Fantastic prices and service
I have been buying from Bitiba for over 6 years now. I used to shop around but they are the best prices by far, so I don’t even look now. The subscription is brilliant, I can relax know the food will be delivered, they notify me in advance to remind me, if I’m not ready or need it sooner it’s a click to amend the date, so easy. I also earn points that give me money off, it’s amazing how quickly I get a new coupon. Fantastic service, thank you.

Good service but frustrating discount application
When I spend above a certain amount quite often there is a drop down box advising me of a further discount if I hit the “apply” button. However this box disappears very quickly so you have to be sharp to apply the discount. You can get it back by removing items from the cart and adding them again, but I really think this discount offer could be made more accessible. Many people must miss out. Other wise a great service.
Des bugs encore et encore
Toujours toujours toujours des bugs avec cette appli. Il y a quasiment à chaque fois une section qui est indisponible, souvent la partie pour gérer les abonnements. C’est insupportable
Fragwürdiges Bonusprogramm
Ich bin langjährige Stammkundin und habe an dem Bonusprogramm teilgenommen. Meistens sind mir die Punkte aber leider verfallen, da ich es nicht geschafft habe, in dem entsprechenden Zeitraum genügend zu bestellen. Dann waren unsere Tiere alt und krank und ich musste verschiedene Futtersorten ausprobieren und teurere Spezialfutter bestellen. Daraufhin wurde ich stillschweigend aus dem Bonusprogramm geworfen, weil ich ZUVIEL bestellt habe!!! Was ist das denn bitte für ein System? Da fühlt man sich als Kunde doch total über den Tisch gezogen. Leider ist es derselbe Konzern wie Zooplus, sodass man wenige Alternativen zum Ausweichen hat. Das tue ich aber mittlerweile öfter, weil ich dieses Erlebnis so unterirdisch empfunden habe und andere Kunden nur warnen kann.

Rabatte wurden nicht berechnet obwohl die Rechnung ueber 100€ war. Die technische Probleme sollten Sie beheben, sonst ist das nicht glaubwürdig, was Sie anbieten
Super praktisch, sehr günstig
Echt einfach per App zu bestellen. Meistens ganz fix geliefert. Eigentlich etwas schade, dass bitiba jetzt offenbar von zooplus übernommen wurde, aber solange das Bestellen und Treuepunkte sammeln noch über bitiba geht, bleibt es ja so günstig.

War mal besser
Versand und Bearbeitung sind in Ordnung, Reklamationen waren bisher auch völlig okay. Allerdings kriegt man jetzt weniger Stempel und kein Rabatt mehr für Bestandskunden. Zumindest erst ab 100 €, sonst war es 3 % unter 100 €. Das ist sehr schade.

Quick and easy to order and no carrying heavy bags of cat litter from the supermarket. Delivery is normally within a couple of days by reliable courier.
Einloggen unmöglich
Andauernd treten Fehlermeldungen in der App auf und ich kann mich nicht einloggen. Außerdem kann ich keine Produkte die rabatiert sind in den Warenkorb legen. Support gibt es auch keinen, bin stink sauer. Nie wieder.
Bestellungen immer ok
Preis Leistung ist ok. Die Lieferung ist soweit auch in Ordnung. Manchmal ist Zuviel in einem Paket und mir dann zu schwer. Die Post bring es nicht hoch bis zur Wohnung. Lieber 2 Pakete und tragbares Gewicht. Sonst alles bestelle immer wieder, oft für viel Geld.

Preise sind wesentlich höher als auf der Internetseite. Die App ist gut bedienbar, übersichtlich und alles soweit ok; aber die höheren Preise sind schon frech.

Die App läuft nicht immer ganz rund. Außerdem fällt es gelegentlich doch schwer, den Überblick bei verschiedenen Angeboten und Preisen zu behalten. Insgesamt wirkt die App eher unübersichtlich.

Nous commandons depuis des années sur le site et les 3 dernières commandes délais non respecté pour l’envoi et même commandes annulées car livraison impossible

Aside from stocking the better quality food I buy for my pets, I love the user friendliness of the app. I can replenish my supplies in no time at all. The reason for the missing star is ease of password retrieval. I had to go onto my desktop as the mobile app doesn’t ave the capability.

App decisamente da migliorare. Alcuni funzioni sono nascosti , non è chiara anche la possibilità di scegliere il Corriere , mentre scegli uno ti spediscono con i. Altro. Spesso i pacchi arrivano danneggiati.

Cette gois la navigation de l’appli Bitiba à l’appli de ma banque a fonctionné, mais c’est devenu une exception 🙄

Durch die neue Rabattlösung , wurden leider indirekt die Preise erhöht! Finde es nicht in Ordnung, dies dann noch als Verbesserung zu deklarieren!
Great value and quality good
Bitiba sells pet food from European suppliers. This is often better quality and value than the mass market cat foods available in the UK. Brands like Bozita, animonda and Smilla provide high meat content foods at reasonable prices. App is fine, though setting up subscriptions could be simpler. Loyalty discounts also good. Long term happy customer (and my cats like it too).

Usually browse your site in Swedish, but as I’m not fluent, it’s difficult to navigate. Could you please consider adding an option to switch to the English interface under the Sweden This would greatly improve usability for international users like me.

With three medium dogs to feed I use subscribe and save on my orders, it saves me time, money and the goods are delivered to my door on a regular basis- I could not wish for an easier way of getting my dog food. Ich war mal begeistert…
…aber, mir fällt immer wieder auf, dass ihr einfach Produkte aus dem Sortiment nehmt und dann bleibt einem nichts anderes übrig, als auf andere Anbieter zurückzugreifen. Auch „eure Art“ des Versands geht mir mittlerweile tierisch gegen den Strich. Ein Teil kommt mit DHL, der andere Teil mit DPD, trotzdem es eine Bestellung ist.

Ik vindt het geen stijl dat je gespaarde zegels vervallen als je niet binnen een jaar alle zegels verdiend hebt.
Etwas verwirrend
Da ich mit Paypal bezahle ist der Ablauf sehr verwirrend und ich kann nur schwerlich erkennen, wann die Bestellung wirklich erfolgt ist. Ich wollte reklamieren warum meine Warensendung noch nicht angekommen ist und habe dabei bemerkt, das die Ware noch gar nicht bestellt und bezahlt war. Bitte die Abläufe überprüfen. Danke

I find using the website really frustrating. Especially involving the sub’ & save and discount codes. Takes me ages and constantly going around in circles. Website obviously designed by some 13 year old. Amazon is the bench mark others should try to attain to, thats a doddle.
