Won’t allow me to sign in
It says that I’m already logged in even though I’m not. Deleted and reinstalled and created new account with new email and still saying I’m logged in. Any advice

I can only currently only see fault codes as I cannot sign back into the app as it states “cognito user pools are not in” some folder or sorts, sort it out please as it’s a pain - cheers

This app does practically everything you need it to for vrvs however they should think about putting another option for splits.
Still don’t work correctly
Additional troubleshooting. Flow diagrams and additional info don’t work. Better off just using Google

Great .... But!
As usual excellent app however this update has a glitch , since update VRVII emergency comp settings crashes app. (iPhone 5s) still recommend to all AC engineers though as I expect glitches will get fixed. 5 star when fixed.

This app is a must have when working on Daikin units. Brilliant for experienced engineers along with the telephone support.

The fan coil and bs box check isn't working in the vrv iv section.

Great App
This is a very well thought out app I hope it keeps updating with more settings and units as I would hate to see it left (like some other a/c apps) well done Daikin hopefully other manufacturers will follow suit.

Love it! Saves the manuals most of the time, saves the phone calls, saves the ipad on site! Maybe a flow Diagram with some of the fault codes! Just wish the others would follow daikin s example!!

I updated my iPhone 7 with the new software update and now the app is not working It comes on but goes off straight away

Why can i not access the older vrv systems on this app doesn’t give me the option to go vrv 2 or 3. Please can you sort this as i work on a lot of older systems.

Great idea, poor App/System execution
The idea of controlling devices remotely is not new, and it has been done by a number of companies, like Samsung, Belkin, Drayton, to name a few. The app setup is straight forward, and it takes minutes, however when you try to use the app, I don't think Daikin thought of the customer or the experience one has to go to, to navigate and find how to control the air-con. The "out-of-home" concept is just outdated and most of the time does not work! I have spent hours, yes hours trying to solve how to remotely connect with my system, even the tech support does NOT know how to solve the issue. DO NOT INVEST YOUR MONEY ON THE DAIKIN AIRCON IF YOU WANT TO CONNECT REMOTELY TO IT, FIND ANOTHER MAKE!!!!
