Good App
I always use this app.But just now I cannot open it , why? I was use iphone 6s plus. ios version is 15.8.3 .please reply to me.
New release no longer opens
Since the recent release, when I open the app, it immediately shuts off. No longer usable. Is it because it now requires most recent iOS? I have 15.6.1 on iPhone 8.
App won’t work
App won’t open on iPhone. It used to work good and suddenly every time I try to open it, it crashes. Please fix it!!
Mac Mini M4
I was very pleased when I discovered this tool on the Mac M4 MacOS App Library. Until I installed and tried to run it. It CRASHED instantly. 🥴 Please fix it.

Amazing App
I just learned so many things by downloading it and taking a look at the app, unfortunately there is not alot of residential AC and it would be so helpful if there was more information about that too, like the troubleshooter but converted for Residential & Commercial. Overall is a great idea for an App like this that’s why 5 Stars

Incorrect PT Charting for r134a
I’ve been using this app for a long time and really like it never had any issues until now. I was looking up the saturation temperature for an r134a wine unit which had a 21° suction pressure and the app says it is -0.34°, which is incorrect. Can you fix this please?
Disappears
When I tap on the app, Ref Tools app flashes up and disappears all within about a second. It works on my iPad but not on my iPhone. It is a nice app but I wish it would work on my iPhone.

I can no longer open this app. I do not know what is wrong but the app will not open. Help.

Unable to open app no more since I’ve done the previous update even on different phone and even tried deleting the app and reinstalling it, as soon as you open the app it shuts down straight away need to fix this ASAP really enjoyed using this app was very helpful until this happened
Usefull App for HVACR
Hi The “Documents & Visuals” issue rectified in this update but still when I try to see details of refrigerants, the information doesn’t slide down and can see till crit. Pressure. Thanks

Refrigerant temp to psi off
R407C doesn’t have the correct temp to pressure ratio? Haven’t checked any other refrigerants, but I love the layout of the app and switching between a apps is a pain all the time. Sucks…
Best PT chart app!
Best PT chart app available for iPhone and believe me I’ve tried them all. Easily slide through P&R and change between dew and bubble at the flip of a switch. Lots of refrigerants
Stuck on R134a
Might need an update for current iOS. I can’t change refrigerant from R134a.
Please fix just a few things.
First of all I do love this app and appreciate it, it takes away the hassle of having to either carry around a P/T chart or look up each refrigerant individually which makes jobs a lot easier. The only thing that annoys me right now is that on my new iPhone 10 the list of refrigerants seems to be shifted upwards to where I cannot tap on the top of the list as it is blocked by the search bar, mainly R-12. I would greatly appreciate if this was fixed and can provide pictures if you need further evidence. Otherwise an invaluable tool for every HVAC/R tech.

FIXED missing R's after update
Remove & reinstall from phone fixed missing refrigerants (thanks for fast reply from support). Excellent program - has everything needed for field work. Minor issue: scrolling R's a little sluggish on selection list.
Missing common refrigerants
Why do all of the new versions on iPad and iPhone lack R404A and R22? Two of the most common refrigerants around. Otherwise it would be a five star product.
Good app.
It's quick to use and easy to read. *current update deleted all favorites: delete app from phone and re-download(or get off of cloud). This fixes it.

What happened to the ammonia in this revision? That is all I use the app for.
Works good but has a bug with R744A only goes to 60 psi

What happened to R-22. This app is not much good without it.
Limitations
Application is useful and easy to use! However, the scale did not go low enough for what I needed. Was trying to see R-123 less than 40F, and the scale did not go into a deep enough vacuum.

Only minor issue could do with scale going higher on Co2......

I used your app a lot for the ammonia R-717 slider, but now I can not find it anymore. Did you remove it?
