Un peu plus de soin dans les colis de livraison, j’ai commandé des boîte de chat en 96 bts mon colis était explosé ainsi que les boîtes l’intérieur cabossées et mousseuses …donc maintenant je commande que des choses qui risquent pas .

Hallo, leider tauchen bei der Suche Artikel immer mehrfach auf. Dazuschreiben muss man sich durch 500 Artikel quälen statt nur 100. Sehr ärgerlich

I have used zooplus for many years now. They have a great service and have the best price on dog food that my dogs eat. If there is an issue their customer service is always on the ball and very helpful. I highly recommend them!
No £10 off as advertised!
I downloaded the app as it clearly states £10 off for new app customers, yet surprise surprise when you enter the code at checkout it has been ‘deactivated’. So I’ll shop elsewhere thanks

Mostly good but adding items to a subscription is difficult. Would be good to be able to donate points without having to have items in the basket.
Abo
Seid wochen habe ich keinen Zugang mehr auf meine abos. Weder auf der App noch auf der Zooplus internetseite. Entweder ist der Service momentan nicht verfügbar oder die app und Internet Seite stürzen ab. Vielleicht könnte man da mal eine Lösung finden. Bin ja scheinbar nicht die einzige die Probleme damit hat. Ansonsten bestelle ich eigentlich gerne bei zooplus. Große Auswahl mit fairen Preisen.
Kein Zugriff auf angelegte Abos, technischer Fehler
Ich bin seit Jahren Kundin, mag zooplus sehr - aber die App bzw. speziell die Abo-Funktion nervt einfach. Habe schon mehrfach neu installiert und mit dem Kundenservice geschrieben, aber besteht einfach immer wieder. Ich bekomme weiter Abos zugesendet, die ich entweder abbestellt oder angepasst habe - oder ich kann auf die Funktion generell nicht mehr zugreifen. Es blitzt kurz auf und dann.. nichts, keine Handlungoption, nur leere Fläche.

Honestly been using this app for over 6 years, hands down best place for me to bulk buy my cat food considering ive got 5 cats. Look up for discount codes as you always get freebies and i went for the saver plan as it saves me over £60 a year!!

Totally and utterly confusing website. A degree in computer science is needed just to order. Too many windows,far too many sub windows. Ok if your u derstsnd all the gobbledegook,not what is needed for more mature individuals. Avoid if you can,I certainly will from now on.

Great for Renal Pets
I now have a renal dog (I have had a renal cat in the past). The variety of dry and wet renal food means my dog is not stuck with just a couple of choices.
Good luck, they use Evri.
Don't bother, your delivery will either arrive a week late or not at all because they are now using Evri as their courier.

Keinen Zugriff mehr auf mein Zooplus Abo
Leider habe ich seit einiger Zeit keinen Zugriff mehr auf meine Abos. Ständig kommt die Fehlermeldung:“ dieser Service ist derzeit nicht verfügbar“. Dadurch konnte ich schon mehrfach Liefertermine nicht mehr bearbeiten - das ist für mich nicht nachvollziehbar. Wenn man so einen Service anbietet, müsste es auch irgendwann wieder richtig funktionieren. Ich mag hier bald nicht mehr bestellen :-(
Reliable and good
I like Zoo Plus, however, the website isn’t as easy as it needs to be for those of us who are Neurodiverse. Different things popping up all over the place makes me want to give up. Apart from that it’s good!

The system would not let me access PayPal. I prefer this method of payment due to the additional security. No withstanding this, the pricing of the goods on this site are very competitive, which would have been due 5 stars.
Online Ordering
Royal Canin Wet Dog Food is the only product I buy. I’ve used it for a few years now. I started using it when my dog was having stomach issues. I’ve used it ever since and it has cleared the issue up. The ordering and delivery is so easy and quick. I can order and it’s always in my door step a couple of days later.

Ich habe mir gerade die App heruntergeladen, und muss leider feststellen, dass ich, egal was ich aufmache, ständig Fehlermeldungen kommen! Ich habe mich zweimal neu angemeldet, trotzdem geht nichts!!
Not a bad site
The site is pretty good. Prices can be quite good. There’s a lot of plastic in the packaging and delivery can be very sketchy although they do use Evri so that’s probably why! You collect points on each purchase which can be quite handy.

I have purchased cat food from this site for many years and now find that the brands my cats like no longer have the same selection and not much in a 24 pouch pack as they like a good mixture of flavours.
Handy for multiple pet purchases
Easy app to use, occasionally won’t log me in but otherwise never had a technical issue. Good value on bulk buying and delivery is usually within a couple of days. I always check prices with supermarkets etc as they can be cheaper when they have offers on, but Zooplus have better stock for specific brands. Whenever I’ve had an issue with an order, customer services have been very helpful and sorted it out.
The saddest, most inefficient app
The user interface is abysmally unintuitive, filters work about half the time, buttons regularly don't respond and the app is painfully slow. I bet it wasn’t cheap to make though lol My fave at the moment is receiving a "Thanks for contacting customer service" message immediately followed by an error saying my message couldn't be sent. A surprisingly poor user experience from an app that feels unfinished and poorly tested. Deleted

Gruselige Logistik und schlechter Zahlungsdienstleister
Bin seit Jahren treuer Kunde bei Zooplus. Die sind immer wieder für Überraschungen gut - leider keine positiven. Zum einen kommen immer wieder schlecht gepackte Sendungen in ungeeigneten Paketen an und zum anderen stellt der neue Zahlungsdienstleister ungefragt von „Rechnung“ auf „Vorkasse“ um. Die Antwort von Zooplus war komplett unverständlich. Werde nun andere Shops testen.

Zooplus Abo einfach nicht aufrufbar seit mehreren Monaten
Ich war bis vor einigen Monaten zufrieden mit der App und habe dort gern Futter bestellt. Seit einigen Monaten kann ich weder über die App noch über die Website mein Zooplus Abo anpassen. Ich habe nun schon mehrfach beim Kundenservice angerufen, aber das Problem wird nicht weitergegeben und schon gar nicht gelöst. So werde ich wohl nicht mehr bei Zooplus bestellen, denn andere Anbieter sind kostengünstiger.
Meistens ganz toll
Im großen und ganzen bin ich mit zooplus schon sehr zufrieden. Aber es kam auch schon vor das Fehler gab bei verschiedenen Dingen. Katzenstreu war komplett kaputt und lag lose im Karton. Oder es wurde mit dpd geschickt. Und mit diesem Lieferservice habe ich noch nie etwas gutes erlebt. Es wurde mir was falsches geschickt und als ich um Korrektur bat sagte man mir dass es nur mit dpd gesendet wird. Geht gar nicht

Wir haben immer viel und gerne bei zooplus bestellt Auf Rechnung und es lief auch immer reibungslos ab Jetzt wird man bei Kauf auf Rechnung zu so einen bezahldienst Riverty angemeldet automatisch.. man bekommt sogar ne Mail herzlich willkommen unsw.. Was soll das denn ?! Wir bestellen Nix mehr!!!
