Review on your app

Why is it so hard to ask a question or write a new message to my doctor or his PA? This app is really hard for us seniors and very stupid to navigate.

Little help

I don’t find the information on my tests and it’s difficult to navigate.

Site navigation and flow.

It is very difficult to move around the app. There is no logical flow to it either. The messaging section is the worse. Using “reason for visit” needs to be more flexible, it is limited to only one reason.

Life saving indeed ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I absolutely love this app! It allows me and my family to be seen and treated via telehealth, with smooth connectivity and sound quality, short wait times, and only by the best doctors and care providers. This app also allows me to manage all of our medical charts in one place which helps tremendously. I highly recommend ☺️

Dr. Robert Mull

Used this service for the first time with high hopes. Worst Telehealth experience ever! Dr. Robert Mull was incredibly rude and condescending! No help at all. He just kept telling me to go to the nearest urgent care center, even though I kept telling him I had just gone a couple days before. Never again. Spreading the word.

Charged but never seen.

On 2 separate occasions now, I have been charged and immediately had the online appointment cancelled for no reason. Why charge before I’m being seen? Now I have to go and fight for my money back.

Dr Albert Cook

Hi I just had to thank Dr Albert Cook and his team for saving my life for listening to me when I was telling them about how I was feeling because I knew something was right with my heart and even though it wasn’t showing up at first they ran more tests and found that my carotid artery was 80% closed and finally rushed and did the procedure and I’ve felt instantly better afterwards. So I just wanted to say thank you to the entire staff for saving my life.

How dare they!

UMC employees restricted my access with out my consent to all (exempt for today) information with out my consent, I y understand this is to facilitate their job but once my surgery is over they did not change it back and now I can’t find my previous endocrinologist notes that contain my dose for a current medication that I’m taken that was not updated correctly and this is directly affecting my health real time, how dare they! I want this corrected immediately

So convenient - especially when you’re sick

I was sick with a horrible flu and could barely move, having this app and a chance to do a virtual appointment was such a relief. Mahmoud Moghadam was so patient with me. He listened to all my symptoms and I never felt rushed. Sometimes I feel like medical professionals will just push you along and move on the the next. He really cared about helping me get back to feeling normal. He was engaged and kind to me while I struggled to talk. Thankfully, he was able to pinpoint what I had and I was able to get the medication I needed and start to recover. I stared to feel better the next day. I wish I met with him sooner

UMC online care

Honestly, I haven’t been able to link my account to any other my chart that I have it takes a long time is always buffering and is always updating is very hard but for the most part whether you use Wi-Fi or if your data is low, it doesn’t matter this apps have a lot of problems you should be able to link accounts you should be able to move your records from other hospitals … so that way you don’t have to redo everything from scratch they take your medicine away from you and leave you in pain.. and then you have to resort to go to the ER at the UMC.. where the staff are very rude and disrespectful, including the security officers there they are very anxious to harm the people who are there to receive medical care. Their #1 goal is to keep the lobby empty ..so you will be sent home if you record their behavior. Are stand up for any basic human rights . To be treated fairly.. no matter if you are injured or hurting or just plain sick or not feeling well No matter the place our situation .. you’re still a person. And from what I see.. the staff in the whole team in the emergency room needs to go through training to learn how to deal with people in a stressful environment. And sensitivity training, so they still can know know how to take time to empathize or even sympathize with a lot of people situation and be helpful. Not disrespectful there’s a big difference. I can see this place changing around if we the people keep be responsible and continuing to report their behavior and the way how they treat people and deny basic human rights, and services.

Use to be a pleasant experience

Have used this app plenty of times and been helped so many times. Until now, had a nurse practitioner Mahmoud Moghadam who I was trying to refill a prescription which I had done multiple times. And asked for help on another that I have had as well. Denied me on something that has never been a problem saying he didn’t feel comfortable with. I was asking to refill a prescription that was last filled 6 months prior. And the other for preventative which was a year prior. If you couldn’t tell I’m not abusing anything medication… then I called back to speak with a doctor that actually prescribed me both of the other medication. To quickly be told that he was not going to help me. Seems like the other doctor had some ill feeling and told the 2nd doctor not to help me. Every time I tried to explain the situation and how he had helped me before. Was quickly cut off telling me to go else where. Haven’t been treated by a health care professional ever like this. I won’t say the other doctors name as he just seemed to be influenced by the other. And to not go against his colleague. But now something that was so easy has become something difficult for no reason. Recommended so many people to use this app. Now will be the furthest from recommending anyone.

Could be better

This service is not as good as Brisk Health. At least they do home visits. There is only so much you can do with a video call. Good for prescriptions but to diagnose a treat is a different story.

Love my online Doc

Dr. Robert Mull is the best in my opinion. He has always been spot on on telehealth. And has always taken care of my illnesses promptly. I Always try to make sure I see him on telehealth if possible!
