Pyramid is truly a great concentrated game! I love it 🩵
No tech support
I have logged out and logged back in. I have deleted and reinstalled this game. And yet still no lives from friends no support from King forever format poor excuse. Plus, no direct way to get in touch with tech support.
Affichage des vies
Le jeux est très bien mais depuis quelques temps toutes mes ont disparu pourquoi ???
Too much crashing
I absolutely love this game. I play it all time but over the last week every time I try to open the app and play the game, it crashes if this doesn’t resolve soon, I’m having to move on and find another game. On top of that, I have to delete and reinstall. Which has me lose all my power-ups and gold bars.
Request
It now allows you to request or send lives but lives are not sent when requested. It also not connecting to send or receive lives. It just says “Try Again”. The lives that were requested in the past were given which were quite a few, disappeared after I guess an update or something. Now it is not connecting after request for lives.
Great chilling out game
Play often when stressed out
PLEASE UPDATE
All my extra lives have been taken away! I see I am not the only one this has happened to. Please fix
Wish it worked right
I love this game but recently I have to open it twice, first time shuts down. I can’t access my free games either.
Keeps crashing
When it crashes it takes my lives and bonuses
Jugar
No puedo jugar xq no me deja coger las vidas, además se cierra el juego
Rewards
So tired of doing reflect advantage and getting the same card on both tiles over and over again. It’s a cheat from the company because it’s impossible to get that happening over and over again. I hate games that cheat you because they want you to spend money. Stop cheating players!!!!
Collecting my earned boost
I have been having a problem with this game and no one can help me
Extra lives
Hi, not sending anymore request for lives cos don’t get any!! And nor sending anyone’s requests back if they ask xx
Glitching and rips you off
Every time I have downloaded this app on a new device, all my extra lives and bonus items r missing. Now I just had to delete the app and reinstall because it kept closing for no reason. Also when I buy coins and lose a game, I don’t touch the screen yet all of a sudden it purchases the extra turn! I’ve been robbed of so much money because of this happen many times.
Love Stagnated
I actually really love this game. Pyramid solitaire is fun and feeds my introverted self. It’s exciting as well as challenging. The one thing that frustrates me is that it’s almost impossible to gain the gold bars/ price money. I have been playing this game for years now and yet my bars are still zero. Now before you ask 😊 yes my app is updated. So folks at the shop, if you would please, increase the reward system and make it fair fun, challenging, and exciting. It’s a great game. Why not make it fantastic! Thanks.
Glitching Bad
Uggggh the game keeps glitching and kicks me out when I try to request lives or when I log in! FIX THIS PLLLEASE!!
No lives
There has been no access to lives and it has been a on going problem
Bug
On m’a supprimé tous mes bonus et impossible de récupérer des vies stockées
Very fun but a continuous downfall
Game is very fun to play but very disappointed with how I used to get a lot of sent lives to me and now I don’t
Freezing
I’ve had issues off and on of games freezing, and it’s always when I’ve used boosters. There is no recourse to recover them. I like the game, but this is annoying. Still annoyed with the freezing. Also, I hate that the max lives you can have at anytime is 5. So if the prize wheel spins and you win 5 plays and you have 4 plays left, congratulations you only won one play. If you won the round and know you are getting 1 life and hold off until your lives are full, the game crashes. Update: game continues to freeze. I just lost three power ups. Wish there was a way to get them back.
Love this game
I love this game but lately there seems to be a glitch. It shuts off after I send lives and I can’t access my extra lives. Am I missing an update?
Won’t open
I haven’t been able to get the game to open at all. It kept crashing on my old iPad. I tried playing on my new iPad. I have the same problem. It just quits immediately.
Commercials
Why are all the ads in Spanish? Please stop!!! I do not want to hear commercials in Spanish. I am American and would prefer English! Thank you.
Crashes
I’ve been playing this game for years. Now it crashes so much virtually unusable. If I try to use my extra lives it crashes. Why has this not being corrected? This is not a new issue.
Lives
For some reason, I can’t get lives from other people
Horus@9933
I’ve not yet seen her 🧘♂️
Crashes often
Crashes often when trying to claim lives and it is gotten slow lately iOS. Pretty frustrating.
Bug
J’aime beaucoup ce jeu mais je n’arrive plus à recevoir les vies de mes amis… Je ne comprends pas pourquoi. Quelqu’un d’autre a t il le même problème ?
Keeps crashing
I used to love this game but recently it keeps crashing when it loads up or when trying to access certain features within the game (such as the extra lives received). Recently it also deleted all my boosters that I had accumulated and if I watch an ad to get a booster it tells me I received two but only one is credited.
Used to be fun
This used to be a fun game, the levels were difficult but not impossible. Now it’s impossible to beat a level without watching an ad for extra moves…not fun I’m probably going to delete it
😍😍😍
I really like this game
Boosters
I lost all my boosters
Mise à jour
Je viens de faire la mise à jour, j’étais à un niveau très élevé, la mise à jour m’a fait recommencer au début du jeu !!!Que se passe-t-il ? Je veux récupérer mes niveaux.!
Can we have Paradise Bay back please?
Can we have Paradise Bay back please? It was WAY BETTER than all of these new games you have been releasing
Used to be better.
Used to be easy to play but since the ads were introduced the app crashes constantly. Annoying.
Great Game
The best game ever
No more lives received
Used to be able get lives, no more. And level glitch and don’t give you booster you chose.
Can you please send me the
My dad is a doctor and I am very
Fix it
I’ve been playing this game for years and, at one point, I would have given it 5 stars, but I’m very disappointed and frustrated with the recent changes. I’m very glad that you’ve enabled us to see other player’s scores again, that’s great! But why did you stop allowing us to pick the weekly team that we want to be on? Never mind the constant freezing and crashing. Please fix this game.
Crashes
Love the game, but tired of the crashes.
Favorite
It won’t open!!!! The app will not open any longer….why oh why?????
Used to be fun
When I first started to play pyramid solitaire saga, you were able to request lives from friends and send lives to friends, like most games. That feature is no longer available. The rewards are rare and when they are given, the value of the reward is lacking. You’ll get a reward you don’t need or only one of something you really do need, and it’s very rare. The game conceit could be great. It’s a shame. Now it’s ad driven, and you can’t escape the ads at all. They pop up before and after each game play.
Support
I’ve played this game for years, it now won’t load at all, please fix or let us know if there is a problem as a lot of time and money has been spent enjoying this game
Played for years but bored
This game is fun at the start, but it never changes or gets updated. I spend $$ on other games but won’t on this one because they don’t put anything in to make improvements, change prizes or levels, etc. As you go on the levels are so hard that I will only play the 5 free games they give you and then I quit. Don’t get hooked!
Lost purchase
I’ve lost $2.99 3 times. I get charged but don’t get what I purchased. I’m disappointed. I’ve played for years. It’s no fun when it takes 6 days playing one puzzle.

Keeps crashing
I love this game but after the most recent update, it keeps crashing. One time it crashed right after I had completed a level and I had to go back and complete that level again. Update: now it is crashing even more.
Fun game but
The game is frozen and will not start just( said loading ) and doesn’t go any further, but only on my iPad it still works on my iPhone.
Annoyed
The update has wiped all my levels off I was on about 300 odd levels and now I’m back to level 1
Can’t get past
I have tried four times now to get past the scene number 532. Won’t let me get past says I don’t have enough points. What is going on?
