Help me sleep better
Thank you for clearing this up and I sleep much better now I’m I don’t know it’s not about having disagreements about having sleep for me I am used to like really bad dreams and I am and sleep or so disastrous like super Camry a really big problem so thank you for creating this app from TaylorYeah sleep is not so much of a big problem anymore I understand get up in the night all the time and I used to have really bad dreams so thank you for making this app
I just wish the video kept playing
I haven’t got to completely listen to the audio because every few seconds while I’m trying to fall asleep listening to the audio, my phone shuts off and the video stops playing, can you make it to where the video keeps playing even after your phone turns off?
Needs to be more Voice Over friendly
I love it. But Its not very accessible. I learned where most things are, but I have not touched the tracks after I set them because I might not get it right.
Eh
Have been trying this app for months. No changes to my dreaming. Also, no blutooth support?
Over all its good
Every time I get to sub continue takes over my lower part starts moving and then I open my eyes
Verified Purchase
This really does work!
Downloaded 2 and they are identical?
I want a refund ... I just downloaded 2 meditations and they are identical?
Surprisingly works
This app surprisingly works on my first night it worked really well only problem is I struggled to breathe at times so I don’t know if that’s a me thing or a lucid dreaming thing make sure to do reasearch in anything that worries you
Yes and No
Yes, this app will put you to sleep but no, it will not initiate LUCID DREAMS. I got the app so that I could have LUCID DREAMS. After a week or so of using the app I still wasn't having LUCID DREAMS but I was falling asleep. This app is great for putting a person to sleep but not for initiating LUCID Dreams. If you want to have LUCID DREAMS this is what has worked me for me WITHOUT FAIL. A banana and a cup of unsweetened chamomile tea. You don't have to eat the whole banana, just a quarter of it or a third. Do this within an hour of going to bed. My dreams have been so real, I didn't realize I was sleeping until after I woke up. I am attempting to look for clues in the LD that will cue my dream self that I am dreaming. Then I will be able to "develop" the dream the way I choose to develop it. The LD's seem short. I am researching ways to extend the length of the dreams in a natural and safe way.
Unlock All Feature Causes Crash
This looks like a good app. It offers in an unlock all content for one price from inside the app. Unfortunately, every time I've tried to use that feature, it crashes on me. If it could be fixed this would be a really great app.
Recalled dream after first use
I’ve been trying to lucid dream for about six months, without any success. In fact, I have a difficult time even remembering my dreams. Case in point, I can count on one hand how many dreams I’ve recalled since working on this endeavor. Prior to this, I recalled on average one dream, if that, per year. I downloaded this app after waking up at 5am unable to sleep and immediately had a dream. I fell asleep listening to the short induction/ending in sleep track. Although not lucid, it was vivid and I remembered it upon waking up (a small miracle!) so I was able to journal about it. I’m hopeful that this is the first of many dreams I’m able to recall and that I’ll be able to lucid dream soon.
No longer works
I’ve thoroughly enjoyed this app, but it hasn’t been updated in forever & is now completely incompatible with iOS 13.
so here’s your update
so no i did not lucid dream but i did remember it VERYY vividly!! thank u lucid dreaming app!!
Okay.. But
I've listened to this thing about 40 times and have not had a lucid dream and only fell asleep twice while doing it...even though I had no lucid dream afterwards... Honestly doesn't work..
Nice clear voice
clear calming voice ... I'll be back with 5 stars if I have a lucid dream or projection
Gets my snooze on awesome
Life changing power nap app!
Crashes Every Time I Open
Waste of money, never even got the app to open. I tried deleting and reinstalling and didn't have any luck. Don't waste your money! I want a refund/fix!
Crashes
Sounds interesting, but it crashes when I click on the store icon. Crash fixed. Thanks.
Helps me sleep, but no lucids
I've used this app dozens of times. It certainly seems to help me get to sleep, but it doesn't give me lucid dreams.
Dreaming and remembering it
Instead of not remembering my dreams, I am remembering more after awakening.
Mad and more stressed
Skips and voice distorts
It put me to sleep
I listened to it late last night and it put me right to sleep. I don't remember any of my dreams but it is a great sleep aid.
Don't add modules
On its own the app has some credibility but you might be tempted to add other modules. Don't! They will not work and when you try and contact support no response. Shame really has it has some potential
Better than drugs for sleep and dreams
I've got chronic hip pain that has been killing my sleep quality over the last 8 years. I've tried a number of hypnosis apps to induce sleep, but for me they wear off too soon and i wake up. I now use this app every night with a pair of lightweight earbuds. Most nights i fall asleep before she gets into the "down the stairs" routine for relaxation. Occasionally i get through the whole recording before falling asleep, but it's ok I've got it set to repeat the imagery section, and that works as a backup. I've been lucky enough to have about 1 lucid dream a week, love to fly on my own, swim, or drive to meet with friends i haven't seen in a while, being in the air or water is great for reducing my hip pain. Some nights i wake up and have to use this app again, and as a last resort use a recording 'sleep like a log' by paul mckenna. Hope this works as well for you!
This app is boring
There are much better guided meditation apps out for kundalini.
Identical to "Lucid Dreams" app
Sadly, I already own the American English version of this app with the script read by an American male instead of a British female. I've found the other app to be pretty effective helping me sleep and my dreams are more vivid, and when I think back on the content of my dreams I recognize points when I should have realized it was a lucid dream but that I failed to act upon. I think this app is effective, though I've just re-purchased the same app I listen to every night.
WOW!!! Five stars really works
I was not really expecting this to work the way it did I was amazed with the results lucid dreams is not impossible I highly recommend this app for anyone wanting to experience lucid dreams
Dumb
Does not relax at all! Annoying voice!!!dnt waste yr time
Pretty cool app
She has a very relaxing voice and the hypnosis works almost every time to help me fall asleep. But I have yet to experience a lucid dream or astral projection from this app. Still pretty cool.
Like it
Though it never really does what it says for me... I still don't really dream or remember them. But I fall asleep so much easier and most of the time stay asleep now. I really like the other programs in it too. It is so relaxing and so easy to get into. Even if it only helps you fall asleep it's so well worth the app.
Sweet dreams
A lullaby for the child in all of us. :)
Really good
I remembered my dreams better and slept deeper on the first night! Looking forward to more!
Asleep in minutes
Love this app, her voice is soothing and I'm able to focus on relaxing the body and slowing the mind. I prefer her voice to the other guy- her voice is less distracting- the background themes are a huge help.
Productive sleep
You have to listen to it carefully and follow each step but it works for me and I feel very well rested the next morning
Lucid dreaming
Relaxing. Don't know if it works. Will report back
