Must buy ticket via app first
Its annoying. Ticket wont be saved in the app unless you bought through the app first. I bought the tickets online then downloaded the app and now it wont save my ticket.
The app need some improvements
When you entered all passengers information and click “Choose seats”, after choosing the seat and returning back to the passengers screen- all filled info about passengers disappears. It’s very inconvenient, especially when you have many passengers and you have to fill the info again and again

Apesar de ja ter pedido varias vezes o email para recuperar a palavra passe este nunca chega e para alem disso não consigo criar uma conta nova e suposto continuar sem conseguir aumentar o numero de pontos?
Seleção de Lugares
Para além do já sugerido em diversos comentários (que continuamos a aguardar com entusiasmo estas evoluções), a seleção dos lugares online é irrelevante quando os lugares no autocarro físico não correspondem aos mapas que colocam na seleção do lugar durante a compra do bilhete. Como passageiro semanal (2 vezes por semana), dá-me jeito ter os assentos junto à porta traseira para ter uma mesa de apoio para trabalho, e acabo por nunca conseguir acertar nos lugares pretendidos.

Not friendly for tourists
I tried to create an account, but because I am not local, it doesn’t let you. You can’t select your country and thus it doesn’t recognize the zip code.
Falta Apple Pay e bilhetes na Apple wallet
Seria muito conveniente adicionar a possibilidade de colocar os bilhetes comprados na Apple wallet. Adicionar também suporte para Apple Pay tornava a experiência de compra na app muito mais rápida e intuitiva.
App arcaica face à concorrência
Não compreendo como não atualizam uma app tão atualizada, por exemplo com a possibilidade de colocar o bilhete na Apple Wallet ou de acompanhar a viagem em tempo real, como a concorrência já tem.
Infelizmente o mapa de lugares nem sempre é fidedigno
Infelizmente paguei e escolhi um bilhete mais caro para ir onde eu pretendia mas quando entro na viatura apercebo-me que o lugar que comprei não tem nada a ver com o que estava no mapa. Por favor corrijam isto.

App doesn’t know where things are in the Algarve
I spent 16 euros on two tickets from albufeira to faro, however the app told us the wrong place to go and we ended ip having to spend 45 euros on a taxi back from albufeira to faro. Hope that people don’t have to use this horrible app anymore.
Localização dos autocarros
A localização em tempo real do autocarro ,a maior parte das vezes ,não funciona! Acho que é algo útil visto que os autocarros se costumam atrasar muitas vezes ! Deviam melhorar isso ! De resto nada a apontar
Aplicação com muitos defeitos
Vocês precisam de melhorar a vossa aplicação com urgencia, dificuldade de pagamentos (nem apple pay tem, tem mbway mas funciona muito mal) demora quase os 10 minutos para poder efetuar 1 único pagamento.
Não permite números não portugueses
E quem não tem um telemóvel que comece por 9? Quem apenas tenha um número não português? Não se pode registar. Pois…

Eu comprei bilhete onlinne e foi cancelado e não me devolveram o meu dinheiro de volta e te que compra outro ainda mais caro
You can book but the ticket isn’t in the app
Devs: - When paying with PayPal the order doesn’t complete effectively in the app. You have to take a step back and exit the order. - it does go through but the the ticket isn’t available in the app. - instead you get an email. Makes for a very unpolished app experience.

