We think that English version should be available for an APP from such a big “american” company.
Leider wenig in der App
Die Amex App ist grundsätzlich übersichtlich und funktioniert zuverlässig. Was mich jedoch stört, ist, dass viele wichtige Funktionen nicht direkt in der App verfügbar sind. Stattdessen wird man ständig auf den Browser weitergeleitet, um bestimmte Einstellungen oder Anträge zu erledigen. Gerade von einer Premium-Kreditkarte erwarte ich, dass nahezu alle Funktionen vollständig in der App integriert sind. Der häufige Wechsel zwischen App und Browser wirkt unnötig umständlich und beeinträchtigt die Nutzererfahrung. Ich hoffe, American Express entwickelt die App weiter und integriert künftig mehr Funktionen direkt in die Anwendung.
Would appreciate if there’s a also an English version
There’re quite a lot of non-German speakers living in DACH and also holding Amex cards. I really hope it could be at least an English version of the app. German makes the app service hard and I hope the 60-euro monthly fee could be used into improvements on user experience. Please consider this suggestion. I feel lost and boring every time using the app with a translator at the the same time : (

Aber alles andere, er erinnert mich an die Sparkasse vor 30 Jahren. Gutschriften und Wertstellungen brauchen eine Woche Überweisungen auf eigene Konten nur per Hotline möglich und benötigen ebenfalls mehr als eine Woche. und das im Zeitalter der FinTech

Ich habe schnell jemanden erreicht. Der Mitarbeiter war extrem freundlich und hilfsbereit. So muss das sein.

Platinum lohnt sich gar nicht mehr. Shopping Guthaben jetzt auch nur noch ab 200 Euro möglich, Entertainment Guthaben schon lange abgeschafft, Reiseguthaben nur bei ausgewählten Hotels und, und, und. Die 720 Euro kann man sich sparen

Beste Kreditkarte die wir haben
Sehr seriöse Bezahlkarte mit der wirklich allerbesten App. Und danke, dass das alles ohne Jahresgebühren abläuft. Sofort nach jedem Bezahlvorgang wird man informiert. Alles geschieht Realtime. Besser geht es nicht. Akzeptanz in der Gastronomie könnte noch stärker werden.
Zero Kundenservice
Die App hat zwar eine Sektion für Service allerdings gibt es da nur so einfache Themen wie Passwort vergessen oder Kreditkarte aktivieren. Wer mal gerne mit einem Menschen oder Chatbot über eine Thema darüber hinaus sprechen möchte findet nichts. Gar nichts.

Schlechter Kundenservice
Bei Abschluss hatte man mir gesagt, dass die Karte ohne weiteres bei der ersten Nutzung verwendet werden kann. Nachdem ich im Ausland zum Glück nicht mit mir im Notfall, aber ohnehin in einer schlechten Situation die Karte nutzen wollte, weil dies nicht möglich. Die Leistung zu diesem Preis ist definitiv nicht gerechtfertigt. Ich rate ihm davon ab.

You pay 60€ for the worst app ever. I don’t see transactions since 7 days, there is no customer service when you abroad you need to call. Sorry but it’s really bad experience

Man sieht in der app keine Rücklastschrift obwohl vor mehreren Werktagen, keine Info im der app das karte gesperrt ist.
