The old app was better
I can’t get the print to be any larger and I can’t see anything on this app. It also has not been alerting me of charges since the switch and I cannot figure out how to make it do so. Not sure what was wrong with the old one that worked perfectly. Doing transfers are tedious, also. It’s almost annoying enough for me to switch banks.
App is slow; dual verification faulty
The app is great when it works. Unfortunately I frequently cannot exit it because it fails to send me the security code for the dual verification. I love this bank, but I am not in love with your app.

Hate this app and Pioneers constant changing of how it works. Just when u get familiar with it they change it again and the changes aren’t any improvement. Please leave it alone!!!
Almost perfect
I’ve been a customer for over 3 decades. The mobile app has made great improvements since the early days. Much more convenient and useful. It will never replace a branch where the great staff make banking a pleasure. However, it’s nice to monitor account activity and make transfers. Keep up the good work!
Not a polished app
Check remember me. Check use facial recognition. Open the app the next day and it remembers none of it. You’ll log in 400 times a week to this app. It refuses to remember you. I don’t know if any other app that can’t get this basic thing right.
Doesn’t “remember me”
Nice changes, but even though I click “remember me” and “Face ID” it doesn’t remember either. Also can’t find where to change a payee’s info.

Needs a better sign in experience
Since the app has been updated, it constantly is removing the saved username and password. Myself and multiple family members who have a account with Pioneer have experience the same thing with the mobile banking and it is very frustrating compared to the old version. It would be nice if the username and password was saved properly, but the app seems to completely remove the information.
App display is static on ipad
App fails to rotate making it awkward to hold. Does the bank check out comments in the app? Surely it needs to review the comments with its developer.
Great App
This app is very user-friendly and is very easy to access. The information is always up-to-date and I like the convenience of being able to deposit checks remotely. Great product!
Update is terrible
It seems that the app was updated to have more up to date features. It was way better before I constantly have issues signing in and the balance is never what’s really in my account it takes forever for the stuff to reflect in my bank account. Making the app literally almost useless if you can get yourself signed in who knows if that’s even your actual balance.
Pointless update
New app look makes all my critical account info smaller to make room for a picture of Albany?!? Transfers are now annoyingly involved. What a waste.
SUPERIOR SERVICE
Pioneer is one of the easiest banks to do business with and even answers their phones. Their customer service is bar none the best It should have gotten the best best bank award in town Perhaps next year! This has been my bank for nearly 20 +years and a rarity that it continues to provide its customers with the same superior service It was a pleasure to provide this rating Thank you
New update is annoying
I have had an account with pioneer bank for almost 10 years now. I always liked how simple it was to use the app and to transfer $ back and forth. The update with all new format makes everything more complicated and not as smooth as it used to be. Quite literally switching banks over it

Horrible App
Absolutely horrible app. Every time I put my password in, it’s always invalid. I make sure it’s accurate every single time. Then I get locked, reset it from someone at a branch, then it works. For a day. Then I go back in, tells me it’s invalid again. Then I have to ask to have it reset. It will work. Then, next day it’s invalid. This happens over and over and over. Fix it.
Pioneer customer service
I have been with pioneer saving since around 1986. I have had continuous good service through all these years. As a senior I find the mobile app very convenient and easy to use. Even when I have a problem your staff has been there to assist me. Well done Pioneer.
Unfixed issue
The PIN pad to check my account balance and sign in is completely blank, I can type all the numbers I want but the 4-digit pin area is gone so I can get into my account 🙃 stopped working about 4 days ago and now it’s just a mystery what my account balance is, so thanks Pioneer! Just another reason to finally switch banks ✌🏻