Uso há cerca de 4 anos e não me recordo de nenhuma situação negativa que possa retratar. Os horários, para os destinos que já fiz, são sempre flexíveis, o que nos permite ter uma vasta opção de escolha. E os preços, a meu ver, são bons. Por isso, não hesito em atribuir 5 estrelas à app. E claro, quanto mais opções de horário, mais grata fico😌
Only for Portugal Residents
This app is absurd. You cannot register a username if you are not a resident of Portugal. They ask you for the NIF (mandatory) and the address needs to be a Portugal address. These vises are used by tourists all the time
Cant revalidate my ticket
Well, there is a ticket revalidation option and when you go there, it asks for your ticket number and trip number(which is 5 numbers) And that’s the problem, my trip number has 6 numbers and because of it, I can’t change my ticket.
Buggy but useful
1. Create an account first before buying a ticket! Otherwise the ticket won’t save to the app, but will be delivered via email. 2. Be very careful where you touch, as it’s very finicky. 3. If you pay using PayPal, it kicks you out of the app and won’t show the ticket in your tickets. The purchase goes through, you just can’t tell in the app, so you’ll have to use the emailed version. This has happened twice, so I think it’s a recurring bug and not just a one-time fluke. I don’t understand why they don’t have a route map, or the schedule of stops for the route you want. Overall not a terrible app, but it leaves a lot to be desired.
Adicionar bilhetes à carteira digital
Olá! A aplicação está muito fixe, mas tinha uma sugestão para ficar ainda melhor: a possibilidade de fazer download do bilhete em formato .pkpass para visualização na Carteira Digital (Apple Wallet / Google Wallet). Facilita o embarque sem ter que abrir a app ou procurar o PDF. É algo já comum hoje em dia. Sei que a CP tem essa função, e aplicações de outras transportadoras como a FlixBus, e as empresas ferroviárias italianas Trenitalia e .Italo têm. Acredito que se implementassem tornaria a vossa app mais forte. Isto é também bom pois torna um produto português ao nível da indústria internacional. Agradeço desde já a vossa atenção e espero que considerem. Com os melhores cumprimentos.
Unable to Register
I am from England trying to register on this App I can’t because it’s stupid question I am requesting as a normal customer not a business but it’s refusing saying it still requires information will not accept English post code or telephone number

Aplicacion poco amigable
Deben mejorar la aplicación, no es intuitiva.
Useless for non-resident
Yet another app when the company is not listening to reviews to make it usable. It seems impossible to buy ticket if not Portuguese resident. Ticket can be selected but then passenger details cannot be saved as needs Flex account. But cannot register for Flex account unless a National ID is provided. Cannot proceed to purchase as passenger details cannot be saved etc. etc. Only way to buy ticket is to use Rede website instead - which defeats object of having an app. Developer response is that NIF is not required to register. Oh dear - I’ve tried again and it is mandatory, and also postcode not accepted for UK address and phone number not accepted. Why not have a simpler app that user can just book tickets and save these for journey instead of all this messing around with Rflex loyalty promotions etc. Get rid of Rflex and just have a straightforward account for buying and using tickets.

I didn’t have any problems. I wish there were more buses but I had no problems and could pay with my cell app/ MBWay… it was easy!
Worst App I have ever seen
If you book a ticket online without creating a account you will never found it in the app. You can download it but it’s hiding somewhere and it’s very difficult to find it.
Erro de comunicação
A app está sempre a dar “Erro de comunicação”, e não é da minha net de certeza, e tenho a versão mais recente da app no iPhone 13. Também, assim que ponho o número do BI ou e-mail o sistema já não me deixa mudar. Quando tento comprar o bilhete diz que os dados dos passageiros estão incompletos mas também não me deixa mudá-los. Já actualizavam a app…
Fantastic app for getting around Portugal
Just coming to the end of a longish trip to Portugal and found this app so easy to use an handy for getting around the country. It's got offline station locations so you can find where you need to go when you're away from wifi (I don't like paying the extortionate amounts for roaming data - I also downloaded Navmii offline maps before I left so I could do navigating without data). And you can buy and download your tickets to the app. It never failed me. Fab.
Demasiada burocracia
Demasiada burocracia! Pede CC, morada PORTUGUESA e afins… n tendo morada em Portugal não se pode viajar de autocarro???? Um bilhete comprado na bilheteira não pede nada destas coisas. Uma aplicação inútil e controladora

After the last update, things work perfectly now. Really well done app which allows you to easily search for EVERYTHING on Portugal's biggest bus company. Would reccomend.
Can’t login.
Use to be simple to use until it logged out and that was it. Nothing one can do to make it work again since I don’t have the details and no way to retrieve them.
