Best App On My Phone
Kind of like having the Library of Alexandria (of health) available at the touch of a fingertip on your phone. I spent years searching pubmed… but this app has made my amateur health fact-finding adventures more enjoyable, productive, and fast. I can go and do things in four or five or six other apps, and then come back to this app, and it still is in the exact same place where I left it, whether a search, a paper pdf, or whatever. My Apple iPhone Podcast App doesn’t even do that! A+

Cannot save, print nor share articles.
This app is good for searching for articles. But it is worse than using Safari since you cannot save, print nor share the articles you found. The information is stuck in this app. You can't save it for reading on a Mac or other device. For this egregious deficiency, this app only deserves 2 stars. It is less useful than searching on medline in Safari.

Great research tool!
I have enjoyed using Prime for at least seven years now. One of its most useful options is its grapherence program. It allows me to look at the abstracts of articles upon which the title I am reading are based AND any articles that have subsequently referred referred to that same title. I can also get some idea as to the influence of a given reference by the number of articles that refer back to it.
Crashes right away after this update
This app is not usable. I am running iOS 8.4. Can't use it at all.

Toll, dass es endlich eine Möglichkeit gibt PubMed auf dem Tablet aufzurufen. Doch schon bei der Suche nach dem ersten Paper scheitert die App. Auch bei Angabe von Autor, Titel und Journal ist es nicht aufzufinden, auch die getrennt Suche nach nur einem Autor ist nicht gegeben. Die App an sich ist schön übersichtlich gestaltet, nicht so verwirrend wie PubMed. Aber auch die Suche nach Best Match, Most Recent etc. gibt es nicht. Schade.

Crashes on iPad 3
Crashes immediately on open, despite re-installing. Used to be a 4-5 star app before crashing.
Excellent access & information
I have been using this going on 2 years, and it has helped me immensely. My Shih Tzu is 13 & has Cushing’s Disease, with a tumor on his left adrenal gland. The articles that I can access on here have shown me ways to blend traditional medicine with Chinese medicines, homeopathic, and other alternative medicine. I don’t know how I could have done this research without this site!!

Does not function
App is really glitchy, upon tapping to view an article an ERROR message appears and it does not works. Trying to adjust my account and ERROR message - does not work! Tried searching for an article ERROR. This is a waste of time.

Not useful
Interface is attractive but too limited. Can't perform complex searches (i.e., specify author and abstract + title word and year). This could be overlooked if there was a way to manage PDFs. As is, one can only view PDF files or, if there's a PMC version, you can email it or save to Dropbox. Two stunning omissions are (1) the capability to open PDFs in another app (since there's no library or annotation tools) and (2) you can only export the PMC PDF, not the publisher's PDFs. Assuming you have access, you can open the publisher's PDF, look at it, then just close the window. A suggestion to the developer, run this past a pubmed user next time.

Greatest ever
Can’t stop using app
Amazingly frustrating
Over an hour ago, I googled a medical interplay between two related diseases and their joined side effects. The "most related" article included a link to this website, so I hit on the link and arrived to the site to be told I needed to both install the app and become a member. Because of the relevance of the article, I joined. After doing so, I tried to access the article. I used the same call words, the authors names, less pointed wording and finally, actually pulled sentences from the apps own descriptive paragraph linking me to the site in the first place. NOTHING HAS WORKED. So, having wasted more than an hour on my life I decided to act the Good Samaritan and save you the efforts I out laid. But, here's the thing! After I wrote the bad review, originally entitled "awful" I was told my nickname was already used and then my whole review disappeared. This time I copied it first and will keep trying nicknames til I find one it will allow!!
Great app
It is a good app and easy to use. Saving articles and searches can be a little frustrating if you haven't used the app before. It is simplistic and covers a lot of journals, some free and some you have to pay for, just like any other sources.
Useful for Tracking specific health concern
This app provides access to journals from around the world. Prime helps me understand more about choices that need to be made. Be kind to yourself. Nobody can do it all. Caregivers must take care of themselves first.
Could only see abstract
Found the citation, but only pulled up abstract. How do I get full article? In this new internet age, medical and scientific information should be available to all - especially since as a taxpayer I probably paid for most of the research.
Great and much needed App
Would be nice to be able to execute batch email and download abstracts and PDFs.
One of the best apps for researches
The app is easy to follow and keeps me up to date with all the gazillion journals I’m following on a daily basis. The app would have been perfect if: 1. It was faster to navigate. It takes some time to load articles from a journal. I wish it would load much faster. 2. To include a PubMed link to the article and not just the PubMed article’s ID number. This way it’s much easier to share articles with colleagues. Thanks 🙏
