High quality garments, site is a little Engrish
We’ve ordered cosplays off of this site and app many times. Shipping is a little expensive, but everything is always high-quality. However, I feel like the team could benefit greatly from a high-standards English-first editor to fix the numerous oddities in spelling and grammar throughout the website.
Not a satisfied customer!!
My first shoe purchase was good… so I decided to double down and buy three more pairs of shoes… and they packed three pair of shoes in one small box!! so needless to say, the shoes were damaged, on the app they only show you the good reviews I wrote a review for three pairs of shoes, and I can’t find it on their page!!! I am deleting this app, and I will never use it again!!!

Worst company ever you have been warned ‼️
This company is completely a scam artist who steals other people pictures and post them as their own Selling merchandise. That does not look like the picture. I ordered a green fur coat in a large and I did not get the large and when I got the coat it look like a dusty robe they refuse to let me return the coat. I tried to reach out to them the day I received the coat and they said is no way for them to send me a label. I will have to return it on my own pay for shipping the only thing they offer was to give me 20% back and I have to pay for a coat that I have to throw away because it’s not wearable do not shop with them. Customer service is terrible. The product look very cheap. Look like someone spent five dollars on it from a thrift store.

I ordered some boots for my Halloween costume. It took 15 days but I mean it’s from China.. There is some bad reviews about the wait time, if you have an important make sure to plan ahead! Besides that, boots fit perfect, exactly what I ordered/wanted. There was never any tracking though and never said I ordered anything but all is good

Run away do not buy from them, I bought a dress from them and when it arrived the sizes were wrong and the fabric was very bad and ugly. I asked to return it, they asked me for many pictures, and when I took them, they refused to return or even exchange! I wrote a comment on the piece itself and they did not publish it on the site

Bin sehr zufrieden mit dieser App. Der Versand der dort Verkauf Dinge dauert zwar etwas länger, ist aber weiter nicht schlimm. Würden die Bilder der Klamotten auch laden/ richtig angezeigt werden, würde ich 5* vergeben :3
Richtige abzocker
Ich empfehle jedem woanders zu bestellen. ich hatte mir ein weißes Kleid mit Spitze bestellt. Es kam ein Beiges Kleid mit weiß blau eingefärbter Spitze. Also hab ich den Kundenkontakt für eine Rücksendung kontaktiert. Der wiederum wollte mir nach Rücksprache mit seinem Team weiß machen, dass ich Filter nutze und die Aufnahmeumgebung nicht die Beste sei. Wenn ich Bilder hier hochladen könnte, würde man sehen dass es sich um Tageslichtbilder handelt. Echt nicht empfehlenswert

Ich kriege Codes geschenkt die ich nicht einlösen kann obwohl das Verfallsdatum noch nicht erreicht wurde? Found the dress of my dreams and order it. Showed it’d be shipping in 15 days. A whole month goes by and NO updates on it or anything!! Took me forever to find a way to contact them and when I did, the response time was about a day!! Was lucky and they canceled my order and gave me a refund, but I wonder if I never reached out if I would’ve ever gotten my order. Avoid them!!!!

It's a good shopping app, they just need to be honest about shipping time. What was "11-21" days total, really means 2 1/2 months. Other than that good buy.

Das Kleid ist wunderschön ich WAR mega zufrieden und happy gewesen bevor ich den Zusatz Rechnung 43,30€ für den Versand erhalten habe.Obwohl ich schon für meine Ware 22,09€ Versand dazu überweisen habe ,von FedEX habe ich noch ne Rechnung erhalten, und Milanoo hatte mich nicht informiert gehabt dass ich noch dazu bezahlen muss ,jetzt muss ich nur für den Versandkosten 65,39€ bezahlen.Das finde ich nicht normal Leute,überlege mal bevor ihr was bestellt,rechne mindestens 70€ Versandkosten. Inventory is vast, needs better filters
This app has great products but the filters are horrible. For example, you can only filter on a price for shoes not size, color, or type. So you end up having to scroll through hundreds of pictures and usually end up giving up. Fix this and the app becomes 5 stars!

I totally bought 27 items in 5 times including my wedding dress, my girl dress, my mother dress, my honeymoon dresses and etc 5 stars on products! I love 1950 wedding so much, i looked over almost online wedding dress shop, milanoo has the unique and excellent beautiful vintage dresses! I choose 1 style with polka dots and really amazing! Fitting so good! Quality so wonderful! 5 stars on shipping! Only 20 days i got my dresses which was made by my size! You know how important when you open your box! Its absolutely a dreaming dress! 5 stars on service! They contacted me many times just want to make sure every details for my perfect wedding! I love my dress! I’ll definitely buy again and again !
Worst online company !!
I gave this company a try since it looked like it had cute items. I just wanted the items for my trip that was four weeks away. I figured I had plenty of time. My cart had over 15 items and my total was over $100 only to find out I would have to pay $25 for shipping! Like I said I wanted cute things so I placed the order to get it fast. I went on my trip and never received any of my items and the tracking system they have is a joke! It’s not through the company!!! I came back from my trip to finally get the items, the dresses are ripped and the others have strings hanging off!! Poorly made, not to mention the Jewelry is trash!! I got a pair of earrings with one earring ! Necklace that was bent so I never wore anything!! I tried to return items but the customer has to pay for it outta pocket and they must receive the items within 14 days!!! It’s a joke!!! It took 6 weeks got my items to get to me but I have to pay to return them and make sure it’s within 14 days!!! Like I said WORST PLACE TO SHOP ONLINE SO DONT DO IT!!!

Love this dress! Ordered purple & fits perfect. Im 56 & weight about 140 the dress was long & flowy & reached my ankles so I had to wear heels. The slip underneath was kind of short & little thin but still nice style. Shipping took about 2 weeks overall great purchase****
Worst app I’ve ever had the misfortune of using
The so called “customer service” couldn’t be any worst if they tried. The “call us” phone numbers, aren’t even real functional numbers and once you do find the one working number listed on the screen for your orders, it’s a clueless agent who directs you to a different number that’s entirely computer generated and entirely unhelpful. I have been waiting for weeks and still no package and no capable soul available to help me at all. I am warning any unknowing shopper looking for any sort of help within a company, run away from this and save yourself money and a massive headache. Literally this company and it’s incompetence has given me a freaking headache 👎👎👎😡
