Worth the time
It’s been around for many years and the game has aged beautifully. I love everything about it from the art and music to the variety of gameplay styles. PvP is ehh but I’m more of a pve player anyways
No gems
Don’t get me wrong I really like this game but recently I spent 150 and didn’t get any gems I also reached out to their support team to get no response and now I don’t think I’ll spend again, what if I don’t get gems on my next purchase. I just feel robbed
A few changes to make
* add card trading market (buy cards for gold, trade cards for others). * make gems a little easier to get for free players (can only get 10 daily). *make pots easier to get for occasional players like me (currently very grind heavy).

I need help recovering my account. The game continuously tells me my password is incorrect and i can’t utilize the “forgot password” button. Nothing happens
Non-existent customer support
You spend thousands on this game and yet the game won’t work properly. There’s no customer support. There’s no FAQ or community. It’s a shame because the art is great and it used to be fun to play They cap the amount of XP you earn per day making leveling up next to impossible without spending and yet accounts that cheat are rampant. It didn’t use to be this bad.
Honest
To be honest, like the reviewer before said, yes there is always the pay to play advances. But that’s the players who spend massive amounts on the game. But he’s wrong I’ve only put very little into this game when it comes to money, but a lot of time. A lot. And I’m right with the best. :) this game has tons to do. And always something to keep u busy.
Stay Away
This game is hot garbage. Constant bugs, terrible support, overall a brutal experience.

Ok so great game but you need to give more gems away or nobody is going to want to play or what they will do is keep on deleting the game then get it again for the starter gems and it cost money for gems…… Other than that if you are bored get this game or are just wanting to get a game that has no ads get this game (: I hope that the gems are more distributed tho Developer if u give out more gems thru the game more people will get this game trust me

They stole my account and did not give me my money that I spent when I bought diamonds. I have all the payments I made when I bought them.

Enjoyable but
This is a great concept of a game but you need to spend a lot of money for gems to get good cards. Sure they give you bonus gems and monthly chest of chest but the drop rate for cards are very low. Opened 200 chest and only got one card out of it.

Fun app with typical p2p catches
This is a very solid app. Great graphics and a decent amount of content to keep you busy. It’s not very difficult to gather decent cards quickly. My problem with the game is there are so many in game currencies that are ridiculously slow or impossible to obtain. Many different types of gems, tokens, shards, etc - all used for different things. After a solid first week of play I’ve barely collected any of them - and so have no way to advance the decent cards I’ve gotten. I’ve hit a bit of a wall already in that I’m beyond those beginner players who maybe don’t know the genre, but can’t touch the serious p2p folks. I’m going to give the game a little while yet to see what else remains to open itself up to me as my account level is still very young... but there needs to be an ability to be even a little bit competitive against serious players soon or else I’ll move on.

Нелостатки так и не исправили
В игре много читеров с ботами иикликерами , в инвентаре сундуки заебешься открывать по 50 штук когда те накидало СС , в любом событие чтоб получить карту надо слить определенное количество кристалов и только тогда она выпадет , без читов и без доната на арене или в турнире не выйти вперед из за читеров пользующими как написал выше ботами и коикерами , получается что простому игроку не пользуясь ботами и тд остается донатить а если не донатить то вообще некогда не догонишь по картам некого как вариант остается купить аккаунт но это опять же вкидывание бабок , играю оч давно и основное пожелание измените открытие сундуков не по 50 а все пачкой , к слову лбди бьют ботом земли с боссом и в то время как обычный игрок в ручняка помрет бить чтоб выбить пару карт , бот выбивает больше ста , которые потом жертвуются в кристалы и осколки топовых карт , от этого интерес к инре сразу пропадает , если раньше помню банили таких то сейчас давно уже не видел , новичкам советую невкидывать деньги в игру а покупать сразу готовый акк , раз разработчики закрывают на все это глаза то и смысла нет донатить в игру так каа выйдет в разы дороже , еще сговоры на дуэли надо убрать , че это за рейтинг по договоренности ?

Support menu doesn't work audio doesn't work
Lots of Bugs and issues when quickly leveling up characters no audio no help available in-game to address issues and bugs summon tokens section is not even there anymore deleting and downloading again doesn't solve the issues using 5000 summon tokens doesn't even give you one single 8 star character let alone ten 7 star characters
Fun game
The support finally corrected my problem-after arguing with me with a generic -sorry. So I am back to playing and enjoying. I am changing my rating from 2star to 4star.

Fun game
Fun game at start ... but stamina get used a lot and that’s a down side of the game. If possible fix the stamina consumption rating low and allow user to progress further then the game will be fun. Overall, it’s really fun I have started playing this in 2016 but lost interest because the game drags a lot and you have to wait for the stamina to fill up usually it would take like whole day.

It’s a great game but the guild war is wrong I set it for 2 pm and and it started at 5 am and finished at 8 am I was not up at that time to do anything.

Ok, just don't expect to get what you purchase
I started out enjoying the game and downloaded it on two devices. Purchased a small gem pack on both profiles and got the stated bonus items on one, but not the other. Decent game so I still played. Fast forward a month and the game has become the same thing over and over again with very little variety. Then add in that the management won't give me the bonus item that they gave me on one profile when the same items were purchased. If all you are looking for is something to spend some time on, this might work for you, but be very wary about making purchases in this app.

Eu estou a disputar o evento no modo pesadelo, já combato com este chefe de nível 50, há cerca de 2 dias. É pouco comum estar a combater neste nível vencer o chefe e não ganhar a carta dele.

The game has good graphics and you don’t have to spend money.It does make it easier but I’ve never spent any money. They have a lot of cool designs of cards.
DECA Bought it & Threw It in the Trash
This used to be a great game with both pay to play and free to play options. DECA now holds event to obtain card you must pay insane amount. You can grind all you possibly can and not even afford to get 1 copy of each card. Other company, GAEA would give tokens in log in, or arena, or allow purchase in exploit or duel shop. Not DECA, they just want your $. They don’t listen to players, they do not resolve tickets. They do not post arenas on time. Bugs cannot be fixed. Game was so good, DECA is horrible.

I had a 170000+hp 40000+ attack which is lv 26 but I opened the app up one time and it said changes to your email has been made but I didn't use an email to sign up so the only thing left to do was click guest and try to get it back but I had no luck whatsoever I also spent £3 on this game and was probably going to spend some more money on the game. This one of my best games ever. But they just ruined it , the Bonus Arena was one of the easy thing to get in this game now you have to win the battle against the most power players to win it and you have only 3 arena tickets, what a waste I’m deleting this stupid game

Fun game love the play and the artwork. Only thing I would change is. A card book would show all the cards you have found and upgrade. Not just the ones in your inventory.
Hackers heaven
I've played this game for almost 2 years and have had over 6 different accounts but Heroes of Camelot is becoming an abandoned city in which there is no hope for a normal player. Kabam, YOU have purposely let hackers and bots take over nearly every realm, I even spent money on this game I love it so much but it has become impossible. I will spend a whole day trying to get one summon stone yet hackers can get 100 with one click. You are aware and you have done nothing, Kabam has become the definition of corporate greed.

Very well crafted game
Game has come along way since I started playing. A lot to do now constant events and arenas!!! Many many card combos for great battles.
Money farm
I made plenty of purchases when I first started this game and any time I walked away, deleted the app, or got a new phone it’s been impossible to restore those purchases. Tried the forgotten password and still don’t receive emails about my account info yet they can still email me 🙄. It’s entertaining but a sucker game.
