Love slot bonanza
Love slot bonanza, love the trails and scatter and bonus spins rewards
Beware
I’ve been plying this game for years. However this year it has been just horrible. They try and get you to buy coin packages that come with free spins, gems and coins. Several times now I’ve had to email support to get the added bonus, many times they have not fulfilled the entire package of what I paid for…..this is fraud in my opinion! Take screen shots to have proof!
Oldie and goodie
A great app for playing classic slots
Awful customer service
Dont waste your time with this game, Should you have a issue and email them, you’ll never hear back. Each day you’ll get an email offering free gifts. Good luck with that, It doesn’t ever work. I’ve been emailing them for months asking for help and have yet to hear back. The above review of mine is from 2 years ago. As of 5/2026 I made a foolish choice of buying a gem pack. Well, they charged my account twice. I informed them and naturally they don’t respond. I complained to Apple to get a refund. Since I’ve complained, I’ve been on a losing streak with the game. The owners of this game, in my opinion, definitely control your spins. Be mindful and don’t waste your money.

Jamais de BONUS jamais de TRAIN jamais TÉLÉPHONE jaune Voilà la raison que je ne joue plus et surtout fini ACHETER des jeux et pas capable avoir les cadeaux pourquoi ?
Slot bonanza
This is a great game. They have many choices to play. I just love it.
Keep Track of Any Purchases
Be very very careful. If you purchase a coin pack or gem pack with the promise of getting free spins and additional coins or gems “tomorrow “ very very often, tomorrow never comes. You may get it if you pester them enough on the contact feature in settings, or you may not ever get a response. It is basically theft and a class action should be started against this party.
What's Wrong
This game will not open I had it for years and it just disappeared.I can not get it to come back?
Frustrated
2023 update: much less a fan these days. Win : Loss ratio is upside down. Way more loss. The daily "freebies" to email rarely work. Email support regarding broken links is 100% Unresponsive. Very disappointing. ** It is a great game with great graphics and theme choices. I have been playing it for quite awhile - over a year. My only complaint, it's a big one, is that the higher the level you achieve => the less frequently you win which is extremely disappointing. At this point my big wins are very rare, my free spins rarely hit anything and I constantly run out of coins because I have spin after spin after spin that hits NOTHING.
Foul!
Generous daily bonuses. Recent promotion Dragon Skies pretty lopsided. Spin 300 times to get 30 free spins. Minimum bet was 3.5 million, but 30 free spins bet awarded was 70,000 per spin. Won’t be tricked like that again
Awesome game
I've been playing Slots Bonanza for a long time and I really love it! I've played lots of games but Slots bonanza is the best one since it offers fun and challenging bonuses, rewards, amazing graphic design, etc. All of theses have made this game unique and attractive! In addition, Joyvoo Ltd support team is very nice, quick response and sometimes gave me surprise gifts or rewards that I really appreciated it! Thanks so much Slots Bonanza 👍🌹👍
Forget winning, it only takes your points
I’ve been playing this game for many years. They updated it a couple of years ago, and even the lowest bets are outrageously high.I never, never win a bonus. There is no more genie that used to come up before and magically give you points. There’s just no winning, it’s take, take, take. I would never buy points for this game ever.
Love this game
I’ve been playing this game for awhile now, and although I still enjoy it, the bonus and other incentives are fewer than before.
Forces you to watch a video when the game opens
I’ve played this game for years and had to remove my 5 star rating to rate it 2 stars today. Now when you open the game you are forced to watch an advertisement for another game and then it takes you to the App Store without your permission. I contacted Slot Bonanza but they never responded. So, is a company we’ve never interacted with getting our information without our consent?
Nan
Great game
Slot Bonanza
Relaxing, fun little features add to the excitement. I've played on other free sites and this is the best so far. Thanks! 😉
No Payoffs
Played for years now decided to stop playing, few pay outs, No more fun without buying more coins. Machines are often set On high bets to take your coins. Done with these games. Waste of time and money. The higher your coins the fewer payouts with forced high betting. I’m done.
Bonanza
Okay game
Bonananza trail
Why not update for the trail ?
changes
Enjoy playing your games... but the changes to millions and thousands for each play I do not like as much
Fun games!
Lots of games without being showered with hard-sell for other apps.
Customer support is not helpful
I have this game and have had it for many years. I’m very unhappy with customer support. I have tried at least 5 times to find out the benefits of the black diamonds other than playing them on some games just to receive more black diamonds. ????
It is a lot of fun
Fun to play and killer time
Piaxxxxxxxxxxx
Well well I have started playing your game again you as greedy as ever all you want is money how can I pay for a useless game just greedy xxxxxxx
Slot bonanza
It’s Christmas. Where are the deals to buy pink gems, that are hard to refuse? It looks like you are just taking advantage of your players. Is the grinch looking after the store this week? I recall quite a while ago seeing really good deals, and I have been watching but nothing seems a good value. Too bad.
