. The French have the best magazines ever and i look forward to having them.
Doesn’t work
I downloaded the Wall Street Journal and Washington Post. You can only download one particular day at a time - you don’t have access to any other days unless you download them. Once on the plane, it never opened up. I kept trying, but nothing. When I de-boarded and on my layover in Paris, same thing. I never was able to open the publications I had downloaded. Pretty much a useless app.

Difficult to log I’m
I try entering my booking but for some reason it will not accept my name no matter how I type it. It tends to respond slow.

Platinum à vie: Depuis les mises à jour récentes d’Apple, je ne peux plus télécharger des journaux ou des magazines (sur deux vols récents ). Par ailleurs le choix des langues ne se met pas à jour. Très mauvaise vitrine pour une excellente compagnie par ailleurs.

One presumes Air France considers itself a global brand. A overwhelmingly French-language offer tarnishes that reputation. Maybe I missed it, but I found nothing else except children’s fare in Spanish, English and German.

Always and still has problems!
Over the years, taking a few Air France flights, there are always some problems. This time, I can't re-download newspapers or magazines that I have already downloaded on my iPad. There is a cloud space, but it's empty. Don't put so many safeguards, just let people use it!

Hard to download English Content
Sitting on the plane, I’m unable to download English newspapers or magazines. This is my 2nd flight with AirFrance, and it’s a no go.

Air France should simply yank this app, retire it for good and move on. And brink back in-flight newspapers and magazine. The app rarely works, it keeps crashing for no obvious reason …. For all the talk about “La French Tech” here’s a disaster France can’t seem to get a handle on….

L'app est extrêmement bien faite, j'ai lu les commentaires avant de la télécharge et je crois avoir compris pourquoi les gens se plaignent de ne pas pouvoir l'utiliser: dans la parties ou nous sommes supposé entre les informations on peut croire que rien ne fonctionne, enfaite si, il suffit de sélectionner la ligne, mais cela est bizarrement pas évident, je pense que C'est la seul chose à modifiée! Excellent travail aux développeurs !
Does not work
The mobile app has not worked on numerous occasions, on several flights. Somehow the storage in the “kiosk” is a disaster.

Leider gibt es das deutsche Magazin „Spiegel“ nicht mehr. Sehr schade, Die Auswahl in deutscher Sprache ist somit eher dürftig.

The number of newspapers has increased 👍. And was working ok until today 👎as I cannot dowload anything but the 4 songs I don’t care of. Message is you’ll be granted access 30 hrs before your flight...while I am now in the lounge...!👎👎👎

Want to read during jet lag? Forget it!
The app apparently only displays magazines for the time of your flight, when you can do other things, like watch movies. Once you're wide awake in a dark room in the middle of the night, you're cut off. Apparently "read any time" does not include "nuits blanches "! So, read fast!

Not Working Right
It loads but I get constant “not connected to the internet” or “application not available” errors. I can’t do anything with it. Yes, I am connected to the internet. It’s your app that’s broken.

Zu wenig deutschsprachige Zeitschriften, es müsste wenigstens 1 der 3 führenden Magazine ( Stern, Spiegel, Focus ) im Angebot sein.

Can’t login
Horrible. Several times a month signing in stops working and the app can’t be used. You have to wait at least a week for someone to fix. Getting KIT-0 error even after uninstalling the app.
When it's bad, it's horrid
When the app works, it's a great service, but it often doesn't recognize my bookings so I have no available credits, or if it does recognize them, the downloads don't complete half the time. And since the last update four days ago, I can't even log in, I just get error message DAL-227.
Pest
One star for each time i was asked to rate the app within the first minute of use. Sheesh.
Useless: does not allow signing in
I made a Delta reservation on an AF operated flight, checked in online and tried signing in on the AFPress app 24 hours before flight time with the AF reservation number and my name, no success; tried signing in with the Delta reservation number and my name, no success. This is the second trip when I tried the app, and it absolutely does not allow me to sign in. What's the point of having it?

The “downloads” are locked and I can’t download any publication.

If you leave the app while downloading it will start again 😤😤 Hope you guys can fix that !!
