Easy to use. i have been using it for year. doesn’t seem to be as many people as there was a few years ago.
Don’t give them your number!
Signed up and gave them my number, immediately started getting multiple spam calls per day (had 0 before). Never use this company.
Good overall. But very annoying to navigate
It’s hard to explain unless you have used the app. But when you scroll through items and the scroll comes to a stop. It automatically locks onto ads, and then you have to scroll to the item listing you was looking at but if the scroll hasn’t stopped in the correct position. It will lock back onto the ads and scroll away again
Can’t re-list without a cost.
Even though I pay monthly to sell, if I need to re-list, there is an extra charge. If someone bids and doesn’t buy, I have to sell as a new item or be charged to re-list. Not impressed with thus new charge, no need for it really.
No longer the best place to sell
The app is slow. Adverts are annoying. I have been paying monthly to remove ads even then I have to restore in-app purchases each month so that it recognises me. Other than that actual advertising is fairly easy and straight forward.

I’ve been with Shpock for many years about 2 months ago I was unable to list new items I contacted them 5 times and go no answer yet they kept taking a payment for the last 3 months disappointing

Too Commercial
This used to be a Great app, but it’s now getting too commercialised and frustrating to search. There is no way of searching specifically for what you want, the results will include absolutely anything that is spelt in any way similar to your search criteria. Also, it is becoming way too commercialised. As an example, search for Moped and see the ridiculous results it produces.
Waste of time
Only of use for commercial/frequent sales. It lets you create your listing, then reveals it would require a paid subscription to publish it, text is misleading.

It’s useless now it’s just flooded with sofas from the same businesses.
I'm not paying to sell
Remember the days when this used to be free? Now you have to pay 99p a month. That’s actually a joke. I refuse to pay just to sell stuff. You already pay tax when you buy something, and you may have to pay tax when you sell certain things in the UK, so why would I pay even more just to list an item? I’ve uninstalled the app because this is actually stupid.

Used to like this app when it was free. Just tried the new £0.99 membership and it wouldn’t even let me post my listings. Had to reach out to customer support. I missed one day of my subscription and my subscription still ends on the original date. So I paid and wasn’t even given the full subscription days. In addition to that, there are still ads showing up on my app. Not worth becoming a supporter. I will change my feedback once this is sorted.

I see a lot of potential in this app. But there are a lot of scammers on this app right now here in Washington DC at least. This could be something really great and I love the platform but there are a lot of scams asking for you to text them and there’s not a lot of real human activity please help

Die 0,99€ pro monat find ich in Ordnung. Verstehe dass sich eine App finanzieren muss. jedoch gibts seit neustem einen bug: trotz mitgliedschaft kann ich keine anzeige erstellen - ich werde ständig dennoch gebeten ein abo abzuschliessen. somit ist die app momentan leider nicht brauchbar - support bereits kontaktiert

I am starting to move all my items over to Vinted where it is free to sell, there are no adverts popping up and they don’t expire, so I don’t need to pay to re-list them!
Användbar app men fastnar i reklamen
Grym app, sålt flera saker. Jag förstår att man kan förvänta sig annonser i en gratis app. Men eftersom den dyker upp när man scrollar brukar jag alltid fastna i reklamen då man inte kan "ta tag i" annonsen och scrolla vidare, utan specifikt måste "ta tag i" andra annonser för att scrolla. lite smått tröttsamt då jag ofta måste starta om appen för att kunna leta vidare.

I’m not happy about this I have had three different ppl from different places telling me the same bull and then wanting to send me a check I’m asking a 100.00 and for my troubles want to pay me 900.00

L’applicazione dice che ci sono messaggi non letti ma quando si cerca il messaggio non letto, questo non c’è. Mettendo il filtro “message unread” non vi sono messaggi non letti. Se vi fosse inoltre un modo per spedire tutelato, si venderebbe di più.

This was an okay app to list the odd random thing you were happy to have an advert up for ages as the customer bases isn’t really there. Now however they have moved to a ‘you have to pay’ system so you can’t list anything anymore unless you cough up a subscription which has basically killed the app. I won’t be using it anymore.

This app is easy to use, looks really clean and all but there are so many scams. People keep making offers but refuse to keep the chat on the sight. Sometimes I can’t even tell if they are users or not, very inconvenient.

Used to be my go to app, not anymore
Initially it was my number 1 app but unfortunately when the app started charging, it all went downhill. We don’t need another subscription service! Ads were plastered all over the screen which was so annoying that I stopped using the service. Shame.

Buyer AND Seller BE AWARE! I have recently started selling stuff on this site and I came across this buyer who said they would like me to ship the item to their address in Ireland. They told me they would give me an extra $200 to ship it. They said they wanted me to ship the item before they paid just to make sure I wasn’t scamming. And I did, and I got scammed. Right after I told her I shipped the item and gave her the tracking number, she stopped talking to me. I have contacted Shpock and am waiting for a reply. I knew about some sellers being scammers but I would have never expected that from a buyer. Now I have no money and no phone to sell. I am very upset 😡.

I used to love using Shpock but now I can’t even sell a bike without having to pay for a membership? Not sure if there is supposed to be a way to exit that page and continue but I can’t seem to sell without having to buy that membership.

I början var allt i Schickler på det svenska språket o det var perfekt, men utav någon konstig anledning så är allt på engelska så vad har hänt!
Annoying
Shpock has always been so freaking annoying to use. It is incredibly difficult to edit or even delete your ad sometimes because the options are simply not displayed. In the app and website you are very limited to what you can do.
Good app but can be better
When we get the deal agreed nothing guarantee that the person will sell or buy from you in the end. I faced to person declining after the deal was done, and in one case I went to meet up but the person didn’t show up there.

Have had about three transactions on here and i met great people to do business with

Great app
The app is great but it doesn’t let you search without giving it access to your location. It should have a zip code entry for searching so if you are in an area that is a good distance from your home you don’t get results that are too far away then you would be willing to travel. If someone knows a way to bypass this please comment.
Incomplete
There is no function for deleting. There is no function for messages between parties. There is no function for shipping. And tech support is non existent and they don’t respond to queries.
Good but not enough people
It’s a good app but, this app is pretty lonely. I only get like 2-5 people with what I want.
