"It is extremely frustrating and unacceptable that whenever there is a minor network fluctuation, the app completely resets the playback instead of buffering. Having a track or video start all over from the very beginning completely ruins the user experience. Because of this persistent and poorly handled bug, I am officially discontinuing my paid membership. Fix your app's core functionality."

Terrible Algorithm
This app has one of the worst algorithms for playlists. The same 30 songs play on repeat and it’s impossible to escape them. Even if I play a song from 1970, the following song will be 1/30 repeat songs. It’s obnoxious and impossible to discover new music.
Love this app but there are problems
I love this app but some of the songs in the app are always set to Hindi if they are Tamil, Telugu, or Kanada but I always use this app and really don’t understand why.

A great app to use but lack of songs in foreign countries
No English songs for Canada only Indian languages songs available. Hope you fix this as I was using JioSaavn back in India for a velry long time but due to lack of songs had to change the platform. Thank you😀 Wishing JioSaavn family a very happy new year and progressive year ahead!
Worst Apple CarPlay Interface
First, if it wasn’t for CarPlay Interface, I would give 5 stars. But, my primary use of this app is in the car, Apple CarPlay interface is important to me. CarPlay interface for this app hangs, doesn’t play the right song, play song from a list instead what’s chosen on the CarPlay screen. Too many issues to list. My suggestion to the team would be to test the CarPlay interface and fix all the bugs. Or take out the CarPlay interface altogether.
Missing Content From Existing Library
Dear JioSaavn it seems like your library is reducing day by day and I do see that a playlist previously created, which I used to play without any problem. Nowadays, I see that the songs are grayed out and are not able to play. Please let us know what is happening. All these songs are available on Spotify in a free version.

I have had this app when it was free, and now as a paying customer …. Why does it still crash sooo much!!!! This feels stupid considering it’s not even free.
Does it not work in Canada anymore
Since this morning it has stopped working for me, it keeps saying check you internet connection but it is working perfectly fine. I tried installing the latest version but it still doesn’t work

This app was my favourite at one point, but with the new updates, it has made the app slower. I can’t hear more than one song and if I want to change the song, it freezes and gets out of the app. There are WAY too many glitches in the app even though, we pay for the service. I recently had a terrible experience with the app . I was connecting my Bluetooth audio to the saavn radio and it froze everything on my phone , including my apps and messages and I was not receiving or able to send any messages. I had to go get it fixed with a cost to pay . I don’t want to redownload the app bc I know it will only delete all my music. Please make the app faster and also have a search button in the playlist , so we don’t have to waste time finding music in our playlist.
Load More button missing in playlist
Hello After the latest update, the playlist are missing the Load More button and only the first 50 songs are being displayed. Ita frustrating. Please fix this asap. Thanks

Better than Spotify
This app is much better than Spotify, I agree the ui is not great but at least I get to choose my own album and song to choose, and I can skip, and play my favorite parts of the song. Spotify can’t even do that, I’ve been using this app for a good month now and I’m very satisfied, hope this one doesn’t become like Spotify, great app, download it. No need to think.
Limited Feature
Really appreciate store only allows yo to delete all the content, and then only post about it, I have been hearing since a while, for the random song it still waits for 2 mins to play, but what the Rahul Gandhi it is
No English music channel!
I have been using Jio Saavn from a long time now but for some reasons the English option has been removed from the language preference section. I initially thought it’s probably because I am not a pro member and I even subscribed for a pro membership but nothing helps. Really disappointed with the app :(
