Metro park
I love love love this show!! Best ever!!! Sure wish it was subtitled in English!
Cast does not work and support team is not providing solution
Even after follow up with support team, the cast option does not work. Support team has failed to solve my issue. When other apps are releasing updates every week, Eros Now has not released an App update for the past five months!!! Very very strange.
Subtitles doesn’t work when I download a movie
Every time I download a movie to watch on long journeys the subtitle don’t work can you please fox this, other then that this is a wonderful app.
Not impressed
1) When I download something it always shows we are checking for the license to play and then displays license found, please play the video again. And after that the same process hets repeated, which makes this app unimpressive . 2) Many movies does not plays. 3) The picture quality plays in 240 to 360px when used via mobile app and we cannot change the picture quality either.
Unable to stop my subscription can you guys please help me

App malfunction
Hi , Developer The movies and content is good and I enjoy using the app. But every time I close the app and open it back it always signs me out and I have to sign in again and again every time I open the app. So can you please fix this problem it is getting very annoying. Thanks
Out of Business?
I enjoyed my subscription for 3 weeks. A few formatting problems with the app on an iPad, but nothing I couldn’t live with. Then a week ago ( Jan. 30, 2023) the site went down and has not come back. I cant log on, I cant contact anyone. It just died. Obviously I didn’t renew when it came due. What’s going on? Are you out of business?
Problems with the app
Greetings, yesterday I bought the annual subscription that costs forty-nine ninety-nine. I have encountered several problems with this application. The first problem has to do with the subtitles, it does not give the option of any subtitle anywhere on the screen and the only option available is the best quality, high quality and medium quality. The other problem I've found is that when you play a movie and after about fifteen or twenty minutes you decide to take a break and close the application and when you reopen the application to continue watching the movie you have to go back to the beginning of that movie and not the continuation of where you left it. If you gonna charge us this amount of money at least make sure it works properly, thank you! And before I forget, in the section where it says "report problem", there is no option to send report. Only the notification appears.
Really good services
Will recommend this app and platform

Worst app
App freeze Movie not matched with stream
Bollywood legend
Eros have been around for decades it should have been able have all Bollywood titles if it did it would have been the the legend of Bollywood.
Apple TV
half the time Eros App doesn’t work on Apple TV. Movies don’t retain the last viewed place, to start from where it was stopped. It will always restart from beginning. Video songs menu option doesn’t work.
Old classics do not have the quality
Old movies do not have the quality I expect from your steaming
Possibly one of the best OTT platform.
Eros now is something that I always heard was good, but now I can confirm its much better than that. Surely recommended!
Issue
Please fix the application iam unable to view in yours application i was trying from last 4 days but still it is not fixed by the developers so disappointed
Needs a bit more attention
The app has some pauses between playing movies
Good movie collection, Bad app
Some great content, but App is faulty. Does not cast well to TV. Struggles with internet.
Ok needs improvements
Content requires updating regularly for new series and movies , and app needs better search criteria to find what you want to watch .
4,000 movies within 5-6 years
I am taking this opportunity to thank everyone who has anything to do with movie 🎥 making in India. I got caught up in your world on my iPhone S-4 almost 6 years ago watching Shah Rukh KAHN and haven’t stopped enjoying many many many stars since. I can only travel to the extraordinary country via these movies; I feel as though I am there. You all have done well for entertainment. Thank you and may good come your way!!!! Linda
Bad
Useless app deducted subscription fee multiple times
Best
Nice
Need more work
There’s nothing new on this aap every single movie are before 2018 release. Moreover, whenever I leave any movie in between for watch after then they don’t have any resume movie or series option, need to do that by own. This application really need to do more work on these updates.
App not available on 2nd gen Apple TV
App not available on second Gen Apple TV also the content quality of Pakistani Serials is poor and sometimes get pause while streaming.
Favorites
Excellent app, enjoy a lot , although movie selection miss some a rhe great stars of India movies. My other problem is that when I watch from my tv the app dont log my favorites list. Any solutions to that??
Useless App
This is to the makers of Eros Now App. Please refund my subscription money. I had purchased the subscription last month and since then I have not watched a single movie as your app does not work at all. It does not work on the phone or TV. Whenever I try to open it, it just keeps buffering on the home page for hours. The longest I have kept the app open is 4 hrs and still the app would not open. I was very excited when I bought this subscription but it has not worked even once. Moreover it doesn’t work with Amazon prime either. Please fix your app or refund my money.
Needs more movies
Te selection is good, but There haven't been any new movies in 2 months. That's $90 down the drain if nothing new comes in. Otherwise, good app.
Good
This is like YouTube so i give it 4 star my best app is real tv that is 5 stars
Can’t start an account
I keep getting this message: “Failed operation. Please try again later.” I’d likely subscribe given the great reviews, but...
This is the best app to watch Indian movie
They is all of Indian movies
Disgusted with this app
After buying the subscription it still shows I need to buy subscription to watch content. I mean, you loots I just bought the subscription and it still shows no subscription.
Erosnow
Excellent collection of videos and movies. I have found to be very stable.
Not user friendly
Lots of features do not work properly Find and filter functionality required. I wasted more time finding a movie than watching.
Why didn’t the in app purchase section tell me bout a monthly subscription?
I downloaded this app thinking it wouldn’t have a monthly subscription thingy, how I know this?, I went on the app and saw a free trial button I was like why didn't they tell me at the app shop *here*
Awesome series
Loved binge watching
Not worth
Idiot app. Charged me for tumbaad and movie is not there
Nice
Yes it is a nice addition to the existing streaming services. Casting is the best part of the service
Improvement needed
The app has some outdated titles. No forward button in the app just rewind button. Airplay is a hit and miss sometimes they need to keep up as Netflix is always adding new titles and Eros being only Indian content should have more new titles in comparison.
Khan
Not enough movies to select from
I love you India
Eros now the best app
Amazon prime is also cheating
The most horrible app ever made in the history of IT, they just take money and do not show content I want my immediate refund Please don’t buy anything, you will regret for life
His
It's nice 👍
Download
Downloaded movies doesn't work until you connect it to Internet once. Quite irritating, defeats the purpose of downloads.
ATV4 app
The ATV4 app keeps crashing once I log in.Tried reinstalling several times yet the problem persists.
