Dr Choe is a blessing and is truly operating in his gift. It’s difficult to find an Urgent Care provider who takes time with the patient. He explained the medications and listened to my concerns.
App no longer works
The app now says that I need to update but no update is available.
Great Service
My first time using this for a non urgent health concern and the phone call was smooth and easy to use. NP Amanda was so easy to speak to and well informed. Made me less anxious about the visit.

NowClinic is the most stupidest unhelpful app. if you’re wondering why im being so bitter, it’s because i can’t refill my lexapro due to this damn app being down ALL the time. A bug happens every damn week where they don’t take anyone’s insurance and won’t even waive the fee. Not only that, but customer service isn’t helpful. all you get is a “i’m sorry, do u want a ticket claim?” and the ticket claim doesn’t even do anything. I think me trying to use this app is making my mental health worse instead of fixing it. THANKS nowclinic!

Quick diagnosis
Woke up at 3:30 a.m. and couldn’t go back to sleep because I kept coughing called now Clinic and Teresa listened to my issues and gave me a solution within minutes so grateful not having to go down to urgent care. Thank you
Terrible Support
Attempted to use this service and had changed employers within the last year. They are not able to change any information over the phone and have to create a case number and wait for someone to get back to you. First person I spoke to Heather, smoke detector going off of the background. Second person I spoke to I could barely understand.
