Hollywood studios
Our overall experience was good. Just some notes, we came 2 years ago and the teams at Disney were super happy. This trip this time 40% were not as nice. We were scolded when going to a lighting lane ride 7 min earlier which was our first booked ride, and we just didn’t know. We then had a crew member mock me when I called for my running child as I walked past the resistance rides. We had another crew member share how they could not wait to leave their shift which I was surprised at considering most crew members seem like they’ve their job. Lastly the app was glitchy causing several time for the app to say error to expired when trying to book the lighting lanes. I took a screen shot as this did delay how we moved through the part making us have to wait in many lines because we could not book appropriately which was disappointing since we paid $250 overall for lightening passes. Overall we love Disney, but just some feedback I think would be needed to keep people loyal to the parks.

The amount of technology required is ridiculous, especially for older guests or those with limited experience and/or resources
Confusing and hard
This is very confusing for an older person trying to plan the perfect trip for my family. My window opens tomorrow morning to get lightening lane passes and I’m so confused how to do this for all 6 of my family.

Useless for Planning
This app is difficult to use and not intuitive; especially for group travel. I am unable to link my reservation or tickets to the app. I cannot invite my friends to link with me. The GUI is pretty but coding lacks substance. Who cares how it looks if it doesn’t work. A poorly designed app makes me less likely to want to go to Disney.
A bit glitchy
App is very useful for planning my upcoming trips but sometimes I can’t use certain features because the page won’t load. Specifically the lightening lanes. Then when I’m in the actual park the maps will freeze and not work. Also I wish the car locator had a GPS feature added to it, that would be awesome!

Constantly crashes. Every single time I use this app, it freezes at random times and crashes completely. Very annoying when you are placing a food order and it is all lost.

Rude staff
Staff in restaurant serving very rude join the queue wait your turn when you think it’s your turn she ignores you and served the other side. Absolutely disgusting that somebody can walk up and stand the other side for two minutes and get served.

Disney trip
The app helps plan your visit with ride queues etc. it is not 100% reliable and needs refreshing sometimes but it is worth having this up & running before you visit the park
Not overly happy
Not user friendly. The app assumes the user knows the rules that apply to the various services and attractions e.g. how can we know that booking lightening lanes can only be done on the day they are required. There are too many conditions and types of service that are impossible to get a handle on. Disney needs to simplify the packages and services offered and ensure the customer knows what they are. There are too many complex options and choices that make decision- making an absolute nightmare. The app is vey badly designed and similarly should be simplified.

The app is not very intuitive and error messages are not clear.. we booked for Disney stay and tickets and had a number of issues checking in through the app, purchasing tickets, etc..

Glitching all the time
This app is always glitching and the lightening lane service always gives issue and can never get anyone in the chat box.
Walt Disney Xmas Party
Unfortunately the park was way oversold. The bear show closed,the haunted Mansion broke Down! Extremes in line ups. For treats!
Disney problems
Rides breaking down way too much. Staff not making sure all families are together before getting in the line. Staff not enforcing the rules making it not enjoyable for others. Deciding to renovate the Polynesian parking entrance during the holiday season wasn’t the brightest idea. Supervisor at the front desk wouldn’t come and talk with us when we had an issue. Taking away to many things and not replacing them or bringing them back. Not as much bang for your buck. Campfires nights were every night along with movie nights. Used to be an hour early entry now only have a half an hour. Universal has an hour and has deluxe resorts have fast passes included. Disney took away fast passes and you have to pay for lightening lane.
Like/heart/star options
I like the app but wish you could like/heat or star the places you wanted to go for ease when at the parking and knowing what attractions etc you had your eye on
