They just wrote my parcel as a refused package because I haven’t had time to pick up from an easybox ( they gave me 10 hours to pick up) and wrongly wrote that I refused the package! I want la package or my money back asap you scammer company!!!

Nechápu proč byl požadavek zadat v aplikaci náhradní místa doručení, když na ně není vůbec brán zřetel a pokaždé mi to přesměrujete někam do tramtárie…v aplikaci není ani povoleno vlastní přesměrování a tak se musí volat na call centrum, které je taky přehlcené…když už jsem se tedy slavnostně dovolala tak jsem se slečny během hovoru zeptala, proč se neberou v potaz náhradní místa zadané v aplikaci..dotaz ignorovala a svedla řeč jinam..
Cannot add a secondary e-mail
I use multiple email accounts for e-shop orders. However, I can use only one email in the application. What year is it? Why can’t I simply add a secondary e-mail? Even balíkovna is able to do so.

Worst delivery service ever
They deliver into automated delivery boxes on public places. The original function via bluetooth never worked. They changed to simple numeric codes to open the parcel. It works. Now they are not able to deliver to the proper location. What’s more their boxes are hidden places you’ll never find. Do not use it!
Vstřícnost
Dodavatel zpozdil zakázku a ta dorazila do Boxu když už jsem v daném místě nebyl. Sice mi trvalo dost dlouho než jsem zjistil tlf. kontakt, ale pak byli velice vstřícní a zásilku přesměrovali a docela brzo doručili. Trvalo to jen 4 dny. Celkově se zásilka spozdila o 26 dní, ale za to může eshop a ne Zásilkovna. Jenže “Pořád je co zlepšovat!!!
Foxpost-on feladott csomagok nem jelennek meg
Rendkívül zavaró, hogy a foxpostos csomagjaim nem követhetők. Hozzáadni nem tudom, mert kéri a nyitókódot, amit honnan is kellene tudnom?!?
Nedodržení adresy doručení.
Dobrý den vždy si objednávám balík na stejnou adresu Zásilkovny (respektive jejího boxu). Bohužel se mi už několikrát stalo, že mi byl balík doručený úplně někam jinam byl to pro mě velký problém a proč se toto děje mi nikdo nedokázal adekvátně vysvětlit. Děkuji

Nemožnost aktualizace osobních údajů
Slabá podpora , v aplikaci ani přes zákaznický servis nelze aktualizovat telefonní číslo , údajně z důvodu bezpečnosti. Je přece logické že lidé mohou mít více telefonů a nechtějí dělat stále nové e-mailové adresy aby si mohli u vás udělat nový účet s jiným telefonem.

Az egy dolog, hogy egy megtelt automatában 5 nap alatt nem tudnak egyetlen üres helyet sem csinálni, de, hogy az appon belül csak szlovák átvevőhelyekre lehet átirányítani, az számomra nevetséges.

Mohli by ste pridať funkcionality ako napríkad možnosť uložiť si príjemcu aj s jeho údajmi už z odoslanej zásielky. Ak niekomu posielam pravidelne tak to musím zakaždým všetko znovu zadávať. Kedy konečne aplikujete funkciu “opätovne odoslať zásielku”?

Great app, easy to use
I mainly pick up boxes with this app, but it works great. My packages are automatically loaded and I get updates relatively quickly. It beeps on the box when you choose to pick up using the app, signaling that you’re connected.
Hrozná aplikácia - 🤮
Nieco neskutocne. Preto aby som si vyzdvihol objedany tovar si musim nainstalovat apku? Nerozumiem ale ok. Problem je v tom po instalacii genialnej apky 🤦 stravim niekolko hodin skusania urobit platbu spolu genialnou pomocou od “ Petra” ktory nicomu nerozumie. Uz len kvoli tejto sluzbe si nikdy neobjednam od dodavatela co pouziva tuto firmu “ Packeta” a radsej zaplatim za tovar o 50% viac inde. Mali by ste si pozriet ako to robia ine firmy napr. “ Alza “ a ich “ Boxy” a nekomplikujte ludim zivot. Jedine co mozem povedat na vasu firmu a tuto apku je 🤮🤮🤮

