Je strasne vidiet ze odkedy ste presli na kotlin multiplatform, tak kvalita isla dole. Nemyslim si, ze to je technologiou, ale skor ste mali este mesiac dva pockat a doriesit QA. Niektore chyby su cisto UI/UX, kde ste neratali s nejakymi usecases a ja ako uzivatel som musel stracat cas s podporou. Niektore a caste chyby su, ze odoslem form a vrati sa mi err response z API, ze se neco pokazilo. Hitnem frustrovane button 2x a mam success… kdyz mam modal bottom sheet tak ho udelejte dismissible==false, nebo tam dejte nejaku safety festure…. Neni nic horsi nez napsat na podporu dlhy text a potom si to swipenutim dole omylem zmazat kdyz zavru modal… Appka potrebuje tuning a pravdepodobne firma potrebuje investovat do testru a QA. O pul roku rad prehodnotim svoje 2 hvezdy jestli se neco zmeni.

4 napja visszaküldtem alza boxban egy terméket és azóta az a státusza hogy visszaküldésre vár az alza boxból. Az ügyfélszolgálatnak nevezett buta chatbot csak azt ismételgeti amit amúgy is látok a weboldalon. Egy vásárlót vesztettek. Vásároljanak tőlük a chatbotok

Bármikor belemegyek a keresőbe, utána az istenért nem tudok kimenni belőle.. állandóan ujra kell nyitom az appot. Töröltem is rögtön..

The app is not bad but it would be good to fix unexpected errors and fix these notofications that appear out of nowhere and impossible to either read or delete.

Log in problem
I have changed my password 3 times already in the past 10 minutes, but it still tells me that the log in details are wrong. It is clearly a problem on the provider side. Horrible contact options with a retard LLM as an assistant that is unable to help. Do something about it.
Top, außer es verzögert sich
Habe schon einiges bestellt und wenn es gleich geliefert wird ist es auch top. Habe jetzt 2x was bestellt und 1x einen Tag länger gewartet (immerhin einem 5€ guteschein bekommen) Beim 2ten Mal hat es sich jeweils dann um einen Tag nach hinten verschoben. Da funktioniert leider die Werbung nicht mehr mit heute bestellt…. Hab’s dann storniert und wo anders gekauft.
App crashing all the time
After 15 trials I’m still not able to complete my order as the app keeps crashing at different stages, prompting me to start over every time.
Frequent errors, pages don’t load
I got an error in 2 days out of 5 days of using the app. The error is about the ‘data could not be read because it isn’t in the correct format’. I can’t load the orders page when i need it. The app UI/UX is way outdated.

Próbálok belépni de nem lehet mert a sütiket engedélyezni kell. Külön ablakban nyitja meg és ott nem lehet engedélyezni . Apple fiókkal sem tudtam . Sok mindent vettem de ezek után már nem tudok ?

Bohužel opět zklamání, v mé verzi nelze aktuálně přidat do košíku více než jeden produkt. Již po několikáté tedy řeším nákup raději přes web, protože vždy narazím na nějakou nefunkčnost. Je to škoda, appka má jinak super logiku. Příště to zas zkusím, ale nevím, jak dlouho mě to bude ještě bavit.

Heute musste ich mich neu einloggen bei der App. Als ich dann eingeloggt war, waren meine Favoriten Listen gelöscht. Nach dem Löschen und neu Installieren der App, war wieder alles da. Aber schon etwas seltsam.

Separate language from country
The app would be more useful if the developers could add a feature to separate the language of the app from the country of residence. Ie/ English language on alza.cz delivery. Thanks
The Perfect App
I really can't fault the Alza app. Firstly I can get it all in English :-) orders can be placed in less than a minute and picked up the next morning. Even gives the ISIC student discount for my Daughter all from the app.I just hope Alza doesn't get acquired by Amazon as things would go downhill and be more expensive.
bugs and late deliveries
i ordered my order abt a week ago and i am still waiting while it said its would arrive abt 5 days ago and also in the app it still says “pay online” while i already did! this is just unacceptable!
Gute Shopping App
Übersichtlich gestaltet, gute Navigation und ansprechendes, funktionelles Design. Qualität auch bei den Produktfotos. Allgemein sehr gelungen Präsentation. Nur bei den Benachrichtigungen hackt es. Oft wird der rote Button angezeigt, obwohl keine Nachrichten vorhanden sind. Da ist ein Bug versteckt.

Can’t login with Google
Login with Google not working around one month on iPhone 7. Wrote to the support, reported an issue. Since then issue wasn’t fixed.

I tried to pick up my package. The bank terminal at box didn't worked. Tried to pay online... didn't worked. Tried to call the customer service: they are closed :) 1h wasted. Thanks