WOW
What a great find I love this game very relaxing and easy to play
Stupid Advertisements
Getting ads immediately upon opening the game on my iPad. This just recently started happening. Happens almost every single time I open the game. An advertisement immediately starts with no way to exit out of it until it is finished. This is the lowest of the low for this company to go. No answer to my email to support either. Typical garbage. Update March 27, 2022 Advertisement continues to play immediately upon opening this game. Support outright ignores questions about it. Disgusting way to treat players. Absolute garbage mentality. To the “Developer Response”.... Did you not read what I wrote? Support does NOT respond at all when I use the “contact us” within the game. Now I am getting an advertisement every time I open the game. EVERY SINGLE TIME!! Great way to annoy the crap out of players.
Coins
Sometimes I get the extra points, sometimes I don’t. I get the bonus points all the time. My go to game! Thanks
Updating My review
OK, I have played this off and on for a LONG time. Deleting, adding, deleting, adding...several times. I am a sucker for their "deals" and I have spent way over $200 buying into this. The game not individual slots play and pay one day....and then they don't. When they announce players winning billions you must keep in mind they have spent REAL as well. The jewels are simply a joke. Never worth the time. BECAUSE, you don't win them back. You only win the coins and the black diamonds, but they (black diamonds) truly are useless."Super Spin" is a way to take your coins faster. I lost coins RIGHT after buying them. No bonus ever came. Just use your best judgement.
Daily bonuses never produce
It costs you millions to play the daily bonus and you win back maybe a half million. Every time I played my money dropped so I quit playing the daily bonus.
Great game
Less play some more
Updated review - don’t make any in-app purchases
I used to love this game, have been playing it for years. But recent updates have greatly changed the payouts and betting requirements, making it near impossible to win. It feels like the developers have done this on purpose to get people to buy more coins. I get the need for revenue but games like this aren’t fun when you lose all the time. Don’t waste your money on any in-app purchases! You get literally nothing back for the money put in. With the current updates causing fewer wins, you are basically paying to lose. And you lose so often, the game is no longer entertaining. The “challenges” are money grabs that don’t payout even 1/4 of the coins it costs to play them. Bonuses, scatters, genies, money bags and other fun rewards are also almost non existent now. I can play for weeks without a single one appearing. Sadly, after reading others’ recent reviews, many are experiencing the same issues. It’s disappointing. This is not the game I once loved. I will be deleting it and recommend not wasting your time or money either. There are other slot games out there that actually let you win regularly, providing extended entertainment.
Games seems better these days
It seem they are really trying to make the odds better in recent weeks, after many complaints I think they have figured out that a winning player is much more likely to spend money on a game you can actually win at. Otherwise what is the point. Thank you slot bonanza. .
New Bonanza Trail
So where's the new chapter? Even uninstalled & reinstalled, nothing happened!! Even purchased the gem pack to help, still nothing!! Aggravated!!
Berwood2
Hi Have played this game for years but am becoming extremely disappointed with “Slot Bonanza” and feel I am not getting value for money any more. I spent $62.99 and only got one Bonus game. Hardly get some of the other extras, diamond, mystery box etc. I am finding that I can’t even get a days play with the purchases. I have down graded the star rating from 5 to 3. Margaret
Slot Bonanza
I use to play this game and it was frustrating! Now this game is awesome!!
They cheat
Like I say they stolen half my games played so the bonanza wheel pays less then when it's supposed to spin it freezes so it doesn't spin so you don't collect coins and then your contact them to no avail sad when they don't care about customers
Anonymous
I love slot bonanza. It's my favorite slot game.
Fix the problem
I have been playing this now for the past few years. I love the game but so many bugs. One that is currently going on is that after every pull it shows I have won $5,700. But does not add to total. And when I do actually win it shows an additional $5,700. But you do not get that added to your winnings.
Slots bonanza ---
I have enjoyed these games very much, however, on the 23rd of Nov 2015 when I was playing my fav game at 450000 credits per spin, suddenly a lady speaking on a yellow telephone said I had won an astronomical jackpot of 277, 000,000. I was so excited, BUT I got Nothing. Would appreciate an explanation . Thank you.
Marvelous
This game is really addictive. Great graphics and so far the coins I have spent is worth spending
Not so fun anymore
I won't spend any more money on this game. It is now set up for losing only. The winnings and rewards are not equal to the bets placed. The game requires a minimum bet of 17.5 M. After spending 750M on a level my reward is 65K. The free gifts are also lame.
Slot bonanza
Was the best slot machine on the iPad but now does not give coins as before and if it gives it take it back very fast not good anymore????
Can't download
Just did latest update and now I can't download games
A lot game.
I have played this game for a long time, but must admit I am very disappointed that I have never won a jackpot. And all I seemed to do is put money in a lot. It has been a while since I have put money in as I am on a pension. I used to love. The ghost game the most and second was a toss up between the rabbit and christmas. But I have not played because all it seems ours sincerely Daphne smithto do is take the coins. So if you can even up the winnings every so often, I will come back. Y
Great support team
I have played and tested these slots for many years now and I’m impressed with the variety of slots and the interesting challenges and side games. The support team is the best I’ve found in all of the various apps I use.
Points
It’s a joke to get you points on Facebook. Not everyone uses Facebook. If Facebook is the only way to gets points then I’m going to get rid of you game.
Bonanza
Loving the wins. Graphics bright and cheery.
Credit
Not very good it takes all the credit
Problemas en el juego
En varias ocasiones he ganado y no se acreditan las ganancias y eso no se me hace justo