Returning a product to a packeta point is absolutely terrible... You should make the ap simple by adding the ID, then choose between courier or pickup point

Mobilná aplikácia je priehľadná a jednoduchá na obsluhu. Systém funguje bezchybne a veľká sieť pobočiek zvyšuje flexibilitu odosielania ak už ste kdekoľvek.
Just why?
Absolutely unnecessary enforcement of using the app in this case scenario. Alza is much better, just put a code from an sms or email. On top of that I was not able to pick up my package because for some reason I’m not getting an sms with the code for authorization in the app. 🤦🏻♂️
The parcel was not visible
I didn’t see the parcel available in the app even I have received the confirmation email, and I have used the same phone number in the app login and order placement. I have called them (031 630 04 02 for Paketa Romania) and they told me that the problem occurred because the seller used the phone prefix 0040 instead of +40… Anyway after they changed the phone prefix in the system, after a few minutes, the parcel came visible and the pickup process was very simple.

I've been stuck in front of this box for almost an hour and i still can't manage to get my package. The app is asking me for details i have NOT received! Edit: a nice call center lady helped up get it and i am not as angry now, but the process or the app are not intuitive at all... and i still think they complicated the locker too much...

Lehky používat!
To je skvělá appka a je mnohem lehčí poslat zásilky Zasilkovnou než poštou. Skoro každý měsíc ji používám na něco a nikdy jsem neměla problém. Můžete si vybrat z tolika poboček, mám u sebe tři na výběr. Srdečně všem ji doporučuji.

It could be a good thing, but it isn’t. Paying for your stuff is really easy, but receiving the parcel just didn’t work. It simply doesn’t happen with parcel machines which works in a “regular” way. Also don’t like the idea that I have to install an app to get my parcel. Hopefully I can get my package in a different way. I would’t use this service anymore.
Support for non-origin phone numbers
Hello there! It would be great if I can use the app in Slovakia with non-slovak phone number. I can’t even register in the application, because the country code can’t be changed :(

I have a return package and there is no way to select this option. The parcel station has no touchscreen interface. Terrible user experience
Good first experience
I’ve used the app to send a package in a different EU country. Just dropped it off at the nearest pickup point. No hassle, good experience. Enough pickup points to not be a problem, at least in Bucharest, with directions and screenshots of how the place looks like. The user experience should be improved a bit. Neither English nor Romanian translations sound natural and are confusing in some cases. Directions to a pickup point can only be opened in Apple Maps. Would I use them again? Yes.

Update needed
The app requires access to your location just to open the freaking Z-Box. It’s super unnecessary - until now it was working working without it just fine. Also, if you need to switch between two different phone numbers, it will start sending you notifications for both and you can’t change that setting.
New feats?
Hey developers - what about possibilities to adjust opening Z-Box (or what’s the name for pickup packages person-less) functionality? 1) I want to open it even I am not in front of that box (because someone else could wait there and bring it to me) 2) I want to “transfer” responsibility of that delivery to other person completely and (s)he can pick it up anytime (s)he want. I believe that’s only partially political decision ;) Update after 1st reply: Wow great! Well - not too much - I am in different time zone - is your customer support awake ? Hardly at work now. And - do you already accept calling via data? Whatsapp or Signal (even better)? Ah no? Maybe space for improvements? So try to read again my previous suggestion and bring us these features without possible-human-error in your team - thanks! ;)

Jen dvě věci a aplikace bude dokonalá
Aplikace a celkove služba jsou Ok, jen mi celkem vadí dve věci, a to: při zadávání zásilky je volba odberneho místa až na konci, což má za příčinu to, ze zadate všechny údaje a až na konci zjistíte ze odberne místo je nedostupné, druhy nedostatek je absence možnosti vyuziti již jednou zadaného kontaktu pro novou zásilku.
