Je souhaite par la présente signaler mon insatisfaction extrême concernant le traitement de mes deux réclamations en cours, qui n'ont toujours pas été résolues malgré de multiples tentatives de votre part. Problème 1 : Absence de réception de SMS Depuis ma portabilité effectuée depuis l'opérateur Inwi vers Orange, je ne reçois aucun message SMS. Cette anomalie persiste depuis le premier jour et handicape l'usage de mon abonnement. Problème 2 : Facturation injustifiée (Montant : ~2000 MAD) Je conteste formellement une facture de plus de 2000 dirhams pour une période où je n'ai eu aucune consommation. Malgré l'ouverture d'un dossier de suivi et l'engagement de vos services, aucun ajustement n'a été fait. Dysfonctionnement du service client : On m'a récemment notifié que ma réclamation était "résolue" après un appel manqué de quelques secondes (je n'ai pas eu le temps de décrocher avant que l'on raccroche). Cette pratique est inacceptable

التطبيق يحتاج إلى تطوير بطيء لايفتح بسرعة حتى لو عندك أنترنت أما إذا ماعندك أنترنت أنس يفتح معك على المطور يحل هذه المشكلة إضافة الدفع عبر أبل باي ضروري متى يتم تفعليها لديكم في المغرب الرقمي؟!

Détail de l'offre fibre
Bonjour et merci pour cette application. J'ai une remarque qui concerne l'offre fibre, on voit le détail de notre abonnement, on a que le nombre d'heures des appels mais aucune information sur le détail de l'offre fibre, exp 50Mo ou 100Mo... Par contre on a ce détail pour les forfait mobile on a une visibilité sur le nombre d'heures d'appel mais aussi le nombre de Go d'internet. Merci de prendre cette remarque en considération dans les prochaines mise à jours.

Voila 1 semaine que je reçois le message mettez votre application à jour ???? Que ce soit sur store ou Play store ??? Rien . L application ne s ouvre pas … donc pas de cadeau .. ce ne st pas le plus important mais avoir une app fiable 👎👎👎👎👎 C est rate …

Decent app
This app is good for checking available minutes and data. Although it recently stopped showing the minutes credit accurately. The help feature is handy and genuine: I was contacted within 24 hours after I’ve raised a ticket from the app and the advisors were courteous and doing their best to help. If it wasn’t for the minutes credit bug, I would have given 5 stars.
Only 1 language ☹️
All due respect to French being the official language of the country but the lack of additional languages, especially English in todays time of globalization is not only disappointing but borders on annoying.
Poor Code logic and UX
1st I am not able to create my account or log in to it The app keep bouncing in an infinite loop between creating account and mentioning that the number already exists Some of the tabs always reloads when navigating between them. Seems still based on old app webviews. They mention that I can get more expertise from the devs, but this shows how poor their coding, logics and their UX skills 3 stars for the initiative.

Avance-moi feature faulty
I went for ‘avance moi’ option.I was unable to use it,there is no way to choose between calls/internet or to actually use them.But Orange deducted 200 mo from my new topup when I never used up the avance moi credit. Also,impossible to purchase data with my UK visa debit card .
