Best Crossword Puzzle App Ever!
I’ve tried all the apps I can find. First, Most are overly expensive. This one is reasonable and affordable. Second, the puzzles strike a balance between logic and challenge, making them fun. Third, the app itself works. Some puzzles do weird things like jump around or get larger or smaller etc when you touch the phone screen. I think stuff like that is a developer issue. So, I guess this app has better developers. Overall, I like it best. Have to force myself to stop playing.

Fun & challenging puzzles. Some of the best I've played. Having to use/buy coins to play is downside. Rather have to watch an ad like other apps. Only reason I didn't give a 5 star

App molto divertente, con un sacco di cruciverba con temi diversi. L’app appare come gratuita, ma in realtà dopo alcuni cruciverba gratis (acquistabili guardando delle pubblicità) diventa impossibile scaricarne altri. I video promozionali non sono mai disponibili e quindi non riesci più a guadagnare le monete per nuovi cruciverba. DISINSTALLATA!

Good, But could be better
Puzzles are good, but the whole coin thing is annoying. Sometimes you have to wait a day or two just for the ability to watch a bunch of ads so you can get enough coins to get a puzzle. I supplement this crossword with a few others since it is the only way to get consistent puzzles when I want.
Great crosswords but not free!
Love these crosswords. I’ve been playing other crossword apps that aren’t nearly as challenging or fun. The downside is that they use ‘coins’ and you have to purchase those. Not good!

Riassumiamo: Sarebbe una versione gratuita, invece, esattamente come la versione pro,solo i primi due cruciverba sono gratuiti. Quindi perché mai fare due versioni dello stesso gioco? Oltretutto i cruciverba nelle due versioni sono gli stessi. Bah Per giocare devi avere delle “monete” virtuali che si comprano con soldi veri (e a quanto ho letto i prezzi sono anche altini) Se non vuoi comprare le monete puoi guardare dei video pubblicitari (3 video per avere un cruciverba mica pizzeeffichi) MA questi video pubblicitari non sono mai disponibili e pochissimi sono i fortunati che hanno avuto l’onore di guardarli Perciò o disistalli, o compri le monete con i tuoi soldini veri Facile no?

I used to love this app, especially the free weekly crossword, but I really don't like it since the upgrade. The crosswords are not as good and you have to either pay or watch ads to have enough points to play. 🙁

It's fun, simple crosswords. Amusing way to pass the time. Unfortunately, waiting to get coins is annoying.

App che ti tiene incollato, ben fatta con una vastità di cruciverba. Unico neo, molto grande però, ogni cruciverba costa (forse troppo pensando che con 2 euro si acquIsta la settimana enigmistica). Va bene l’idea di sbloccare i cruciverba a pagamento tramite visione di pubblicitá ma 3 volte è abbastanza e soprattutto non sempre c’è una pubblicitá da guardare...
Great puzzles, coins annoying
I tend to get on a roll and do several puzzles in a row. Can not do with this as you have to work too hard to get coins-or pay for it.
Crossword
My absolute favorite! I love working crossword puzzles and I love this app. Once I start a puzzle I can't stop until I finish it. They are very challenging. I never tire of working these puzzles.
Why the change??
Don't like the new format, don't understand why the change.
I miss the old format
This was my favorite app prior to the update. The new format is harder to navigate. I also miss the weekly puzzle.
Good puzzles, coins are dumb
Like the format, once I switched to pencil that is. And puzzles are not too hard but entertaining. I'll end up deleting it tho because it's essentially a pay app with a brief trial period. Dollars or ads but won't let you watch very many ads, so unless you want to buy it's not functional. Seems wildly expensive too.

App is good and sometime challenging Sometimes clues could be much better. Coin thing is a real drag and should be dropped or revised
Needs improvement
The iPad version of this app is not responsive when in-play, and it also frequently crashes. Coin-system deters consistency in playability, since one has to wait a few days to earn free coins. Paying for coins could be more appealing IF the app did not crash as frequently and if the play was more responsive.
Word count needed
Waste of time not knowing if you are trying to come up with a single word or a short phrase.

Unfortunate crashes
I LOVE CROSSWORDS!!!!! But I haven't been able to experience this app. Why? Because it crashes on the very first screen that comes up every single time I try to open it. It doesn't even reach the menu screen!!! PLZ FIX THIS PROBLEM TO FEED MY HUNGER FOR CROSSWORDS!!!!!!!!!!!!! 😖😫 😋

Liked it better before the update
A bit disappointing
As a new user I'm disappointed in the lack of intuitiveness and /or info regarding what the various icons do and how to maneuver through the app. Didn't realize until I was out of coins that coins were even a "thing" in the app. Could have been done much better.

App crashes
App continually crashes while attempting to open a puzzle to play on. App developer said maybe ipad has low battery or low memory. Not so. Ipad has 100% charge, and 5 gb memory. Game looked good, but it just doesn't work.
Coin thing?
I have plenty of free puzzles - won't be doing anything that costs something. Still getting used to the way this one works, but so far so good.

Liked the old version better. Paid to unlock the puzzles, now I gotta pay again! Thanks a lot.
Would love but...
Either my app doesn't download puzzles daily or the app just doesn't have daily(or more) puzzles. I don't mind paying for coins but it's bad if I feel joyous because a new puzzle appears. That should come standard.
