It’s like youtube 1999.. song buffering 😃
Playlist sync issue
Unable to refresh the sync with apple or amazon music playlist.
Good Music App.
I love this app. it’s my go-to entertainment platform every day. One small suggestion: please move the Search bar and Chromecast button to the bottom of the app. It would make one-handed use much more convenient, especially on larger phones. Thanks for the great work! At least add a feature where double-tapping the search icon activates the keyboard, making one-handed typing possible.
World worst music app
Per second ad
Good most times
Ghana act continuously crash if you leave it on for too long, it does not play nice android auto or Apple CarPlay I have tried this app on iPhone and pixel same results keeps forgetting the truck I was on Or would load altogether
Worst app uninstalled in 1 minutes Not even allowed to listen single song without premium
Highly disappointed
Ipad issue
Ping pong

Ok
Worst App for music
Not even allowed to play
Slow servers
Despite having a superfast 5G plan, the Gaana app is slow and buffers during song playback. There are noticeable lags with HD quality songs. It seems like the Gaana servers might be experiencing delays.
Great App, But Needs Improvement
The app has a good music library, but the playlist experience needs improvement. The biggest issue is that the song recommendations inside playlists don’t match the playlist’s genre or mood. Recommendations should be based on the songs already present in the playlist to make discovery more relevant. Another missing feature is a Sort option for playlists. Users should be able to sort songs by title, artist, recently added, release date, or custom order. Adding proper playlist-based recommendations and sorting options would significantly improve the overall user experience.
Keeps getting stuck on one song
Despite many revisions, Gaana apps often seems to get stuck on one song even when you press fast forward to move to the next song. It shows name of the new song, and yet keeps playing the stuck song. As a paid subscriber, it is even more FRUSTRATING!! Even when the app is closed and restarted, it continues to repeat the problem. Only it works okay after many days of not playing the app, but only until the next time (which is frequent) the stated issue ruins the listening again. FIX THE DAMN THING FOR GOOD!!!!
Nice app
Nice Bollywood music selection
App design
Can’t view in landscape view on I pad 🥲
Unable to login using app since 2015
Gaana plus user - but for past month I am unable to login through iPhone - tried many networks as it prints network connection issue - but able to login on web.
What you get what you pay for
Low quality and less quantity songs you can get on this Gaana app I have Spotify and also I had Jio Saavn app they are little expensive but you will get which ever songs you like, on Gaana app some songs are not available
sorting selected songs
Request please add sorting of downloads in alphabetical order
Bhakti
Early morning Bhakti bhajans are very soothing and also any time music
Don’t recommend another one
Waste app
Good Feature
I love how we can control it from the Apple Watch

Add more New Albums Telugu
Request to add new Telugu albums at the earliest and show them in main page or you can say recent released, always see only playlist not direct albums.
Shameless Greedy
One of the worst shows worst management and app possible . While you are trying to manage profile after paying subscription . They keep on pushing ad for subscription. Every 3 second ad comes in to subscribe. Gaana system does not perceive that subscription has been paid. Does not perceive That customer is trying to update or trying to contact help. Every 3 second ad pop in annoying that buy subscription. I spent one hour to use my paid subscription but was not successful This site combine nonsense to greediness and incompetence. Instead of Gaana it should be called incompetana H
Playlist is not coming
My playlist is giving a problem It never comes .
Decent aap
Good selection of regional songs. Would provide higher ratings if Airplay connect is made available to stream into my music system
Low quality playback
Been using the premium for about two weeks now in Canada. Every song I choose start with poor buffering quality and stops couple of times and switches between high and low quality. It’s the same for the downloaded songs as well. I mean I’ve got around 30mbs download speed in 5g and almost 120mps for wifi. This is ridiculous
Songs disappear
I had Gana before and then I didn’t have subscription for few months. Now back on it and realised most of my downloaded songs disappeared. Now when I try to get old Hindi songs of 70’s and 80’s, most of them are not there. My main reason for subscribing is to listen to old Hindi songs to create my own downloaded song list. So I am disappointed
Frustrated
I am being automatically charged Premium membership and getting their emails confirming my account but can’t seem to get access to the music when I open the app
playing advts after renewal also
renewed and still hearing advts its not updated yet
Issue regarding OTP
It’s not a review, but a query. Why I’m not getting OTP? Is that because I’m from Pakistan??? If it’s so you guys should mention it
Messed my playlist in Latest version App version V9.18.1 OS Version iOS18.1.1
Navigation Needs Improvement In version 9.18.1 on iOS 18.1.1, my playlist option is buried at the bottom, forcing me to scroll for ages to find it, some favourite songs were missing. I really hope the developers improve navigation in future updates to make accessing my playlist easier!
Not great music app
Not great. User interface is not that great to use . Choice of albums are limited
Bad Customer Service
App doesn’t work. Everytime it asks to reset password and I never get link. Also overcharging
Hopeless , never buy there premium
Hopeless no customer support , idiot company
Need improvements
App is good, but not much choices, need to improve
I love this app
I discovered Gaana some years ago and subscription to it for a year.. post covid it has now become a shadow of the app it was ! It has devotional songs mixed into Bollywood song list you select which is very inconvenient and irritating. When you are listening to party songs or love songs you suddenly have a devotional song play… crazy. This should stop. Create a separate section and put all devotional songs there by singer.
It doesn’t work in Apple CarPlay.
The app doesn’t work in Apple CarPlay for after buying subscription. Please fix this issue.
Yes Jayashree
Like it very very much.
Worst App for Music with Poor customer support
THIS APP MUSIC QUALITY IS SO POOR AND BUFFER ALOT, DO NOT TAKE SUBSCRIPTION AND THERE IS NO CUSTOMER SUPPORT
Song collection is good as a premium subscriber but
Hi I am premier subscriber , I always enjoy the music and India especially Gana make reasonable prices for yearly subscription. But there are some issues are there in the app: 1. Apps navigation and UI is not so attractive like Spotify and it should need to increase the app UI design and make easy navigation , this is on iOS device. 2. Some of the latest movie songs not even find in the app. Songs means they should bring all out Indian songs at least , international I can understand 3. Songs don’t have proper channels to play latest play groups created by all other users , it’s always giving only same groups. Should be available public to choose their songs play group. Hope these can they bring sure will be everybody like.
Apple car play and song search with situ
App in Apple car play not working properly and song search with voice ) siri ) is not good
Gaana App User
It is not as it is as it used to be. Changes has been made to existing app. Results are poor compare to before. Honestly!
